We frequent this Pei Wei fairly often, considering we rarely eat out. This is our usual go-to when we don't have the energy to cook dinner. Food is tasty and fairly priced, it doesn't make you feel too guilty after eating. I'm honestly not a fan of P.F. Changs but I do like Pei Wei. read more

Hit or miss with this place. Overall we have had hits, although tonight our pad Thai to go was a disaster. I almost called back and asked to speak to the manager. If you pay $10 for a plate, I expect to be able to not be eating rubbery noodles. Overall they do pretty decent though, hoping tonight was just a one off. When I visited this location, they were terribly understaffed and multiple customers food was sitting on the counter cold. The poor girl working alone at the front was doing everything she could to catch up but she didn't have enough hands to get to everyone. She mentioned to another staff walking by that she didn't understand why the manager did this to them every day as it was not fair to them or their customers. She had to have multiple customers food remade because after sitting in the window 20 min, they wanted their food served hot. I have never seen this at another Peiwei but this is definitely my last visit to this one. read more

You need to coach your cashiers to default cup selection to washable plastic instead of cardboard. Not only is it costing you more in expense, it's horrible for the environment. Nearly every table had cardboard compared to the Pei Wei I visit in Highlands Ranch where they are all plastic. Your cashiers just grab cardboard. You need them to default towards grabbing plastic unless otherwise requested. read more

Take out was fast and amazing. Sometimes this place can be spotty so we took a break for a bit. Glad to be back. Asian chopped salad was huge and delicious and the Korean beef was very tasty and extra spicy (asked for it). Can't wait to order from here again! read more

The chef wasn't wearing a hat and his hair was long and very sweaty, literally drenched in his perspiration as he leaned over everybody's food, preparing it. That is really gross and must be a health violation of some kind. read more

Horrible flavor. Ordered my usual Kung Pao and the sauce was watery and did not taste like the normal Kung Pao sauce. I took it up to the counter and said I wasn't sure they used the right sauce because it didn't taste right. She said corporate changed the sauces. I told her it was very watery and not much flavor. They brought me another plate and it was a different flavored sauce...very smokey/burnt flavor but not as watery. Fried rice wasn't even good. Not sure I'll be back! read more

If you're interested in good Asian food, look for authentic places instead of this. I have never had a good experience with this place other than when it first opened, and it keeps disappointing me. I LOVE Asian food- Thai and Japanese food especially, and am always willing to give places 2nd and 3rd chances. Probably not going to happen again with Pei Wei or P.F. Changs, ever. Bear in mind that I gave this place a wide birth for over three years before this last time I tried it, and only gave it this chance because my boss decided to buy lunch from here. Many times the food has been undercooked: the steamed veggies are raw/cold in the middle, the rice isn't cooked and still hard, and the meat has been pink. This last experience was no different. Our order was missing items that were supposed to be included in the entrées or had things that were supposed to be removed. One of my coworkers ordered soup with extra wontons, and she only got wontons. We have found bugs in our food in the past. Tiny potato beetles, sometimes a moth or two, a ladybug was in the sweet and sour sauce before on my order. My mother once found a frozen mayfly in her dessert and the manager at the time just told her "sh*t happens..." Best case scenario I've had with this place would be having to wait 45 minutes for my food when the restaurant was almost empty, and it was cold. Tl;dr- the food is gross, so don't eat here!!! read more

I have loved Pei Wei for years. Tasty food and good service. I was looking forward to lunch and when I saw the menu board I was so disappointed! It was confusing and the offerings were not appealing. When we received the order it was unappealing but upon starting to eat the chicken was so over cooked I couldn't hardly chew it. And most of all the savory taste I to which I had become accustomed was absent. Won't be back. Dump the menu. Return to easy ordering and yummy food. read more

You can't beat Pei Wei for Asian food. Its basically PF Changs at nearly half the cost. This location is booming and can be very busy at peak times. You can order to go online. Noisy environment. Great food. read more

It really annoys me when good restaurants change a product that doesn't need changing....ordered pei wei tonight and realized right away that the chicken looked different (no longer nuggets, now shaved slices) they are so jibley in my mouth!(I have texture issues) and hardly any of it is edible-to me-I know It's more my problem then there's, but seriously! They are the only Chinese I really like because of the chicken and now it's different! I called but the manager was cooking.....grr.... read more

When I got there I paid and was told they were running behind. 20 min later I got back in line and found they they were out of several things and if you ordered something that they didn't have the kitchen was moving on to the next order and no one was being told. Customer service is fine unless there is an issue with the meal. I feel the manager could have resolved the matter but she chose not to. It didn't make me want to return to their restaurant. Also, as I waited for the plate to be replaced, they saw my husband try a bite of the one to be replaced. They made sure and came to get the plate saying "let me clear your table for you". But she wasn't able to clear anything else but that plate. The whole experience was just wrong, leaving me to feel like I wished nothing had even been brought up. UPDATE: I tried to go to the link "Alexis" provided. It is a spam link. So I called the restaurant. They had no idea who Alexis is. However, I did pass along the customer service complaint. This was my first visit to a Pei Wei so I didn't have any real expectations. We ordered chicken pad Thai , sesame shrimp, small spicy tuna roll and crab wonton. The pad Thai was above average and so was the shrimp from the other dish. The crab wonton was decent and edible but bland the only thing enjoyable was the sauce that came on the plate. The spicy tuna roll was ok but this place isn't known for their sushi and for a fast casual it wasn't bad. The only real negative things we have to say is that the rice tasted like dish soap and wasn't edible at all and the pop was almost flat and tasted only like syrup. The reason for two stars is that they didn't have any forks. We waited for 10 minutes to eat our food. That's unacceptable read more
