We traveled from out of state, and we love a good breakfast. My husband and I loved our meals, and we had a short wait time!

This place is always the best for breakfast! Usually get the Country Benedict but I switched it up and had the California Benedict. As usual it didn't disappoint. The egg was perfectly poached, the bacon perfectly cooked and the avocado was fresh. They give plenty of Hollandaise sauce to smother everything. The only thing I would change would be the crispiness of the English muffin. Still nothing to complain about. My boyfriend had the biscuits and gravy with eggs and bacon. We both got our hash browns crispy. The prices are average and the atmosphere is always good. The wait staff are always helpful and check in often.

The food was great. The pancake was on the cool side and after adding butter and cold syrup it was cold but still tasted good. The eggs were poached perfectly and the hash browns were great as well. The coffee was hot and flavorful and the staff was very nice. I will not hesitate to come back here again. This will be my go to spot for all my Everett business travels. I will just ask them to warm my pancake plate and syrup.

Right away, I thought the interior (marble tables and matching booth) was super cute! This is what we ordered: Oreo Milk Shake The Oreo milkshake was rich, creamy, and delicious with a generous amount of whip cream on top! Chicken Souvlaki (Shish Kabob) and Chicken Gyro Today I learned that souvlaki is marinated meat (typically chicken, pork, or lamb) grilled on skewers while gyros are usually a combo of beef, pork, or lamb cooked on a rotisserie and shaved off in thin slices. Honestly, they both tasted kind of the same despite the different preparation of the meat. Both dishes were not the worst but not the best. The meat could've used a little more salt but the tzatziki sauce was delicious! Chicken Melt This was probably the best savory entree! The sandwich had the perfect crunch that was followed with the creaminess of the cheese and the flavor from the grilled onion and chicken. Pancakes These pancakes here are comparable to the ones I've had at Rusty Pelican and Sawmill Café- super yummy! As for our entrees, it comes with a side of either fries, salad, soup, or fruit. My mother and I got the soup which was beef and vegetables and my sister got a salad. The soup was nice and hearty with a generous amount of meat and veggies and the salad was... well a salad haha. If I were to come back, I would probably just stick to the classic American dishes instead of the Greek dishes.

I wasn't very hungry so I got a cinnamon roll and side of bacon, my dad got blueberry pancakes, and my mom got soup and a salad. The food came out quickly and everyone enjoyed what they ordered. The cinnamon roll was tasty and not overly sweet which was good. The bacon came 4 strips to an order and was perfectly crispy. The blueberry pancakes were massive so definitely get the light portion unless you're a huge eater. Overall we enjoyed our meal and service was great so I will definitely bring my husband back to get brunch sometime.

(gotta climb in the Wayback Machine for that gem!) I loved that I saw at least six versions of my childhood dining room table, which felt so nostalgically comfortable that I wanted to crawl under one with my coloring books and my chocolate milk. But I digress -- you're supposed to be reading my review. I decided that I was in the mood for grilled cheese and tomato soup, so that's what I ordered. The tomato soup is really amazing -- so fresh tasting and delicious. But the sandwich was next level nom-ness. I opted to get it on sourdough because it's the best for dunking into the soup. It definitely worked on me - usually specials are relegated to a small corner of the menu, but here they are front and center. I couldn't resist and so I got the Pot Roast Dip. It's a sandwich that has a good amount of pot roast, some bacon jam that's glued together with provolone and Swiss cheese all on a Giuseppe roll (From Macrina Bakery? It's a crust roll). The bacon jam and sandwich dressing makes the sandwich really sweet, but the Angus sauce is very salty, and so when the sandwich is dipped it all balances out interestingly enough. It was good to try, but I think I'll order something else next time. I also got a Mocha latte- very smooth and delicious. I would get this again! Their bathrooms are shared with the rest of the building - the code is at the cashiers. The wifi password is right next to it too. You grab a menu, wait in line to order, and then they bring your food to you. Bus your own table when you're done. Solid spot.
