The food is fresh, flavorful and delicious! The employees were all very nice and the service was quick. There is a ton of seating inside so if you have a large family or friend group, this is a great spot for lunch or dinner. We got the pineapple fried rice and pad thai. Both were amazing. The crab rangoons were just okay. The filling was great but I think they baked or air fryed them so the wontons were not super crispy, they had more of a stale flavor. I was not a fan. This review is for the lunch buffet. We drove 30 minutes from the other side of town to have the lunch buffet here. Our son was worried that he was wasting his time and gas. Fret not! We had one of the best meals ever! We arrived at opening, plenty of parking, and were seated immediately. The server explained the buffet. There is a menu specifically for this. You order whatever you want from this menu, as much as you want. The serving sizes are small which will afford the opportunity to sample many dishes. Our server was excellent! Every single dish was absolutely delicious. We each had our favorites. The soup that day was amazing. I highly recommend the crab Rangoon, yellow curry, fried wings and papaya salad. Found out about this Thai buffet from a YouTuber and decided to try it because we love Thai food, and was interested in the concept of it. Think dimsum , but in Thai food. There are several common Thai dishes, and a few Chinese as well. We got the Pad Thai, red and yellow curry, Thai basil chicken, Mongolian beef, chow mein, stir fry vegetable, fried rice, garlic and bbq chicken, and papaya salad. They were out of sticky rice unfortunately, and also chicken wings. So basically, the portion size is a single serving. We had a party of 3, so if we all wanted a dish. Its best to order 3 of it. Like the appetizers come In a 2 piece set, so we order 3. Everything tasted good. Service was friendly and fast as could be for the busy period we seemed to have hit, and not sure if its because the party of 14 who must've arrived a few minutes before us at about 130p. Lunch buffet ends at 3p. We had to wait about 25mins for seating, we were 3rd in line. Restaurant is small which has seating for about 60. There was another side to the restaurant which they did not use, maybe it was for private dining. The reason I only gave 4 stars is because of the wait to be seated and then for the food. Some of the dishes came out cold. When its hot it great. I think if this was a regular type buffet where you serve yourself maybe it could work better? We ordered take out so we didn't get to see the ambiance as much as we'd like but the service was great. We were greeted and told to sit while we waiting for our to go order. The lady was kind to say "see you again" which they will so we can try different things on their menu. We ordered the papaya salad, chicken tom yum, and the panang curry. All of the things we ordered were spicy level two. I'm glad that they offered extra chili powder to add if we needed more spice with was used. The food was delicious, my husband didn't really like the curry as much as he said it lacked a bit of flavor but I enjoyed it. The papaya salad was tasty and the tom yum was a lot. Peinto Thai Kitchen is located in the North/West part of town. They offer your regular Thai Dishes that you expect and they also offer some unique original dishes. They also offer beer and do offer a wine list. Inside is a mix of traditional tables and also booths. They also have two large screen TVs inside and show the chef preparing his dishes on TV and puts on a show. We were greeted right away when we stepped in and sat at a booth. In reasonable time we ordered and in reasonable time our orders were served to us. I tried one of the recommended dishes called three flavor salmon. (sweet, spicy, sour). It came with steamed vegetables and rice. The salmon was a generous size and was prepared with a nice sear and was well done but moist. The vegetables were fresh and nicely steamed. In the middle of the plate was the (sweet, spicy , sour) sauce that embellished the dish. My husband tried their spicy noodle dish with chicken (number four out of five for heat). I thought that it was a very tasty dish and the heat level was good too. The food and service were very good. 1st time eating here. No wait this time. Came to try to $18.95 AYCE lunch buffet. You order from about 20 items on the menu and they bring small dishes to you. I ate my weight in papaya salad. Didn't taste overly fishy. And there were no peanuts. Which I liked. Ordered the chicken wings. I thought they need to cook it more so the skin is crunchy. Pad Thai was ok. This is a