I recently took the Park Tool class with Cory, and now I have a better understanding of what a bike mechanic legend is. His extensive bicycle knowledge was very apparent as soon as I saw him tinkering with bikes or my bike for that matter. I am extremely grateful that I didn't procrastinate or pass on taking the course. It was a fantastic experience and I was able to swap and upgrade parts on my bike "myself"--with Cory's support. I am honored I was able to do this with assistance from Cory. Since then, I have decided that, as long as circumstances allow, I will always take my bikes to their shop for servicing. I highly recommend both the course and their shop to anyone. You will not regret it.

They said they had more than Factor bikes. They had Bianchi, Wilier, Orbeas, Factor, Cipollini and yes, Pinarelos. Probably a whole lot more. They got some really high quality stuff. So it was worth a stop in their shop. My gosh, am I glad I went. Their shop was filled with all the coolest bike builds on display. They had some of the coolest wheels on the walls. They got vintage Colnago and Bianchi frames built up. This wasn't a bicycle wholesale shop. It was a custom, built it according to the customer, kind of shop. I got a chance to chat with Chary, and was he fun to chat with. He's got all the insights, know-hows and latest news. He's got all the tips and advice to help you build a super cool bike. Chary is here to work with you on your dream build. Over the next few months, I worked with Chary on a bike build. There were a few hiccups along the way but nothing that the shop wasn't ready to address with the manufacturers/distributors.  One thing became very obvious at this point. While he was trying on…read morean $80 pair of slides, the associate approached him and asked whether the socks my husband was wearing belonged to the store. His tone and facial expression clearly implied that he thought we had taken merchandise without asking. The socks were my husband's own socks, and the entire interaction felt rude, condescending, and completely inappropriate. They don't even sell the same brand socks at the store. Rather than providing customer service, the associate made him feel accused and uncomfortable while shopping. Customer service training should include basic professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression.

The store is one of the elite distributors in Orange County. The owner is considering offering customers the opportunity to rent bikes in case you don't know what you want and want to ride it before you own it. That is the best part about the store. If you think you want an electronic bike here is where you can touch and ride them to be certain how it feels when you arr on it. Atmosphere: 4 stars. Place is a little crowded with bikes but it is clean. Service: 5 star. Management is very knowledgeable about the bikes and rules around them. Value: 5 stars. If I had bought one last year I could sell it used for what I paid it. With inflation it is cheaper to buy now. Quality: 5 star. he bikes top quality These two wheeled vehicles can get up to 28 mph and cover a distance of 40 miles depending on the road and if one is going up hill. If the store has one shortcoming it is that it sells out of its best bikes. They do, however, take pre-orders. They also do custom orders and alterations. I believe repairs as well. The owner, Andrew, is an electrical engineer and quite knowledgeable about the wiring and power supply. His wife is a lawyer, so his clear on the laws and freedoms about riding them in bike lanes and such. They can be recharged with a ordinary wall outlet. They have the potential to save a great deal of gasoline by using them for local errands and grocery shopping. The shop is clean and has some excellent sodas.

Andrew was so extremely helpful and friendly! I've never touched an e-bike til I came here and he showed me the ropes! After a test ride, I was hooked and placed an order for my first e-bike. They will also assemble it for you and I'm so thankful for that because I hate assembling things LOL. Can't wait til it arrives! If you're looking for an e-bike I highly recommend this shop. Clean and wonderful little shop and customer service is really the best I've received from any bike/sports shop. Ask for Andrew the shop owner if you can!
