Everybody likes Peaberry. Everything about this place is top tier: the large number of seats, the delicious pastry menu, and the front row seat to watch them grind their coffee beans. Leaving the entire shop with the most delicious smell. I visited recently prior to a Yelp Event to grab some caffeine. Unfortunately I didn't have much time to hang out, but it was the perfect spot for a grab-and-go. I played it safe with a vanilla iced latte, but honestly? The safest drinks tend to be the hardest to make correctly. Peaberry has truly mastered the vanilla latte. I also snagged a lemon bar to snack on. It was sweet and tangy, one of my favorite desserts. Was in the area Saturday afternoon. Decided to try this coffee house. I got the Iced Osmanthus tea it was really good. Never have heard of this plant before. I can describe it like a honey flower and I added passion fruit. Really good for a hot summer day. Also got an Iced Raspberry Rhaspsody. You can definitely taste the quality products! I love their matcha - the strawberry and blueberry are both great. They make the puree in house which I love. Also, the owners are the sweetest. Every time I go there, they treat me like family. It's a great study/work spot as well. Their drinks are good and so is their food. I like their brioche sandwiches. My go to is the egg and cheese and they can add veggies if you like. Walking in to a nice calming atmosphere was delightful at 10pm for coffee! I know right? Who drinks coffee that late? Me! I will always crave it. The service was okay nothing extraordinary, but I did get to customize my drink (which Im grateful for) with my non dairy milk which to no surprise comes with a surcharge. The vibes are old school coffee shop which I love and the matcha was sold out so it must be popular. They did have lots of dessert options and non coffee options to share from. Just the day before, we were picking up our pie from Tony's Little Italy Pizza, which is our fav restaurant for deep dish, and happened to notice Peaberry Coffee House directly across. Since we happened to be in the exact same area 2 days in a row, which never happens since we do not live here, we decided to try out Peaberry Coffee House. Funnily enough, I had mentioned Peaberry to my friend the day before, when I noticed it, and she also visited the same day we did, which was the next day. The parking and the walkway to the storefront is quite interesting... there is a walkway and stairs to the right of the parking lot, which feels like one is walking around to get to the storefront. I did not know what to expect when walking into the coffee house, but the size of the interior sure did surprise me. They have an eclectic menu, but since I veer towards not too sweet and not too complicated hot drinks, I decided to try the Cafe Borgia. I've only ever had Caffe Borgia Latte (with orange and dark chocolate) from Kéan Coffee, so it was nice to see how Peaberry's was. We also ordered a triple decaf espresso with easy ice. Cafe Borgia Triple Espresso Decaf (easy ice) When the drinks were ready, I do have to say... I was surprised at seeing the "smallest" cups I have ever seen (and I've ordered from numerous coffee shops), especially for the price. BUT... it just takes one sip and one can taste the difference. When I got to the bottom of my drink, I was confused why there was something in my drink that prevented it from coming through the opening, and when I opened my lid, I saw orange peels. Love it! When I had picked up my order, the barista, who I assume was the owner, mentioned that she doesn't make her Cafe Borgia sweet, which I prefer. No syrup was used, only natural flavors. I am a bit unsure if there was any dark chocolate used as well, but I did enjoy the smoothness of my latte. My mom is very picky about her decaf, especially since she used to love regular espresso, before she developed a caffeine sensitivity. Most decaf beans used are so light in taste, which is quite disappointing, BUT the triple decaf espresso here got an "thumbs up" from my mom. My friend ordered an Iced Raspberry Rhapsody with NSA Mocha Powder and 1 pump of Raspberry, along with a Jalapeno Cheese Bagel with Cream Cheese. She mentioned the bagel had the perfect chewy/soft texture. She loved the atmosphere as well as she enjoyed her items in the coffee house. Peaberry has very long open hours, which is very convenient for the community. The display case full of pastries looked wonderful! The service was great, and the cashier is very kind and patient if you have lots of questions. We will most definitely be returning. read more

First time coming here; service was great! Each staff member was so sweet and helpful. Plenty of parking outside and indoor seating was spacious. It's great for studying or getting work done. They had a variety of coffee options, pastries, muffins, croissants, and bagels. I got their caramel macchiato and I must say, it was one of the strongest macchiatos I've had. It's perfect for those who love strong coffee. But I didn't mind it because it was also sweet which is how I like my coffee. It definitely gave me the energy I need before starting work! They use pellet shaped ice which I prefer because there's more coffee in the drink. I also got their croissant; it tasted exactly like the one from Costco. I didn't mind it because I love Costco croissants but I don't know if I would pay that much for a croissant. It's on the border with Fullerton and not too far from the cal state campus. I'm a big fan of 7 leaves house coffee and the barista recommended the house coffee with sweet cream and tiramisu.
