I called and spoke to Glenn who had me bring it in with the appraisal from my insurer. He gave me a good summary of expected damage. Due to needing to order parts, the process took a month but I received updates from Glenn on the status. When I got the car back, everything looked like new. They also calibrated safety sensors and performed a tire alignment. I think this shop does great work. This was an insurance claim so I will not be paying, but I did receive a copy of the final invoice when I picked up and the charges appear reasonable considering how much work they had to perform.

Indeed, they contacted my insurance company repeatedly to get additional change orders. What had originally been a "maybe $1,500-$2,000, and about 3 -4 days" estimate became several times larger and more time consuming. And yes, it caused my premiums to increase as well. So overall this was a disappointing experience (from several years ago), and I will use a different body shop in the future, if and as needed.