small place (but not tiny) in a strip mall. Eating an early dinner with some local friends, we shared a cashew nut stir fry and the house fried rice. They were good, but I've had much, much better. The atmosphere was pleasant and the staff were very attentive. Unfortunately, the food was just average for me. I was definitely hoping it would have been tastier as I was really in the mood for some Thai food. Tried AYCE today - I've been to this restaurant quite a few times and I've always enjoyed it. Always good food, good service, clean and very nice staff. I have done the lunch specials quite a few times, which I really enjoy. Today was my first time doing the AYCE option for $18.95. It is different in that you order off a menu of about 20+ items. They bring you small servings which is great so that you can try a lot of different samples. I tried 8 different items today and all were very good. I'm anxious to return and try more of the items. I really like the friendly staff here at Peinto Thai, I relax and am happy in the nice booth seating and I love the food! I've only ever ordered through door dash and the food always comes hot and delicious! Eventually I will make a plan to dine in but it says a lot when even their take out is good. I was craving Khao Tom Pla (boiled rice soup with fish) but I couldn't find a Thai spot that serves that and this place didn't have it either so I decided to try their Wonton soup. The broth was so flavorful! It was definitely a great alternative and it hit the spot. The 2nd time I ordered on door dash I got their yellow curry (which was basically massaman) and it was very flavorful and rich! They also have the best mango sticky rice I have tried in Vegas! The texture of the rice was a consistency I like and it tasted good just on its own (not firm, just soft/chewy but kept shape). The flavor of the coconut sauce was also good but I do prefer a more thicker consistency (it was a bit on the liquidty side but everyone tends to make it different, what's most important is the flavor in my opinion). Went for lunch for their buffet. Didn't get acknowledge at all. While waiting, I was observing the staff and customers. Customers didn't seem happy while waiting for a long time for their foods. Only one waitress was scooping the foods on the bowls from a small buffet station for other waitstaff to bring to tables. There were so many colorful sticky notes waiting for the waitress to read and scoop the bowls. We got tired of waiting and not getting acknowledgment so we left. So disappointed! Tons of vegetables included in the veggie fried rice and the veggie pad woon sen, fried rice had a nice amount of spice to it, and the spring rolls/crab ragoons were pretty standard. However, the fried rice had a strong fishy smell to it when the box was opened (probably too much fish sauce) and I feel like $10+ dollars for each order of spring rolls and ragoons feels like a bit much for what you're getting. Regarding my food order which was yellow curry with vegetables. My order which was an à la cart lunchtime order came to $19 when I got home and looked at my order. I was very disappointed for the amount of vegetables that were swimming in yellow curry water they must've brought the vegetables on a flight from Thailand because there was very few. Number one the container was big enough to hold 2 1/quarter cups of water so my dish was 2/3 vegetables and 1/3 liquid hardly worth $19. read more

Does anyone else hate it when restaurants that advertise gluten-free don't train their staff on any of their gluten-free procedures to be able to answer customer's questions? As someone with celiac disease who must eat 100% gluten-free as my only available treatment, I have to ask about cross contamination procedures every single time to make sure I can safely eat. Celiac disease is an autoimmune disease. I won't go into anaphylactic shock if I eat gluten because it's not an allergy - instead my intestines will be damaged and it can cause cancer. My husband and I went right when the restaurant opened for the day and the wait staff had to ask the chef how the chicken wings on the gluten-free menu were cooked after I asked if they were cooked in a shared fryer with their gluten-containing spring rolls or wontons. Then they came out with undisclosed-on-the-menu fried shallots and I had to ask what was on those. I asked about if their gluten-free rice noodles are cooked in the same water as gluten-containing chow mein noodles. The wait staff had to ask the chef again and they told me I'd be the first noodle order of the day so it was okay. Ummm but what if I wasn't the first order of the day? What