I have never won anything worth posting or even worth removing my negative post. Pechanga, in my opinion, has the tightest slots in So Cal. They are right up there with Yamavva for the tightest slots. They do have a nice casino, but that's about it. They are not worth the drive. They will not pay you out unless you are a woman, it seems like. Today, they were playing the wild card NFL games and were showing a rerun of the Rams vs. Detroit game??? For what reason? Makes no sense to me. It threw me off why both games were on at the same time? Until I caught on that they are not that bright there. Stay away, save your money. They need to rethink their payout system. read more

Dined here a few times over the years and can't believe that I haven't left a review... This place is tucked towards the hotel registration area. It's open 24/7 and the pricing is reasonable. They provide delicious food that come in large portions, fast, friendly service and a clean place to relax. I enjoy their steak and eggs served anytime. People may think its pricey but if you have comps, whey would you complain. This cafe is a great option to consider when the line at the buffet is out the door. Kudos to the staff, for being friendly, hard working and welcoming. I'll be back again for sure. read more

If you're staying at Pechanga or if you're in Temecula, you must come to The Pechanga Cafe! The food is great and the prices are reasonable. I wish I would've taken a picture, but I was hungry and it was yummy! I had the turkey sandwich. It was humongous and it tasted great. I removed the mayo and tomato and added avocado. Also their hamburger is filling and tasty as well. The prices are great as well. This is my to go to place at Pechanga! Also the our waiters were great, very patient. The Pechanga Cafe has a good selection of traditional American dishes. The cowboy fries were so good! Real cheddar cheese with some nacho cheese, bacon, fresh fries and ranch. Not overwhelming but just right. The fajitas were seasoned really good! Nice and hot. This is a popular selection. The restaurant was not packed at 3PM and we saw at least 3 other people order them, which is why we changed our order! Glad we did. We have been to this café 3 times. So far we have had First visit- we shared the club sandwich and added avocado for only a dollar! The sandwich was actually pretty good and was large enough to share. Second visit- we had the bacon cheeseburger also good Third visit- I ordered the fried chicken and buttermilk biscuits dinner. As they dropped off the chicken dinner we were informed that they were out of biscuits...had I known beforehand I would have ordered a different item. Instead they brought buttered toast...ummm...no. The chicken itself was just okay. The gravy was horrible and inedible. We informed the manager as a heads up that customers should be aware that you are out of biscuits when ordering, especially as it was part of the meal. This is what brought the review down to 3 stars. Then the server automatically used the points off my players card without asking. He should have asked as I am saving my points, but not that big of a deal. Overall, I will return, but will not order the fried chicken. read more

Also, the buffet seems to be over priced for what people have to say about it. It seems to average 3 stars. I never really liked buffets. I've eaten at the best, and they are all just okay. Came here on a Saturday night. Not too busy but food still took a little longer then I believed it should have. I order a build your own burger and my husband at the Cesar salad with asada. He enjoyed his salad and my burger was decent all though I asked for it medium well and it came out just medium too me. Too much pink in the middle for me so that was unfortunate. I didn't send it back because I was hungry and didn't want to wait any longer. Prices were decent, service was just okay. I guess what you would expect from a casino diner. read more

This was a week ago. I guess I didn't hit post. Late last night I ate at the Pechanga Cafe. This is the 2nd time within 2 weeks that the hash browns were terrible. They are overcooked on the outside and mushy on the inside. My server, Gabe, did a great job. Pechanga prides itself as such a highly-rated casino, but its management needs to eat at their own restaurants. Also, last week when I visited, the server (don't remember her name) asked if I wanted ketchup and jelly for my toast. If you ordered breakfast why wouldn't the server just bring you Ketchup and jelly? So by the time she brought my jelly I was almost done with my meal. Went to cafe to have my favorite pastrami sandwich with extra pickles and it was no longer on the menu. Needless to say I was disappointed. Tried a new beef sandwich and my boyfriend tried the Cubano. Neither were good especially the Cubano. Pls put the pastrami back on the menu. It was soooo good. On another note. Ate here late. They are a 24/7 operation. I wanted to try Blazing Noodles next door but they shuttered earlier for the night. Their fish and chips per their server is a best seller. The fish was actually fried well and tasted good. The fries were a bit too salty for my liking. Use your player's card to get a $5 discount off the meal. read more

