For nearly $50... this was just meh... Salad: very small and cheap... The ranch had off flavoring. Mac N Cheese: Bland but cooked well. Broccoli: Great flavor but barely cooked. Very crunchy! Chicken Tenders: Nice white meat, probably the best part of the meal. Sauces: Garlic Sauce-little to no flavors. BBQ: very flavorful (best one), ranch: odd, almost off flavor, PDQ: slight spice (okay) Customer Service: Not great... the guy who took the order just looked and acted bored. There was not one ounce of enthusiasm in him. The people at the front just shoved a bunch of pdq sauce in a bag and handed it over without even looking at our order (we did not even order pdq sauce, we ordered garlic and bbq). We had to ask and they boredly, unapologetically gave us more sauce. I really wish this visit had gone better but yikes! Not a great experience and we are not likely to come back.

We had an appointment in Wesley Chapel that ended around lunchtime. Afterward, we looked for a restaurant nearby on our way back home and found PDQ. One of the advantages of PDQ is their drive-through service, which we opted for to save time. When it was our turn, we ordered Chicken Tenders and Nuggets. After receiving our order promptly, we eagerly dug into our PDQ tenders and nuggets once we arrived home. The chicken was cooked to perfection, juicy, and paired perfectly with the delicious sauces. It made for a fantastic lunch option that we thoroughly enjoyed. During my next visit, I plan on trying the Chicken Sandwich, Zucchini Fries, and Salad that I've heard about. I recommend trying out this amazing chicken restaurant.

First time coming here. The chicken tenders were very tasty and juicy. The waffle fries were cooked perfect. My wife loved the PDQ sauce. I was ok with it. The service was great. If you dine in the plastic service tray is very slippery. Almost lost my food picking it up when it was ready. We will come back again. Give it a try for yourself.

Upon entering this location it was very clean and busy with constantly moving lunch traffic. However there was no line and we were able To walk right up and order. The staff was very kind and even came over to our table greet our boy and make him laugh! The food came out pretty quickly and was very good! Got the grilled chicken tenders with roasted street corn! Very much enjoyed both! While sitting down eating we watched as they were constantly cleaning. If someone got up, they were there cleaning it within a minute. This was very much appreciated!

Driving in the area and of course I get an immediate craving for P.D.Q. Mmmmmm! The drive thru was wrapped around the building so I decided to go inside. When I walked in, there was no wait. Yes! I ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich meal with the amazing waffle fries and soft drink for $7.99. I always enjoy there soft drink machine as the varieties are endless of what you can make. I got Diet Barqs Vanilla Cream Soda. It is so yummy! As soon as I finished filling up my drink, my food was ready. I love it is made to order so the fries were just perfect hot. The Grilled Chicken Sandwich is just as good without a bun. (Stupid gluten allergy. God I miss gluten). I use the lettuce as a bun. I was in heaven working my way through the sandwich and fries. Oh the waffle fries! As always, PDQ did not disappoint. Bravo! I will be back again when I am near you my amazing friend.

VERY DISAPPOINTED- WORST PDQ LOCATION. We went to PDQ tonight for dinner. We ordered two caí bowls and one with extra chicken. I'm going to start by saying they hardly put rice in our bowls, our food was cold, we waiting in the drive through for over an hour and I saw the manager and employees not wearing masks. I have worked in the food industry as a manager and the manager on site did not handle the situation properly. He gave us a receipt FROM THE TRASH CAN, he brought our food back into the restaurant (they are NOT supposed to take back already opened food) and he was not wearing a hat or hairnet (it's against food and safety handling). The manager was rude, very disrespectful and simply responded to me "what do you want me to do about it" This was the worst service and food I've had EVER.

This entire post goes out to Danielle who worked in the evening shift as the cashier in the drive through. As of Tuesday, the dining room was not open so we grabbed dinner via drive through and ate on the patio. I was arriving separately, having come from spin class. I saw that my children had small milkshakes, and after taking a sip of one, I knew I had to get my own *post spin class justification* was very strong urge. I got in the drive through line, which was long. When I went up to the window to order one regular strawberry milkshake, Danielle, the cashier couldn't believe I waited in that line just to get one (it was about 10 min wait). She asked to expedite the order so I don't have to wait any longer, and while we chatted, she even climbed out of her window to ask if the cars behind me can back up so I don't have to stay locked in the lane! First, I was amazed at how limber she was (do you yoga? I asked. Yes, she said. I said I was a yoga instructor and I recognize good flexibility). Luckily the space in front of me opened up and she was able to climb back into her window safely. Like wow! She's like a superhero. On top of that, and I HOPE she doesn't get in trouble for this, she game me my milkshake as complimentary. She was so friendly, caring, efficient, not to mention limber superhero. She went beyond what was asked of her and I was so impressed! So management, she is the type of who really makes place like PDQ special. Because let me just tell you, nobody at Chic Fil-a has ever gone to the lengths that Danielle has. And please don't get her in trouble for giving me a complimentary shake. I will pay for it if it's a problem. PM me.

