I come to this PDQ almost twice a week and lately they have been serving old, dry, and cold fries. This location was always serving hot fresh fries but something has changed. NOPE!! I will not come back to a PDQ. The food isn't bad, however, you pay like $6 for one chicken strip on some bread and they call it a sandwich. The fries are literally coated in salt, they were inedible. We stopped by, reluctantly, while we were waiting for a friend and we will not be back. Took my daughter here that was visiting last week and we tried the Thai chicken bowl. Very good ! She also bought loaded tator tots. Really good but if you're counting calories. FORGET A BOUT IT!! Wow. I don't usually review fast food places but this was my first time here and I was super impressed! Like Chik Fil A level... lol. I had the honey butter chicken sandwich and my heart smiled. I gave 3 stars because sometimes they are amazing and on point and other times not so much. PDQ in general is great food. This particular location tends to be very hit and miss. Going in is always a gamble but when it is on point it is super. Staff training would give it 5 stars read more

It's hard to go wrong with PDQ. There are several PDQ locations in Jax and they are all pretty good. I would recommend giving them a try.

Chicken fingers were large and cooked well, but had very little flavor, and the fries were soggy. The blue cheese sauce was good. Service was excellent, but the drive thru needs to have a menu at the window where you actually order. And the to go box is awful - you almost have to dump everything on a plate rather than eat from the box. Not good for on the go. read more

Really cool atmosphere! Many of the menu items are creative and very tasty. I had a grilled chicken sandwich with cranberry sauce and creamy dressing. It tasted like Thanksgiving dinner. I haven't tried any thing else on the menu. This restaurant is very different from the normal food chain, just because of some of the little changes that have been made, for instance, the cranberry sauce on the chicken sandwich. They should use real cranberries instead of cranberry sauce/jelly. read more

I went to the new location with co-workers at the office today pm Wednesday, 5/21/2014. I ordered the five piece chicken tender meal with fries and a drink. The fries were soggy and not crisp. The chicken tenders were OK, but they're average. I had better tasting tenders at Zaxby's. One of my co-workers asked one of the young ladies working the table side area why the fries were greasy. She replied because they haven't changed out the oil in the fryer? Really? The meal for me and the others were prepared very quick (under 2 minutes), but the overall taste and the value for the money was disappointing. PDQ in Bartram Park is new so it'll draw the lunch crowd in terms of curiosity; however, I'm sure most will eventually realize it's just another chicken tender place. If I'm in the mood for chicken tenders, I'll go to Zaxby's a little further up the street. read more

Have eaten here twice so far and both times have been really good. It's a simple chicken and fries place that offers salads, or at least that's how I describe it. The tenders are crispy, not over powered with seasoning which is a plus for me, especially because it allows you to enjoy the dipping sauces without contrasting flavors. The fries are the best type, hand cut in house, makes a big difference. The sauces I've had (blue cheese, honey mustard and, buffalo) are simple and good. The grilled chicken sandwich is yummy and I like that they offer whole wheat buns (not a health thing I just like the flavor better) Overall this is a great place for lunch or a quick bite for dinner. read more

The only thing more soggy than pdq's fries is my toddlers diaper. Its like they take the fries straight out of the grease and dump them into your box. The tenders are blah. Not really much flavor. The milkshake is too thick for me. And im highly uncomfortable drinking out of that thick straw they give you. Its like trying to suck peanut butter out of a capri sun straw. Totally impressed with the service here! I like the fact that when you order, you are talking to a person not a box. My boyfriend ordered the zucchini fries and had never had them before. The woman at the window was super nice and made us sauce recommendations to go with it! When we arrived at the second window, we were greeted by a young man. He repeated our order back to us before making it, which I loved as it helps with order accuracy and also cuts down tremendously on food waste! Our food was given to us timely and hot! Don't know what some of these people are talking about, PDQ Bartram has awesome service and the best chicken tenders in town. Especially tossed in buffalo bleu sauce!
