Robyn was so great with my Bailey Boo! He's a 5 month old goldendoodle and it was his first grooming experience! It's really nice that she comes to you! Well worth it! She also is very sweet and nice! It's an easy text message to her to schedule too cause who likes talking on the phone anymore! Lol. Seriously Robyn is GREAT!

Wow! I received a response of "Unable to Service" without even asking me if it was bad matting or a couple knots?? This is not good customer service. Clearly she isn't competent enough to handle this request. I never said my dog was "badly" matted. She didn't even ask but instead insinuated that I needed vet care and she could help "not let this happen again" after our vet visit??? My dog has curly hair and a couple knots behind the ear and leg. I just didn't want patches so I was wondering if shaving her may be better. Instead of insulting me, she should've asked more questions instead of being rude and ignorant. Clearly she doesn't need more business or maybe she treats everyone this horrible.

Nalah really enjoys her time being pampered thanks to how gentle Robyn is with her. She's never a fuzz or hand full when we go with her. She's very reasonable, she works on my schedule, she's not the type to keep your dog all day caged until you pick up. As soon as she's done you're set to pick them up, I love that! She's on time, reliable, professional, and gave my baby one of the best (if not THE BEST) haircut ever! She works from home, but don't let this scare you away. Sooo needed a bath & trim for my 2 year old German/Aussie Shepard Mix. Found Pawsh & chose them after great reviews & punctual messaging via Yelp. She accommodated me on a Saturday & bumped my time up after a cancellation which was great! Then came an hour early with enough notice which was great too. My pup iNala barked at her when she came to the door which figured would happen but Robyn displayed no anxiety and effectively put my dog at ease from that point on. Very professional. Most importantly, she smells great & got an even smooth trim that has made her look like a pup again. Next time she needs a cut we know who to go to! Thanks Robyn! read more

This was my first time getting my boys professionally groomed. So I read the Yelp reviews (I knew 10 excellent reviews and one bad review meant we had a drama llama on our hands and 10 people couldn't be wrong!), and confidently made an appointment. Robyn was prompt, delightful, and listened to what I wanted. She made suggestions, and my little enthusiastic furballs had their first spa day. I am SO thrilled with the results! I admit I was nervous, but the boys are happy and clean...and Auggie is probably 6 lbs lighter now Her rates are reasonable, so I will be making this a regular thing for my boys. Mia (maltipoo) has been a customer going on a year now. I can honestly say she loves it. Shes always so happy after the service. I would notice her depressed, lethargic and just overall sad when I'd pick her up from the popular pet stores that offer grooming services. I'd 100% recommend Pawish grooming! Since switching her over to this awesome mobile grooming, I've had no complaints. The staff is always so happy and friendly and can honestly see their love to our fur babies. Now with them being mobile, its the cherry on top. Pawish grooming provided text notification "on our way" and Arrived to my house on time per her appointment. This review is long overdue. Came here twice to support a small business, but the second time was horrendous. When I picked my dog up, he looked beyond stressed and scared. I was told that my dog was close to being sedated because he was so difficult to groom. My dog is not normally difficult to groom. He loves baths and all other groomers that I've brought him to love him. I could appreciate if there was more professionalism from this small business, but I am never putting my baby through that again. read more

Today was my GSD's first professional grooming experience...had I known it was going to be this easy, I wouldn't have waited! Robyn and her assistant met me when I arrived and both were very attentive to my dog, making sure he felt comfortable and confident. Since GSD's don't need cuts, he just had his nails clipped, ears cleaned out, a wash, a blow dry and brush. A touch of cologne and a Christmas bow and he's a new dog! I have already calendared future appointments, every 6-8 weeks. Pawsh only works on one dog at a time, so even my not-other-dog-friendly dog had no issues. Great experience! read more

Been coming to Robyn for almost 4 years, have never had a problem with her. She has always been honest with me and treated my puppy with love and respect. I just read the two bad reviews and it's so obvious that the two girls are friends just trying to give Robyn a bad name. I know Robyn so well and there is no way she could have traumatized a dog the way this girl is saying she did, Robyn loves pets. I just had to come to her defense because these girls are liars and just trying to hurt Robyn's reputation. Just look at all the awesome yelp reviews. Trust me, Robyn is very gentle and caring. I found Robyn on Yelp a year ago for 2 of my moms babies (my mom is always happy with Robyn's work).. so today I finally took my chihuahua (Cuby) to see Robyn and she was done less than 45 mins .. I found Pawsh Grooming on Yelp and I'm so glad I did! My bichon frise always looks great after her visit with Robyn! The price is great and she is very friendly and you can definitely tell she actually cares about your pet. My dog is always done pretty quickly too she never takes more than an hour and a half. This review is 3 years overdue! I've been coming to Pawsh Grooming since I moved out this way and haven't turned back! I bring my fur babies here & have always been happy. My pups have never gotten a nick, always evenly cut, she makes them smell wonderful, adds beautiful bandanas/bows/bow ties, and even can color their tails! You're also not left wondering how your dogs are - only an hr or so & she sends you a text with your dogs photo with your price. I also have a pup that has sensitive skin and some allergies that we have gone to vets, dermatologists, etc about but to no avail. After seeing Pawsh Grooming, his skin looks calmer. I recommend Pawsh to anyone looking for a personalized groomer in the area. Your dog gets individualized attention and care. read more