We chose this place after arriving to the Pechanga Casino and it was the biggest MISTAKE EVER!!! We were celebrating 2 Birthdays in July and when we arrived the wait time was 30 minutes. Then we ordered our breakfast and it took another 30 minutes, and when our food arrived, the eggs were cold, the hashbrowns were Burnt and the sausage was burnt also. We sent the food back to the kitchen and then we were the talk of the restaurant and the Staff were looking at us like we did something wrong. If I am paying for my food it should be Hot and ready to enjoy, but that's not what happened this day! The Manager came over and apologized and we got $11 off of our bill, REALLY? We stopped in for an early Sunday dinner and were seated immediately. Drink orders were promptly taken. I ordered a carafe of mimosas ($14), and it was perfectly balanced. One carafe was equivalent to 2.5 flutes- a better value than purchasing by the glass. We also ordered a burger, club wrap, and the surf and turf salad. All of our dishes were excellent! The surf and turf meats were cooked to perfection and topped with just enough cilantro lime dressing. You may want to order easy cheese because the cotija was quite salty. Our light meals left room for a rich slice of carrot cake. It was good, but very heavy on the cream cheese. Three entrees, 2 carafes of mimosas, a Sprite, and carrot cake for dessert for $70 was very reasonable! It would have been less if we had a players card. Synopsis... Two visits here. First was ridiculously awful. Second... tolerable. First time, the wife and I were starving but didn't want to wait at Kelsey's or the buffet. All the while, employees were having one helluva good time talking to one another and ignoring money paying patrons. We overlooked it, only because we were hungry and given the minimal patronage the place was experiencing, we figured they'd be relatively quick. Boy, did I FUC that expectation in the backdoor... Finally, after 10 minutes of standing there with our thumbs in our asses, we were sat at a table. Another eternity goes by with no acknowledgement whatsoever. That's it for me. I'm bailing the FUC out and eating crap from the gift shop instead.... Bye bye lard asses. Enter visit #2, this past weekend after a night of in-house debauchery. Nobody in there (again) but we were hungry as FUC. (After 15 beers and a few vodka - Red Bull's to keep the motor revving, I was rarin' to go). We were sat much quicker this time but service, while exponentially better, was still slower than the coming of Christ... Wifey finally ordered chiliquilles, and I had the "big breakfast" of sorts along with a couple coffees. Food was AOK but nothing to write home about and service, while friendly, was again SLOW!!! Great selection and service was on point. My kids and I ordered from the all day breakfast section on the menu. The Eggs Benedict both tasty choices. The Cafe is kid friendly and they offer a kids menu. We ate here twice and my kiddos ordered the breakfast burritos both times. I only come here for the creme brûlée or the fajitas cause there isn't anything else that's good open at 2am in the morning. They manage to burn the fajitas, EVERY time I come and little things about the food could be so much better, especially when there is only one table at the whole restaurant. This time I came to just get one creme brûlée and they burnt the top of it really bad. The second one came out and it was really undercooked and almost no sugar on it... I'm like what's the point if your gonna spend 8$ for desert it should be made really well. I've only tried these to menu items here, I'm scared to try something else. I normally just goto blazing noodles but they are closed at this hour. I wouldn't really recommend this spot unless your really desperate or very very faded. Wife and I have been going to this place for several years. You could always count on some things to be good- steak n eggs, prime rib panini and a few other dishes. Since the pandemic, it's gone downhill. About 2 months ago, I ordered a reuben sandwich. I sent it back because there was hardly any meat, and what was there was fat and gristle. Last week we went there and ordered steak and eggs. The steak and hash browns looked like almost half of what used to be served. The topper was when our waitress brought out my wheat toast- ONE SLICE. I asked her about this and she said there was a meeting last week where MANAGEMENT told workers to only serve a single slice. I, and I'm sure all Yelpers, have never been to a restaurant where they serve you ONE SLICE of bread for breakfast. The waitress sympathized with me and offered to get another slice, but I refused. Here's the thing: Pechanga is making all sorts of casino/hotel renovations, additions, and remodeling with your hard earned lost money. I myself had blown a couple of hundred on the slots that day. Yet, they prefer to play chintzy and cheap on things like this. Unbelievable. This place may look nice, but basically they are still that tented Indian bingo parlor with hanging lights and a dusty parking lot. read more