Great seasoned chicken fingers and skin on fries. Milkshakes are good, apple dippers are a sweet addition especially the toffee dip they give you with the apple slices. Good is served super fast and very hot. The atmosphere is LOuD. Tons of kids running around usually unsupervised, it's kind of a modern day "chuckie cheese" without all the games and rides. Usually very busy and hard to find a place to sit down. I personally like Zaxby's chicken fingers and portions much better but Zaxbys isn't down the road from my house so PDQ will have to do for now. read more

I have only been a few times but they take your order in person, not speaking into a speaker and address you by name. Nice touch. The chicken fingers and sauce is great and the blueberry slaw is a delightful surprize. I want to go back and try some of the salad options. read more

I'm 22 but still stuck in my 12 year old eating habits. You cant beat these chicken strips. And unlike most places who fry food, this food is not dripping with grease, and you cant even feel the grease on your fingers. I thought they baked instead of fried until I asked, and they do fry. They do a good job trying to make healthy foods out of fried stuff. I give this place an A. For fast food, this would be my first pick. They also have a drive through. And never long waits outside or inside. read more

Food is always great here. They messed up our order and we had to drive back 5 miles. In the meantime we were so hungry that we ate a part of the meal on the way back. The lady saw me walk in with the bag of partially eaten food and asked me what happened? I explained the situation and she asked no questions and gave me two full new orders and apology coupons. My first time coming to this place and they give Chik Fil A a run on food and service. I felt welcomed and greeted as soon as I walked into the place. I had the crispy turkey sandwich meal and it was phenomenal. I would highly recommend this place for a quick quality meal. McDonald's and Burger King could take notes on how customer service works in the QSR space from these guys. read more

One of my favorite places to eat in Wesley Chapel. The food is always fresh. The customer service is always great. They are very accommodating to special requests as well unlike ChickFilA. They also do a TON of community outreach programs such as sponsoring fundraiser nights for local schools and marathons/5ks for all kinds of things! read more

It has become RARE to receive quality customer service with an authentic smile and a pleasant demeanor these days. This location's service last night was phenomenal. To add to the great service, the food was fantastic, and the restaurant was clean. One of the things that stuck out as special was that a manager was monitoring the dining area to check on the customers. Occasionally you will see this type of thing in other restaurants, but you can tell they are just checking on the cleanliness of the tables and saying hello to a few people before they rush back to the kitchen... When my wife and I discussed how impressed we were with the speed and freshness of the food she engaged us in a real conversation and it was not rushed in any way. When she did head back to the kitchen she sent over vouchers for free milkshakes to express her gratitude. I didn't need a free milkshake to ensure I would take the time to write a review, nor do I think she was trying to secure a good review, I think she was just being a great manager. read more

This place is great. Quality, fresh food and excellent service. Love the Cali Club sandwich and just tried the zucchini fries which were great too. Love their homemade french fries and there's always plenty to share if you want to. My first time at PDQ they far surpassed my expectations for service and friendly, helpful staff. I accidentally threw out my invisalign trays in the garbage but without even thinking their staff stopped what they were doing to help me fid them. I forget the staff person who actually went thru the bag that already been placed n the dumpster and FOUND THEM but thank you a million times. Needless to say their whole staff and business is exemplary. Thanks PDQ for being a reliable place for delicious, fresh food at a reasonable price. read more

I have visited the PDQ in South Tampa and the new location in Wesley Chapel didn't disappoint! The quick service and free wifi make it worth it for us to stop in for a quick and productive lunch! The menu is small but what PDQ does, PDQ does GREAT! The chicken tenders are the best around and the milkshakes awesome. The staff is friendly and again, the free wifi is awesome! I wish more restaurants would be more like PDQ and get their priorities straight. read more

Ordered 5 piece tender meal. Tenders ok, but received 2, 2 ounce cups of honey mustard which were half full at best. No where near enough for the meal. Fries ok but not hot Wife ordered turkey sandwich. Could not eat it, was so bad. Tasted bad. When the best part of meal is the cool soda machine, not a great experience. read more

Went to the drive thru for myself and my son. We ordered the chicken tenders and you can tell they are fresh. Everything came out fast and hot! Only thing, i wish there were more seasoning on the chicken tenders. It was bland, but freshness over the frozen crap from the other restaurants/fast food. And the employees had a big smile on there face which made it very inviting. Well be back read more

PDQ -- People Dedicated to Quality is right! Fast food restaurant that believes in keeping things fresh. The chicken tenders are hand breaded and their salads and sandwiches are made to order.The french fries are freshly cut each day. I asked the manager about the dipping sauces because they always taste so good. He said that the sauces and dressings are made fresh everyday. Yum! The milkshakes are thick and delicious and each month they have a different type of "seasonal" milkshake. One month it was pumpkin, another month double chocolate chip raspberry -- currently it is salted caramel -- not my favorite. They have a coke freestyle machine -- that means 100 different choices of soda. I personally like their green iced tea, but they have traditional unsweetened and sweet iced tea too. This location has outdoor seating available and is open 7 days a week from 10:30 am to 10 pm. Cannot give five stars because after all it is still fast food, but PDQ does it right for fast casual dining. read more

We were helped right away, and the customer service was excellent from the moment we walked in. The chicken was fresh, perfectly seasoned, and not oily at all. Everything tasted delicious! The restaurant was also very clean, and I noticed that as soon as customers left, the employees cleaned the tables right away, which I really appreciated. To top it all off, Corey gave my son an ice cream as a special treat, which absolutely made his day. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel so welcome. The restaurant is very kid-friendly, clean, and well-managed. We'll definitely be coming back. Thank you, Corey, for making our first visit such a wonderful experience!
