Cesar arrived in a timely manner and was very pleasant to speak with as I told him about the issue. He went on to figure it out and in a matter of minutes he found that it was not actually the garbage disposal, but an electrical issue. The on-site technician was prompt, professional, and technically knowledgeable. He replaced two sinks, fixtures, and valves within the estimated time. They are functioning "as advertised." Dan was very careful in his work and was thorough in cleaning up his "mess." The hot water heater was drained and flushed and the relief valve replaced. During the process, Dan checked my home pressure regulator and found the regulator to be defective. He replaced the regulator and set it to appropriate manufacturer's settings. All plumbing fixtures within the house are now working much more smoothly. I have since learned from neighbors that a pressure regulator failure is common in this area due to the high local water pressure and is probably the cause of this recent plumbing issue.