Visited Robyn for the first time today. She is AMAZING!!! So friendly and you can tell she cares about dogs. My Yorkie was in need of service and came out looking so good. He even had on a little bow tie. Plus, this was all done in about an hour and a half. Very affordable too! I highly recommend and now that I live in Ontario Robyn will be Chewy's official groomer!! I couldn't wait to come home and gice my review on Robyn, I took my 2 year old maltipoo charlie to robyn today and she looks amazing. Robyn was very honest and upfront and honest about everything. She explained everything to me. Before I even left she made sure spent some time with my charlie girl to make sure she was comfortable. Charlie is very timid and scared of people she doesn't know. I absolutely love robyn and can not wait to being charlie again. She even texted me updates and let me she had flees and recommend what I should get her. I absolutely loved how my cookie came out. I got a basic groom which did not include a full body hair cut and it was great! She send me pictures of how my baby looked before I picked her up and I asked her last minute if she can trim her hair on her ears and she absolutely did not hesitate to say yes. She's great! She recommended shampoos for my cookie since she has allergies. Try her out she's amazing!!! read more

I have been taking my 3 dogs to Pawsh for about 2 -3 years now. She has always been very accommodating (taking 2-3 dogs at a time). The most we've ever had to wait is about 15 to 20 minutes. Today, was no different, walked in at 10:15a, let them know that we needed a nail trim, the associate said that the earliest they can get us in was not till 12 PM without an appointment. An appointment? I explained to them that in the five years we've been going to them for nail grinds (which is pretty frequent) we've never had to make an appointment. That's when she said that making appointment has always been in place. So, I walked out, came over to The Good Dog. The General Manager greeted us, even while working with another customer. Listening how he handled the other two customers in front of us (who appeared to be regulars) set the tone that this is a friendly place that we want to be a part of. You know, it's like "Cheers," you wanna go where everyone knows your name! Well, they were able to get us in right away. They advised we typically do not need to make an appointment for nail grind, but to simply call up to make sure they are not busy at the moment, otherwise can get in quickly. I think that's reasonable, fair enough AND smart! "Thanks, Good Dog!"

When I spoke to the owner, I was told she was "hyper" and that they started right away, but the timeline and her condition didn't reflect that. Four hours for a bath, face trim, and shave-down is excessive. When we picked her up, she was extremely scared, her face was uneven, and she had small razor cuts. She's also scooting her butt and licking that area constantly. My husband's shorts were also covered in loose hairs -- unusual for a non-shedding doodle. Overall, the poor communication, questionable explanations, and low-quality grooming mean we won't be returning.

During his groom, the groomer was negligent with a dangling claw and cut my dog with the clippers. To make matters worse, the staff suggested an emergency vet visit wasn't necessary despite the bleeding. I did not pay for the service, and I am currently at the vet awaiting results. I will be billing the owner for the medical expenses incurred today. I will provide a full update once the exam is complete. Update: The situation is much worse than initially thought. The groomer completely severed his claw, and the injury is so severe that my puppy now has to be sedated for surgery to suture the wound and prevent infection. I want to acknowledge that the owner reached out very quickly via text to express her sincere concern. She handled the situation professionally and immediately reimbursed me for the full cost of the emergency vet visit. While the situation was incredibly stressful, I appreciate her taking accountability and resolving the financial side of things so promptly.

I LOVE Pawsh Grooming! Robyn is simply amazing at what she does! You can really tell she's a true animal lover by how much she loves what she does. I've taken my sweet Bella to many shops around the area yes they do the job of grooming but Robyn made Bella experience the best. Bella not only looked amazing, she got bows and pearls. Her hair cute was perfect! She still smells wonderful and it been over a week. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Robyn at Pawsh Grooming. She knowledgeable and takes time to talk to you an answer questions, she told me how Bella acted during grooming. Told me about her nails being long, her ears Ect. Ect.
