Disappointed...Meatball hero was not good. Meatballs were hard as a rock and not sure where the sauce was? and they put the bread on the grill and burnt parts of it so it had a burnt taste :( This is my second visit..First one was ok, so I figured I give another shot. Made a reservation for 12 on a Wednesday night, when we arrived the manager said he didn't have my reservation. I told him I spoke to the hostess and she assured me my reservation was "in the book" I even called the day before to confirm. When the manager checked the "book" my reservation was there .. he blamed me saying that I should've used Open Table. Idiot. We had to wait about 30 minutes. We skipped the appetizers (b/c we waited so long) and ordered 4 pies and 2 salads OMG 90 minutes later Still waiting for food. Horrible service, waitress never checked on us. When I went to the hostess stand to check on our order the manager snapped at me telling me the kitchen was very busy. He finally sent over a pitcher of sangria- good for the adults but the kids were agitated too. The 2 stars is for the pizza only. After hearing the craze about Patsys, i have finally tried them out! Safe to say i am definitely coming back. Service was great, food timing was good, and the dessert was out of this world. Can i please rave about the cinnamon smash? Wowza it was awesome! And the vanilla wafer ice cream was yummy. Pizza was great - thin style with hard crust. Celebrated Fathers Day & my Fiancé's Birthday here a couple of weeks ago and had an incredible experience! We were a party of 8 and made a reservation weeks in advance, we were accommodated right away. Some of our party was running late (about 45 mins), and the staff was totally okay with that and we did not feel rushed or like we were being a bother. Loved how I was able to bring my own cake ($3 pp slicing fee) and they refrigerated for me. Also my Fiancé & I wanted to cover bill for our family and we were able to give our card upfront no problem. Once the rest of our party arrived we ordered Apps which were all so good!!! The entrees were phenomenal, and HUGE! So much flavor, you can tell the chefs really give it their all with the dishes. This is a really good pizzeria in Whitestone, NY. With some relatives we ordered some pizzas to share as well as different entrees for lunch. There's plenty of seating, suitable for large groups. A nice family style restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. I usually get take out and the food is delicious.

So I decided to give this place another shot for my mom's birthday. She really was feeling Italian food and we were going to have a late lunch, so we were hoping that there wouldn't be a party this time that would cause us to have a long wait. We were seated promptly this time and the service was much better than any other time i've been here. They provided us with a pitcher of water which was great cause I was really thirsty and would have felt bad if the server had to keep coming over to refill our water. I decided to get a chicken parm pizza for myself, which was actually incredible. The chicken was well done and the pizza was a thin crust and was nice a floppy, and not burnt which is how I like it. My mom got the orecchiette, which she said was very delicious and my dad got the linguini in clam sauce, which based on the speed that he finished it, was also great. Hopefully, the service continues to be good, but would come back based on this past experience! read more

What a great surprise. First, I want to say, don't let the 3 star rating that they have fool you. This place to me is 5 stars all the way! And I call it like I taste it!! This was my first time eating at Patsy's and it was such a wonderful experience. We had 2 glasses of wine, the rice balls for an appetizer. The rice balls were huge and delicious! We also had the penne alla vodka which was delicious. I had the seafood fra diavlo which was outstanding!!!!! The portions are huge and our waitress Kelly was just super and outstanding! We used to live a few blocks away from this place and ordered all of the time. we went back and had a completely different experience. Slow service, bad food and deceptive marketing as this place appears to be affiliated with the original Patsy's yet bears no resemblence to it anymore. The pizza in no way resembled Patsy's in their flagship locations. large pies were not available, just bar pies made from cheap ingredients. Only go if you are looking for a mediocre neighborhood Pizza place of which there are already hundreds in Queens. The pizza is burnt through all. We thought it's just the top that was burnt. We tear the crust off and eat the center cheese part. It tastes bitter as hell. Then we flip it over, the rest is in the pictures. It literally causes cancer. I think the food administration should shut this place down. It deserves a -5 star if there exists one. read more

