Brunch/Breakfast menu

There was quite a wait for two people and it was PACKED. The ambiance was good, it was very loud though. Our server was fabulous! Very attentive staff. The food was very yummy. I got the cinnamon roll, absolutely amazing. I added the menu pictures because the prices aren't listed on the website and the other menu pictures are out of date.

Crazy menu, a combination of Mexican and Greek only for lunch and dinner. But it works, so good! The staff is very friendly from the minute you walk in. Great patio, top spot in castle rock!

Amazing service, beautiful patio, and delicious food! I ordered the Chilladas and they were great, and the patio was perfect and cool even on a hot summer day because of all of the natural shade. Definitely will be back!!

Great aesthetics, great for groups. The staff is very friendly and fast. Maybe the fastest food service we've had in a restaurant like this. The food is just okay. Not great, not bad. I believe 3 stars is very fair all things considered. For the price (reasonable), we might be back.

First time here after reading lots of locals rave about it for breakfast. The 3.5 star average is about right. Cute house turned into a restaurant. Showed up a little after 9 before the Saturday rush hit. Service started out slow but got better. The gyro meat on the Grecian platter was the best I've found in CR so far. Eggs and potatoes were a bit bland. I didn't care for the tzatziki sauce. My wife had the vegetarian burrito. She liked it but thought it had a lot more potato than egg. You should never still be hungry after eating a breakfast burrito. Coffee was good. Someone has said it's Bearded Man. Not sure if that's true or not. We'll come back for lunch/dinner to focus on the Greek food.

Biscuits and Gravy with sides of bacon, hash browns, and eggs

We ate at Pegasus after a long night of birthday celebrations and it hit the spot!! The flavor was spicy and the balance of everything was just right. Great spot for breakfast I got the Chilladas (Two Scrambled eggs w/diced ham and melted cheddar cheese all wrapped in soft corn tortillas an smothered in our green chili. Served w/ hash browns or frijoles topped with Monterey Jack) and my partner got the biscuits and gravy.

Grecian Platter. How can you pick a favorite from so many delicious things?

Great food and fast. No complaints apart from being on the pricey side. But what restaurant isn't these days.

Great service, food, atmosphere in downtown Castle Rock. May be a wait at peak hours, but larger than it appears from outside.

Did anyone else find the hostess yesterday, unfriendly and rude? Food, as usual, was very good as was the server.

This is a local favorite. Pro tip: sit at the bar and ask to spin the wheel! We love breakfast/brunch, but everything is great!

Food was decent but was asked to move spots for a bigger party, felt rushed to leave and cramped dining experience. Not returning.

We recently tried Wide Awake Eatery in Castle Rock and were really impressed! I've had the chance…read moreto eat there twice now--once inside the restaurant and once out on their patio--and both experiences were great. The patio is especially nice on a sunny Colorado day. I ordered the filet mignon salad, and honestly it was to die for. At first I thought it was a little unusual that the salad came with fingerling potatoes, but wow... it totally works. Steak and potatoes are a classic pairing, and somehow putting them on a salad just makes it even better. The filet was cooked perfectly and everything tasted really fresh. My husband ordered a sandwich (I wish I could remember exactly which one), but he really enjoyed it and said the French fries were excellent too. Overall, great food, a relaxed atmosphere, and a spot we'll definitely be coming back to. Service has always been great!

The Benedict has a very rich and unique taste. It's not bad, just different. The million dollar bacon is way too sweet. It tastes like bacon cake which if that's your jam you'll love it. We loved this place when it was Tribe but our one complaint is when at capacity you can't even hear the person across the table from you. I don't mind a mild roar but this is like people are standing next to you screaming in your ear. Look, we support local businesses and this place is no exception. I think that we had very high hopes for this place and our fist round was fairly average. The service was good and, again, people who work here seem to take real pride in the restaurant so kudos for that for sure! BTW, they are starting to do dinner Thursday-Sunday. We haven't tried it but we were told to come back for dinner which we will certainly do.

The staff was great and the food was amazing. We sat outside and enjoyed the nice weather (other than the wasps that found our table). I had the corned beef hash skillet and it was delicious. The biscuits are freshly made and were fluffy and went perfectly with some butter. My cousin got the eggs Benedict and she was raving about them. My other cousin got the avocado toast and she said it was the best she's had. Everything was fresh and delicious. I hope to be back soon to try more items from the menu.

The marble is beautiful. It's a historical building and has a pretty cool story behind it. Just ask your server for the pamphlet. We got items off the seasonal menu. I had the strawberry waffle which was absolutely delicious! My bf got the Irish skillet which had corned beef. It was pretty good and came with hollandaise on the side. While we were there we kept seeing these giant cinnamon rolls come out of the kitchen. We joked that we would come back the next day for one but that's actually exactly what we did. Cinnamon roll was AMAZING. My bf could not stop going back for more bites even after he was stuffed. He also devoured the country skillet which he very much enjoyed. I got the old fashioned plate with the English muffins. Some diners have low quality coffee but this place has a good roast. They'll even offer you a cup to go which is nice. I'm definitely be back.

We stopped in for brunch and everything we ordered was really good, but the Breakfast Hangover Burger completely stole the show for me. A burger topped with smoked ham, an over easy egg, avocado, American cheese, jalapeños, fried onion straws, and sriracha aioli sounds like someone lost a bet and just kept adding ingredients. Somehow it all works perfectly. We also ordered the Monte Cristo, which was crispy, cheesy, and exactly what I want when I order a Monte Cristo. Another highlight weee the donuts. Fresh, hot, and perfect for sharing. The service was great, the food came out quickly, and the whole experience was just really enjoyable. Definitely worth the trip.

As I have the past several times here, I went with the egg and carnitas tacos. I added a side of fresh fruit...both the eggs and fruit were very good. As the Benedict my wife loved is no longer on the menu, she had the avocado toast with eggs. She added a large size of the breakfast potatoes and was glad she did. While she liked the taste of the avocado toast, she was very disappointed in the small size of the portion. She wish she had more. One daughter had the Mardi Gras omelette for the first time. While she liked the flavor, the fact that the ham was a full slice (lunchmeat style), as opposed to chunks or cubes, was weird...and required cutting with a knife. The other daughter tried the quiche for the first time and loved it. It is one of the better quiches around. Coffee is very good as well. Service was fine for the most part.
