You can tell the staff had personal relationships with the guests. They knew the orders before guests had to tell them. They also chatted about vacations and things going on in their personal lives. A very homey feel. The decorations inside were beautifuly picked and extremely spacious eating. This is a great place to eat alone. I saw many doing this during lunch time on a Wednesday. I ordered the chow mein and chicken level 2 spice. Spring rolls as appetizer. The portion sizes are hearty and I was able to take leftovers home. One of the best chow meins I have tasted. We have found our new Thai place! We regularly order Thai food and have been searching for a new favorite. This place has recently undergone renovation and it was done well! Pretty inside and great food. Tonight we were served by Paul who was very kind and festive for the holiday season. We ordered green curry (no bell pepper), chicken larb salad, Thai beef salad, and tom yum soup. All were delicious. They even gave these cute little scratch offs to win discounts for the holidays! We will be back here a lot for eating out or in. read more

Peinto Thai Kitchen is a Las Vegas gem. Definitely a restaurant that only locals will know, but deserves The Strip and Chinatown recognition. A group of 6 and I came here for lunch. The restaurant is big and is perfect for any size group. There was another group of four, conducting a Bible study. They had TVs playing the game on a low level which was great with the shared conversations going on. It's more on the mom and pop look but is well kept, clean, decorated well and even decorated festively for Halloween. There are so many options here - from appetizers, to rice plates, noodles, curry, desserts. Everything sounded so good. I haddd to get a curry though, so I went with yellow curry with chicken. You're able to pick your protein and spice level. I would recommend leveling up one to your spice tolerance. I chose level two and could have gone up. Similarly, a friend of mine ordered a level four and said they could have went up to five. I'm glad they are reasonable with their spice level and don't surprise us with an intolerable heat. The worker here was soft spoken, kind and attentive to our table. I was the first of our party to arrive and he checked in on me to see if I wanted to order anything or wanted to wait for my party. Once everyone was settled, he was also understanding that we needed a minute to peruse the menu. He visited our table often without interrupting conversation to refill our waters. When the bill came, he was flexible with splitting it by 3. We were grateful for his patience and hospitality. I would love to come back and try more from their menu :) read more

We wanted to try a different Thai restaurant and decided to go to Peinto after reading about the chef/owner's start in the country and in the business. We are always impressed with hard-working self-starters. Glad we did....the staff was very attentive and conversational --- a good sign that we may be in for a treat. There were television screens that showed the videos of the chef preparing various dishes (scan the code at the table and check them out). We always believe a Thai restaurant must cook a good pad thai. Although their version is tasty, it was a tad sweeter than what I would have liked. We also tried their version of Singapore noodles which was slightly different than others we've had, primarily because this was very light on the curry flavor. We absolutely loved the catfish which was quite delicious. Glad we ordered it mild because it was all we could handle ;) We capped off our dinner with the mango and sticky rice dessert. We came on a late afternoon, so it was not crowded. The restaurant is not "fine" dining, but gave off a family restaurant atmosphere, which it is. We were quite satisfied with what we ordered, and would like to go back and try other dishes --- perhaps we'll be more adventurous and ask what they would recommend. All in all, we were delighted we came. read more

Ever since we moved to Vegas we just can't seem to find any good Thai food. We decided to try this place today and the food was disgusting. Spring Rolls: halfway decent but mushy on the inside of some of them. Coconut shrimp: I'm assuming they were frozen or recooked. Pad see ew with chicken: absolutely disgusting and no spice as requested. Pad Thai with chicken: disgusting and no spice as requested. Pork fried rice: tasted like the pork was one week old. As for all the great reviews on here: I'm not sure why they are here! Will NEVER eat here again. $80 wasted!!!!!! read more

It's a nice place with comfortable chairs and tables and pleasant atmosphere. Service was phenomenal! The appetizers of shrimp and fried dumplings were great as was the water with strawberries and excellent Thai lemonade. Pineapple fried rice with shrimp was just ok and rather dry. Chef's Special with pork was very disappointing- more bone than pork and poorly seasoned and prepared. Good rice noodles. read more

