My rating is for Pazzo's catering business. I've never eaten at their restaurant but have eaten their food at about 4 events for large groups of 100-200 people. I've come to a point in life where I can discern not only the quality of ingredients but also the care and concern put into food by cooks and restaurants both locally and abroad. Given the tough economic times and how hard it is for local LA restaurants, I've become keenly aware of when ingredients get swapped for lower quality ones or when restaurants or caterers take short cuts by buying premade foods or sauces. Despite food prices going up for customers, I think these establishments are still struggling. What motivated me to write this review is because from the 1st time I had Pazzo catering 3 years ago to the most recent time last week, I am blown away by their high quality, expensive ingredients; the delicious flavors; the artistic and classy presentation of the foods; and the warmth and professionalism of their team who serve the food. Each time I have their food, I can taste their love. Whenever my wedding is, I'm going to hire them as my caterer!! read more

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share this experience. On May 4, 2026, I visited this pizza shop around 7:45 p.m. and was the last customer of the evening. While waiting for my pizza and pasta order, I had a friendly conversation with the owner couple. When my order was ready, I went to the cashier's desk to pay by credit card and removed my gold Cartier ring, placing it on the counter because it had become loose on my finger. After finishing the transaction and conversation, I left. Around 11:00 p.m. that night, just before taking a shower, I realized my ring was missing. I immediately sent a message to the owner through Instagram, which they had shared with me during our conversation. Although the message was seen, I never received a response. The next day morning 11am, I returned when the business was supposed to open. I could tell people were inside, the lights were on, and the business sign indicated they were open, but the door remained locked for approximately an hour and a half. Several customers stopped by and commented that this was very unusual. The door was not opened until around 12:30 p.m. (I was there for an hour and half, they didn't pick up the phone too.) I returned again around 3:00 p.m. and the first thing she was saying was, look at the table, I was busy for catering (???where??? I don't see which one she is pointing ? Also very awkward greeting. Normally they should say how are you? Oh, you came back again? If she didn't see my message. That shows that she saw my message, but to intentionally show that she was busy.) I explained everything and although they acknowledged me, my concern about the missing ring was not addressed. When I politely asked whether it would be possible to review the CCTV footage from the previous evening, since a camera was visibly positioned above the cashier area, they said that the CCTV had not been working yesterday. It only works when they manually turn it on, only for an emergency case. Can you guys believe this? All restaurants next to this shop(Chinese and Mexican) have the active CCTV on.) My ring has tremendous sentimental value because it was a gift from my mother. I understand that losing personal property can happen anywhere, but I was disappointed by the lack of communication and the unwillingness to help investigate what happened and during the conversation, there are many red flags I see from this couple. I am sharing my experience so others can be extra careful. This is not a place that you can trust! read more

Stopped by Pazzo Pizzeria on a Sunday evening while taking my son back to school nearby. We got lucky and found a parking spot right away. Not long after, it turned into a bit of a scene with cars circling, honking, and maneuvering to find one. It's a casual, order at the counter spot with plenty of menu photos and signage. I originally found it on Yelp and was curious about the Bulgogi pizza, so that sealed the deal. Always nice to support a local mom and pop place. We ordered a medium Bulgogi pizza and a large Caesar salad. After a short wait, everything came out looking great. The pizza was solid. I am glad I tried something different with the bulgogi. The Caesar was good too, fresh and well done. Overall, a really enjoyable, easy meal. It was quiet around 6 PM, though there was a steady flow of delivery drivers coming in and out. The vibe leans more toward takeout or a quick lunch than a dine in destination, but it works for what it is. 4 stars read more

I drive by this place almost every day and I never once thought to try it. Today I was looking for affordable chicken Parmesan entrees on yelp and I stumbled across Pazzo. I called to make sure they were open on Labor Day and then came to dine in. The owners I presume are the ones working there and the service was fast and friendly. The chicken Parmesan pasta $16.99 came out piping hot. I also got a side salad $5.99 and it was basic with your choice of dressings and it included a white Korean melon that was delicious. I think the food was excellent and you can't beat these prices in West LA. There are four communal tables but obviously this is a takeout business. I'm glad I came across this Korean American Italian business and hope to visit again soon. read more

Randomly stumbled upon here yesterday with my sisters and enjoyed it! The owner/employees were so sweet and friendly. We tried the Pazzo Wings, Kimchi Bacon Spaghetti, Pepperoni Pizza and Ceasar Salad. The pizza was solid - good crust/flavor. I really liked the wings that were large, juicy and crispy on the outside. The flavor was also delicious. The spaghetti was a nice fusion twist and the bacon gave a good crisp. Got delivery tonight, not my first time here (chicken parm is fire). I got the white pizza (14") and chocolate cake. White pizza looks literally nothing like the DoorDash pic and is basically a glorified cheese bread...fine but wouldn't order again. Chocolate cake is very mid. It's like 95% mousse and youre basically eating cool whip, so if that's your thing, you'll like it. But the actual cake is pretty non existent and taste like it's been in a freezer all week. Pazzo is one of my go to pizza spots. It is family owned & the owner's are super sweet & accommodating. I visited last week to celebrate my birthday with girlfriends. The pizza was great as usual and the caesar salad was crisp and fresh. But the main reason I recommend you try this place are the pazzo wings! They are impossibly crispy, sweet and crunchy Asian flavored heavenly wings!!! I love wings. I try them from everywhere and these are top notch. Don't eat here!!!!! Earlier today spaghetti marinara and there was half a cock roaches body in it. I showed it to the restaurant owner and he just kept saying it wasn't from him. As he was saying this there LITERALLY was a live cockroach behind the counter a few feet behind him. I pointed to it and he saw it but still kept saying the cockroach in my food wasn't his fault and he refused to refund it. So good! Crust is nice and chewy; ingredients are super fresh. Pizzas are New York style, but not as thin crust as say, Lamonica's pizza. Menu is fairly big - they also have salads, sandwiches, pastas, and appetizers. There are tables inside if you want to dine-in, but I always do take-out. Online ordering is easy on their website, but it seems to work better on my computer than my phone. Parking is tough - very small lot shared by other businesses here. We had high expectations for this place because, when we received our order (Bulgogi Calzone and Creamy Pesto Pasta), it smelled really, really good. The man serving us was also very nice. However, I think we were just hungry... The calzone had really yummy meat, and the bread was nice and fluffy, but it just wasn't what we were expecting. There was corn and some other cheese in it that my boyfriend disliked. The pesto pasta also wasn't the best I've ever had, unfortunately. We had always wanted to try Pazzo Pizza because it's local and has been in business for over twenty years. So this time we stopped to finally place an order for a pizza. The owner Daniel was there and took our order. He was extremely nice while we sat and talked with him waiting for our food. We ordered a pizza with pepperoni, sausage, onions, green peppers, olives and mushrooms. When the pizza was done Daniel showed it to us before boxing it up. We arrived at home minutes later and sat down right away to eat because the smell of the pizza was overwhelming. The toppings were extremely fresh and full of flavor. The pizza was cooked perfectly and the dough was nice and thin like a pizza should be. We finished eating the whole pizza which is not normal for us, we usually have a slice or two left over but it was so delicious we couldn't help but eat the whole thing. The amount of sauce just right, not to little and not to much. The pizza was absolutely delicious. I'm so glad we went there after so long driving by. I without doubt recommend this pizzeria. Same owner in this restaurant for more than 20 years with old friends and customers. Their dishes are carefully crafted with details and quality ingredients.
