None of the security or other staff would help me, I ended up just taking a small slip for their lost and found number. I am beyond heartbroken, I have lost years of irreplaceable photos and videos. I will never come to Rich's again, they have allowed this club to be a place where thievery is a common occurrence and I don't think anyone should accept this. People deserve to have a night out without having to worry if someone will pickpocket them and people deserve to be safe when they are drinking and vulnerable. Rich's is infested with experienced and organized pickpockets. At best, Rich's is incompetent, complicit and turning a blind eye but it is likely that someone is involved and allows this to continue.

That's exactly why I think this is worth saying: if there were ever a fire, emergency, or any situation where everyone needed to get out quickly, the level of overcrowding I experienced could become incredibly dangerous, very fast. Hopefully management takes a closer look at this, because a fun night out should be memorable for the right reasons -- not because you spent half of it wondering where the nearest emergency exit was.

It was not busy. I will say all the patrons were white. We didn't think anything of it at the time, but another WHITE group came in and they let them sing; and right after, the Dj sang himself!! If patrons want to sing at an event you're a WORKER for, they should take president. I will NEVER come to this RACIST BAR AGAIN!

Overall, after spending $50, I would've been more satisfied somewhere else, or ordering food to my hotel room.

I have no idea what he was referring to, and it's possible he confused me with someone else. Regardless, he made no real effort to assess the sobriety or behavior of our group before turning us away. Because of that experience, they've lost my business. I can't speak to what the bar itself is like, but my interaction with the door staff was unprofessional enough that I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend it to friends.

Do not visit this bar until the bar manager is completely dumped for being one of the rudest people who is running a bar. Do not waste any of your hard earned money on a bar that does not value its veteran customers let alone the gay community. Name calling guest who assist paying the bills of these people is not the way to run a business. Closing a bar down at 1 am during pride sets a precedence of lousy bar ownership. Tom/Ted the bar manager, is a complete waste of human who gladly doesn't welcome "fat and ugly" people in his bar. These are the actions of a person running a bar assisting in running down his patrons. In addition, telling a customer "I don't give a s**t if you tell all your friends," probably won't help his case. Need more details, I'd be very happy to share everything from the horses mouth. Do not give any more of your hard earned money in these hard earning times to this place, until the management is changed out for good. read more

Nice bar with good crowd often. However, one of the waiters is a bully and his peers seem to support his unprofessional behavior. I've been going for years, I simply avoid his face. Because he misinterpreted my friend waiving his hand, he became anxious and dismissive. When he refilled my friend's soda with the wrong drink, and may friend asked for it, he got mad asked him to pay... I started laughing. He went and got security and he himself put his hands on my friend, even around his neck. My friend threw his drink at him at his angry agitated face, the only fair and fun part of the story. They kicked us out, and told us not to come back. Incredible paranoid behavior or the waiter and the usual support without any reason from security. This waiter is always awful, rude and bitter. Please retire, this job is not for you anymore. read more

An absolute black eye on the gay community. Without justification, the bouncer refused to let a woman in the bar tonight that had previously been enjoying the bar after stepping outside to make a phone call. She was not inebriated, and the bouncer refused to give a reason for denial of entry. Even after I went outside to find out what was taking place, he refused to justify his decision, merely shrugging his shoulders. I will not be returning to this establishment based on this blatant sexism, which is awful to say for a community that has been discriminated against for so long. I would give this place negative stars if I could. I was there the other night and got kicked out because the bartender was mad that I and my friend made a trump supporter leave the bar for his racist comments. This bartender wanted tips more than caring about his minority clientele. I will never go to this horrific place where such people work. read more

Beat up old dudes spur about all young guys that go into this bar. If you are not feminine or ugly they won't let you in. If you are not fat , hiv infested or raunchy this is not your place. Some of the clientele may be professionals, academics, entrepreneurs, but they're wearing torn jeans, "wife beaters", rough boots. Prissy clean queens, who complain about how dirty, smelly, low down, funky with their noses up in the air, enter at their own risk. It's man's country with little of the niceties. You're not going to get Krug Grande Cuvée Brut nor Dom Pérignon here, and I'm perfectly happy with that. Go to the Addison for the fancy stuff. Stitch gobbled up his eggs and my friend thoroughly enjoyed her drink too. Definitely coming back for music and trying their regular menu items.