Stopped in to sample some good Thai food and were pleasantly surprised here. The first impression we had of this place was a welcoming one. The server was very attentive and nice and the food was perfectly seasoned. They had a lot of tables when we went, (because we went in kind of late) but the place was clean and nicely decorated. I'm from So. California where I have eaten at many Thai restaurants for years. The food was delicious so I enjoyed the food from Peinto. The service was excellent and they answered the questions that I had regarding their heat levels. However, their prices are way too high!! They include very little protein in their rice and noodle dishes, but charge a lot for each dish. This seems to be the norm for all the Thai restaurants in my area. I've tried several and it's the same issue at each. read more

We visited on Saturday for lunch with a party of 5 adults and 3 small children, and it was a nice experience. We were seated right away at a large table in the middle of the dining room. The one complaint I have is that the temp inside had to be set at about 80 degs, just too warm for a 50 deg day. We started with a bunch of appetizers; Beef Jerky, Dumplings, Crab Rangoon, Shrimp, Wontons, and a hot pot of Po Tak seafood soup. All were well prepared and delicious. The soup was especially tasty. For entrees we had Seafood Delight, Seafood with Asparagus, Beef and Broccoli, Mongolian Beef, and Garlic Chicken. All came out fresh and very hot. The 5+ spice level on the Seafood Delight was appreciated. My DIL was a bit disappointed that they do not have Crying Tiger steak, oh well. The service was excellent, she even placed carafes of water on ther table for refills. Overall: Excellent place for Thai fare. read more

Peinto Thai Kitchen is a new Thai restaurant located in Northwest Las Vegas. It's off of the 215/Ann exit. It's located next to several businesses such as Houston's Hot Chicken. There is ample amount of parking spots available. My partner and I decided to stop by Peinto Thai Kitchen for dinner on a Friday night around 5:30 P.M. There was only one other party there at the time we were seated, however, during our one hour stay, about 8 other parties decided to dine in at Peinto Thai Kitchen. The team member informed us to choose our own seating. We selected a booth next to one of the exits of the restaurant. Shortly afterwards, water was brought to the table, including the menus. The water was infused with strawberries. It was quite refreshing! The menu had a wide range of options from fried rice, soups, and noodle dishes. I was originally looking at the Pineapple Fried Rice, but decided to select the Thai Garlic Stir-Fry Beef with a side of fried rice instead. I'm so glad that I did because the meal was delicious!! The sauce was so flavorful and the beef was packed with freshly cut garlic. The vegetables were yummy too. The dish had carrots and broccoli! The unfortunate part was that we ended up waiting about 40 minutes for the entrees. My partner had ordered Thai Drunken Noodle with chicken. It had spicy soy sauce flavor. For dessert, we had decided to try the mango sticky rice. The rice looked beautiful! The mango was fresh! It was one of the best mango sticky rice that we've had in awhile. 1st time here, came in and ordered spring rolls, kung pao Chicken (spicy 3 out of 5), and pineapple fried rice to go. There was NO pineapple in the entire Pineapple fried rice (not even a hint of pineapple) and the Kung Pao Chicken had ZERO spice (NO thai red peppers (not whole, cut, slices or otherwise and, no seeds from the pepper). What I did have though was a check for $38. read more

Decided to stay in on Thanksgiving and had Uber Eats deliver some Thai. Needless to say, I was happy they were open and this is my first order with them. The Red Curry was perfect! However, the Pad Thai looks nothing like the picture. I am half Thai; therefore, I know my Pad Thai. It lacked color, overly wet, and there was fried Tofu in it. Authentic Thai food with authentic Thai service. Everyone is very polite here and their chef staff and kitchen are excellent. The food here is so flavorful and rich and there is something for everyone to enjoy. Their garlic stir fry (pick your protein) is so tasty and healthy if you're watching your weight... best pad se ew I've had since living in Thailand many years ago... and the mango sticky rice is fantastic. We love Peinto Thai Kitchen and we eat here AT LEAST 2 times a month... sometimes more. read more