are your procedures to prevent cross-contact with gluten? I don't feel confident that the staff understands the dangers of cross-contact with even a crumb of gluten if their staff can't answer those questions without running back and forth to the kitchen to ask. I was soooooo annoyed when my $15 chicken pad kee mao came out with gluten-free spaghetti. I literally buy gluten-free flat rice noodles at the Asian grocery stores in town. Are you telling me a Thai restaurant owned by a Thai person with Thai staff can only get Italian noodles that are gluten-free? The sauce tasted fine but the texture wasn't right because of the spaghetti. I noticed on my receipt that the order of 6 tamarind chicken wings for $13 with the crispy shallots didn't have gluten-free marked on it but my main dish did. "Gluten-free" isn't a lifestyle, it's a term with a legal definition by the FDA because people with celiac disease need to be able to figure out if they can safely eat at a place. First time here and I see why the ratings are so high. I had the Beef and Beef Ball soup (spicy 4 out of 5). So amazing. The broth is full and rich, hearty with a full depth of flavor. Generous portions of greens, and I was still finding chunks of beef at the very end. It tastes like you're eating a warm, comforting hug. Peinto has solid Thai Food for sure! I had two experiences thus far with Peinto. The first was dining in. While the server was very kind and efficient, the vibe is missing a little inside. There is a TV or two, but no sound. I don't believe I heard any music either - so upon my dine in, there was just one other table of four and the only sounds besides my own conversation were that of the other table. It felt a bit desolate. A little background music would be great here. Now - let's get to the food. This was great! We ordered a House Fried Rice with Chicken. You get a generous portion for sure and I like that it is well balanced in the seasoning. The second dish was a Spicy Basil Chicken and I requested ground chicken. I just like ground chicken more with this dish - so personal preference. The flavor was really good! I can taste a nice basil flavor and I picked 3 stars out of 5 on the scale, but honestly it wasn't at all spicy to me. I could definitely go 4 or probably even 5 to get some heat in the flavor. My second experience was just a takeout of the House Fried Rice and I asked for level 4 spice but upon picking up and opening at home, there was zero spice. We have been eating at this establishment for almost 2yrs or so we are regulars and here at least twice a month,tonight we ordered out so I can pick it up on my way home from work and we are disappointed not only that they raised the prices on our go to Thai food the portion got smaller and we clearly ordered a level #5 spice level which we always do and it was very mild and a little bland more like a level #1 even my daughter questioned if I ordered no spice. I paid $34.68 for pork panang curry and pork tom kha soup only to be disappointed. Husband called it in to see if they have a new chef but only to be given by the cashier "Lin" oh ok we will investigate and appreciate your feedback like yeah you might have just lost one of your regulars honestly. After a long day of driving back to Las Vegas, I went to grab some lunch meals at Foodie Fit and saw this restaurant across the parking lot and we knew we weren't going to cook dinner so we headed over and ordered food to bring home. We ordered a couple of different dinners to take home. The atmosphere is really nice! The restaurant is clean and quiet, nicely decorated and welcoming. The chicken didn't have much flavor and the peanut sauce was tasty but very thin, I prefer it to be a little thicker. There wasn't enough vinegar in the cucumber salad. Pad see ew- with chicken. It was a great size portion and so good! (Spice level 1) My Hubbs got kung pow chicken I think, spice level 4. If in the northwest part of Las Vegas and into Thai food you must try this place. The experience is a 10/10. The decor is cute, the ambiance is cozy and quiet and makes it a delightful experience. The food was amazing,as they have a great variety of items to choose from and an entire drink menu. We indulged in pot stickers as well as chicken satay as well as a super tasty papaya salad that you choose the level of spice from a 0-5. For the main course we had some panang chicken curry, sweet and sour chicken, chicken fried rice, vegetable fried rice and some pepper steak. Each entree comes with a side of white rice. To drink we had a very tasty and large Thai iced coffee. For dessert the mango sticky rice was incredible.