This pizzeria is a local favorite for many reasons. They've been around for quite some time now and there's a good reason for it. Simply good italian is the name of the game here. It's a warm and cozy place with a friendly staff that serve up some pretty great deals throughout the week. Everyday they have a special up on the board that make this place an instant hit throughout the week. For instance, Wednesday, kids eat free with a free pizza pie with an order of an entree, Thursday's got the half off wine deal and my favorite is Tuesday's pasta special for 13 bucks. Portions are ridiculously huge and the flavors are on point with Sunday supper at your favorite Italian household. The meatball appy was surprisingly good too and had some kick to it which I appreciate the bold flavors. Can't forget about dessert either...if you have a sweet tooth, that cookie smash is legit. I have weird fantasies about that gooey cookie on a hot mini skillet topped with ice cream. It's all sorts of wrong but in the right way. Overall, you can't go wrong with this place. Let me begin with saying I enjoy the food from patsy's. Now you're thinking why two stars? Well everytime I order my food is wrong or missing. It is a complete let down to wait for food and it be wrong everytime! If you call for pick-up the food is never ready when you get there. They tell me 45min I come in 50min to wait in my car another 30mins. I have complained to the manager before and no changes. I work in the food industry and understand mistakes happen but not everytime! The problem with Patsy's is management! I talk to the manager not to get my money back but as al heads up. He's wasting money by foolish mistakes. If a receipt said call customer you call the customer. A two min call saves you money. If I was the owner I would look into this how much money is lost due to careless mistakes. The manager was respectful but had alot of excuses for these careless mistakes. read more

Had the eggplant parmigiana pizza and it was quite good. Their pizza is true thin crust and cooked in a wood fired oven so it's not very heavy nor filling. Some in our family thought it wasn't doughy enough and lacked enough cheese and eggplant. It also is on the expensive side - $21.00. But, everyone thought it had a great taste and the ingredients fresh. I plan on trying some of their other pies. read more

Just came from the new owners Valentine's dinner. Vinnie the new owner had a great idea. It needs to be tweaked. Me and my husband are regulars. The staff is wonderful as always. The price was great 50.00pp for 3 courses and drinks included. We had reservations for 4 at 5:30pm. Our appetisers came out promptly. Then the people started pouring in. There was a prefix menu which was great unfortunately they also offered regular menu too. We did not get our entrees until almost 8 pm and we ordered the prefix menu. The food was good just too long of a wait and I am sure confusing to the kitchen. This is our go to place and the staff works so hard. We will be back In am sure they will improve. read more

I know times are tough, but went for pizza and beer and was sorely disappointed. Asked for bud bottle with a glass. The young bartender pulled a beer and a glass from the cooler and the glass was filthy! I showed him and he pulled another and it was also filthy. Worst part is he didn't say a word. Didn't give a shit! Why is he working the bar if he acts like he doesn't want to be there. Not a word about it. The food was delicious so I went back to order again after the delivery person complained they were double parked asked me to pay a second time when the order was placed on their website I spoke to the manager I was told that an appetizer would be compted. I had a terrible experience on Saturday, July 20th. My sister and I were about to leave and I saw the hostess, I believe Sofie or Sofia with very long hair out and standing next to the pizza area where the phones are. I told her she should tie her hair back and she replied "it's my body and I can do what I want. I replied I'm talking about your hair. I told her I can be her grandmother and she should show some respect and she told me I looked it. I found that pretty funny that a 19yr? old should say something like that. (can't wait to see what she looks like at my age). Well things escalated. Cruz said she does not have to wear her hair back since she is a hostess. I said when she is standing where the pizza chef is working she does. I told them they will see my review on Yelp and they all laughed as we were leaving. I'm just sorry we gave Cruz a tip. We were recommended to go to Patsy's 4 years ago from the people at Bay Terrace Country Club and have been there every summer since. We usually spend 100 to 150 per visit per weekend. I went back and told them at BTCC how we were treated. They all agreed standing so close to the pizza making she should have just kept quiet and pulled her hair back. Nick is a great waiter, and there is another woman who is also terrific and I'm sorry I can't remember her name. Well Patsy's has lost two loyal customers due to the ignorance and rudeness of their staff. We went to another place on Sunday and spent less money, delicious food and a courteous staff. They have take-out but definitely dine in if you can-all the above tastes so good out of the oven. They have three locations, Whitestone, Midtown (close to Bloomies), and East Harlem. This review is for the Whitestone (Queens) location. Menus differ by location. It's a nice neighborhood spot with a full bar and dining room. Their oven cooked pizzas pies are pretty good-but if I don't remember to ask, some of the crust will arrive burnt. So tell them to keep an eye on the crust. Otherwise risk duking it out with who you're sharing the pie with for the non-burnt slice! If you're close to any of their locations, go and try the Patsy sauce, it is probably the #1 reason I keep coming back. read more

Hate to give bad reviews but I was pretty disappointed with the pizza here. I ordered the chicken parm pie ($20) and a small plain ($11) Both were thin crust. The worst part was how both pies were luke warm at best. Both pies tasted as though they were once hot and then left out to cool. I had read the negative reviews about the pizza being cold upon delivery so I figured I'd go pick it up myself to bypass that issue but unfortunately still cold. I also found a small bug in the chicken parm pie but I guess that's not something they can control? Overall, the pizza here is edible, flavors aren't bad.