Womp, womp. Ordered: Spicy pork dumplings - these were good, but the dough was a taaaad chewy. Flavor was solid but not outstanding. Spicy beef soup with hand pulled noodles - flavor was just okay, honestly. Kind of bland compared to other spots. Fish soup with wide noodles - same, the flavor didn't pop and should have been more sour. The noodles were excellent, and with noodle in the name, it's exactly what I expected. Buuuttt...if I have to choose between amazing noodles and decent flavors, or decent boodles and excellent flavors - I'm going with the latter.

As our last meal on our Grand Circle trip, we chose Shang Artisan Noodle. We really enjoyed our…read morevisit to the W Flamingo location last year; this one on Maryland was closer to our hotel for the night. We dropped in for a late dinner at 8PM, driving there directly from Zion National Park after hiking Angel's Landing. It was still surprisingly busy inside and we even had to wait a bit for a table! The waitress first brought over some cucumber lemon water, then took our order. The food only took about 10 minutes to arrive. Spicy Beef Noodle, Knife Shaved ($15.97) - Whew that broth. It's like cough city on the first sip, that chili and sichuan peppercorn mixture really gets into the throat. It then transitions into a robustly beefy, salty, and even slightly sweet flavor. It's so beefy it's almost gamey in taste. The heat is actually very balanced, although after sipping on it throughout the meal, I started getting pretty sweaty even with the AC on blast in the building. The beef is great. it's fatty and has connective silverskin still attached; it's like the best part of the tendinous shank. Other than that there's the perfectly cooked, bouncy knife shaved noodles, and a couple of leaves of crunchy blanched bok choy. (5/5) Beef Pancake ($9.75) - I thought these would be dry like shao bing (I have never had 餡餅 before) but construction took us totally by surprised. The beef pancakes are almost like a flatter, beef version of sheng jian bao, complete with juicy beef aspic. The wrapper is chewy and thinner than a typical SJB, but works well here; it's not thin enough to cause holes that leak juice out. The meatball inside is beefy and flavorful, albeit not as tender as a typical pork meatball. The taste of both the juice and beef are very allium forward and full of umami. (5/5) Dan Dan Noodle, Hand Pulled Noodle ($13.97) - The topping is a cold meat and preserved veggie mixture, minced finely until very tender and soft. It's combined with plenty of sesame paste and peanuts, giving an overwhelming nuttiness. The noodles, in this case the hand pulled one, work exceptionally well, being perfectly cooked and staying the same bouncy consistency throughout the meal. My experience with the hand pulled noodles in broth at the other Shang location was that the noodles got too soft only ten or fifteen minutes sitting in the broth. I would definitely get hand pulled only with dry dishes. On the bottom of this dish is a really spicy sauce, both in heat and mala numbness. It's very fragrant and lemony even through there's not much red color. The dish as a whole is far more spicy overall than the Spicy Beef Noodle. (5/5) The portions Shang Artisan Noodle serves are huge. We hiked Angels Landing before eating dinner here and we were only able to finish about half our meal. The wrapping was very thin and delicate and had a nice crunch for each bite. There are six in an order, which is a great value. Wife ordered the Lucky Beef Noodle which has a mildly spicy broth. She asked for half the normal amount of noodles, as she feels that the noodles end up soaking up a lot of broth. I ordered the Beef Soup with Dumplings, which is basically what my wife ordered without the noodles. I wanted noodles added, so they were gracious and added the noodles my wife did not want to my order. The broth was flavorful and mild, not much of a kick. But the pork and cabbage dumplings included in my order were out of this world delicious and paired perfectly with the beef and its broth. I highly recommend this specific dish! If you are in search for Taiwanese food, give them a shot. Good quality, fresh food that is nicely flavored!

