Austin is an amateur. He left me with a computer that was in worse condition than it was. He could not reset my Apple ID, which is basic for an experienced technician, and lost my username and passwords, wiping out my entire Keychain application. He walked away with a $100 fee, could not repair my computer, and made no apology for it. His only advice was that I go to an Apple store for help. He threw his hands up and offered no excuses. After doing a ton of research on updating my new 2019 iMac I decided that I needed a couple of SSD's installed in my computer. I googled Mac Service and Austin came up. I contacted him and right away we started talking options. He came to my house to pick up my computer after I purchased all of my products that I wanted. Austin made it happen! The only reason I'm not giving this a 5 star review is because when the screen was put back on it must have moved a little. There is a little bit of space where I can see the aluminum.
