It came out with no spread at all so I was brought mayo packets to apply myself, which is way less than ideal with a huge already assembled sandwich. And the brand new server (on her second day there) came back after we ordered and asked if I wanted cheese. I mentioned I thought it listed a cheese on the menu, which she confirmed. But then I ended up getting charged extra for the cheese that my sandwich was supposed to come with. Kind of lame. And while my friend was asked if she wanted hers toasted, I was not.