The food isn't as good as the location on Fort Apache though. I'm not sure if it's the same owner at both or if it's different family members that own the two locations or whatever. Everything was good but given that I go to the other location more frequently due to proximity I had higher expectations for this one. The big nice thing is that they are next to a Mango Mango which makes it a nice area to do dinner and then dessert after.

The tea was good. I must've had it refilled about three times. The husband got the Asahi draft. For the food orders, we started with the cholegi salad, takoyaki, and chicken karaage. While the cholegi salad was good, I'd have to say I've had better chicken karaage elsewhere. Unfortunately, I'm going to have to skip the chicken karaage next time. It was lacking in flavor so I asked for table salt to sprinkle on top of it. For the main dish, our party ordered beef sukiyaki udon, tendon, tuna and avocado poke don, nabeyaki udon, and kake udon. Everyone enjoyed their entrees. For dessert, we got everything that was on the menu so that we could sample them. I particularly enjoyed their matcha pudding in that it was more than what the picture showed. There were layers of azuki beans and black sugar syrup underneath the green pudding. This one was my favorite! The sweet potato ice cream was the party's favorite. Overall, I really like the vibe of this restaurant. I'll be back again to try other things on the menu that I didn't get to try this time.

An outstanding find in the Northwest area, right in an Albertsons mall. Prices reasonable and food excellent. While eating, we watched their video loop of the chef preparing almost every dish on the menu, which explained why all the food was so good. Excellent papaya salad, excellent basil fried rice, excellent noodle dishes. The king pao chicken was not classic, it was done with more of a Thai flair, so at first disappointed but then it got mowed through anyway because it was so good. Recommend sticking with Thai dishes unless you're open to a Thai flair on Chinese dishes. This is now our go to Thai place. read more

This place is the total package in terms of food quality, service, decor, and vibe. The menu is vegan-friendly, making it a great place to eat with non-vegan friends and family. They don't cook with an excessive amount of oil. The Wok is my favorite section of the menu. Cashew Nut and Kung Pao are two that I like so far, which I get with tofu as my protein. During my most recent visit, the menu had a newer design since my previous visits. It is easier to navigate and includes photos of the food. You can see the pieces being held together by the glue in one of the pictures, although the picture doesn't quite do it justice. The texture of the chicken was bizarre. There was no sauce, just that disgusting jelly. My daughter found two shrimp tails in the portion she served herself. The dish had no shrimp!!!, so this seems like a health violation. The other dish was Taiwanese Mei fun ($14.99). The chicken had the same glop as in the other dish. The pork was dried out, except for the little pieces that were pure fat. There seemed to be only 2 little shrimp in the entire container. But it was impossible to get the mess of tangled, greasy noodles out of that container. It didn't matter, because the taste was inedible, and unbearably salty despite not seeming to have any soy sauce. Both dishes went straight to the garbage, and we had no dinner. To add insult to injury, my daughter ordered online using my credit card, and there was no advance notification that they were charging $1.50 for a "convenience" charge until after paying. This smacks of fraud. I called the restaurant today, which was futile. There was no manager or owner on site, which is also a violation. Then my daughter went there, and she was told that because it was ordered online, we'd have to seek a refund from the company that handled the order. But that company isn't responsible for the inedible and disgusting food! I am so done with this place.

With that said, there is also some limited seating if you did want to eat in. My favorites here are the Pad Thai which is excellent and the Yellow and Red curries. I particularly enjoy Yellow because the potato adds a nice texture and a little crunch. All these dishes come with your own choice of protein and selectable spice level from 1 to 10. I generally go for level 8, though I will say this place knows how to do spice, so you may want to be cautious at first if you have not tried before. Prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food, and I've always received friendly and courteous service when picking up. If you're craving some good Thai food, grabbing it to go from here is a solid choice for sure!
