Amazing service! Best bartender ever and lovely clean restaurant. Great low lighting and chill vibes. Food is spectacular and love that they have vegetarian options.

Came here for drinks only. We were seated immediately but it probably took 15 min for someone to take our order, another 20min for our drinks to arrive and another 15min for us to get the check. Drinks were okay - but definitely not worth it if the service is not up there.

Spicy wontons 4/5 Beef noodle soup 3.5/5 - Not a fan of the thicker noodle they use. But also I don't usually like chinese beef noodle soup haha Fried chicken roll 3/5 - The chicken skin was hard to bite and couldve been crispier

I HAD THE BEST TIME AT PEKING TAVERN!! My friends and I went for an outing and we had a blast !!! The food was good, and the ambience was soooo cool. But the highlight of the night was the staff. The staff were so cool and so kind, you guys were so attentive and patient. Thank you for the great night, you guys are awesome. Also shout out to the waiter who was wearing the piano tie, I watched Zoolander and that movie is sick xD It was a blast, I recommend Peking Tavern and would come back here again for the vibes ‍

Really loved this spot and it wasn't too busy on a Thursday night! I forget the name but I had some kind of lychee cocktail and it was sooooo good. We ordered a bunch of dim sum for the table and I can't remember it all but everything was so tasty. And it was happy hour so all dim sum was 15% off! Loved it and the ambience and will be back at some point.

It's very beautiful inside. Dim, but the ambiance is nice. Music can be better. It seemed like there was only one guy working (the bartender). He was very friendly. - Crushed Cucumbers 1.3/5 Lacks seasoning, pretty disappointing. Cucumbers were crunchy and fresh tasting though. - Kobe Beef Dumplings 2.2/5 Thought these were okay. The sauce is a flavor bomb. Some beef sauce reduced, dumplings were okay. definitely a flavor bomb. - Beef Noodle Soup 4.7/5 Very very surprising. The soup is SO flavorful. It's delicious. The beef is so tender too. Noodles are just regular spaghetti noodles? - Spicy Wontons 3.6/5 Chili oil is spicy, wontons are juicy. Unfortunately it's on the saltier side. But still wontons are juicy. - XLB 3.7/5 Liked these a bit better than the spicy wontons. They were juicy but the wonton wrapper (the skin) was pretty thick. Only comes in four pieces. Parked in the apartment structure next door, the bar was up when we left so it was free.

It was my first time coming here but my friends come often. The drinks are great and Hero is such an awesome bartender, he's so attentive and kind. I got the Peachy Keen drink with tequila and my friend got the same with vodka. We shared broccoli and scallion pancakes and later the garlic noodles! They have a great happy hour. The vibes are amazing, 10/10 all around. I'm looking forward to coming back soon to try other drinks and food!

What a gem of a find! The Peking Garden is a fun gastro pub in downtown. The bar is impressive and the foods are authentic! We ate several dishes here (forgot to take pictures) and they were all delicious! Fish dumplings Pork dumplings Green onion pancakes Cucumber salad Spicy pork siu mai Vegetarian egg rolls. All super delicious! The service here is top notch! The bar attendants not only make some delicious drinks, but they also help to deliver yummy food and ensure that you have a great experience! We were lucky because there was a famous Taiwanese DJ playing her sets here this weekend! The bar was filled with over 150 people having a great time & dancing! I'm a super fan of this place!

Had a limited experience here but thoroughly enjoyed it nonetheless! Came in as part of a group of 7 around 3:30 pm on a Sunday. We were stopping by for some drinks and appetizers and were quickly seated. Since it was happy hour, I got the peachy keen cocktail ($10) and tried someone else's mango lychee hurricane. I definitely preferred my drink, which was boozy but not in a way that was very obvious. The hurricane was more sharp and difficult to drink. My friends also got the scallion pancakes, which they mentioned were slightly dry and had an unusual and thick sauce pairing (I think it was hoisin?). That being said, from what I tried myself and for the value (also, our server was great!), I would still give this place 5 stars.

It's not surprising given the neighborhood and decor, but I think they lean towards more Japanese spirits and beers. For someone like me who's never been to Japan I feel like there's a traditional Japanese theme going on inside with lots of wood. A few friends and I came here on a holiday before dinner. Happy hour specials were still going on. I'm not sure if they thought they were gonna get that much business on a holiday but I think there's only maybe one or two people behind the bar. Since it was early when we got there, it was still not that crowded. I got the special which was a shot of Japanese whisky and a beer. Great price! Haha. I've walked by before where this place is really crowded so I assume there's a lot more people working behind the bar during the regular busy hours. Just a great place to grab drink drinks.

It wasn't your typical corner haunt. There was an intentionality here that turned a simple evening out into a genuine education. The curation of spirits was nothing short of impressive, but what set the experience apart was the conversation. I arrived knowing the difference between a glass and a bottle, but left with a newfound appreciation for the nuances of rum, the craftsmanship behind a smooth whiskey, and the unexpected complexities hidden within a well-made vodka. Each pour came with a story, a history, and a level of expertise that transformed every sip into a lesson. The atmosphere was the perfect anchor for it all--utterly chill and devoid of the frantic, forced energy you find elsewhere. It was the kind of place where the music sits at just the right volume and the lighting invites you to actually linger. It was refreshing to find a spot that treats its craft with such respect while keeping the vibe completely grounded. I walked out feeling a little more cultured and a lot more relaxed. A couple things to note: there is parking available, but it is paid (you can either text to pay or use the kiosk machines). The experience itself lasts about 40-60 minutes, which felt like the perfect amount of time. The only downside for me was that the bathroom is shared for both genders. For safety reasons, I personally wish they were separate--so ladies, I'd recommend going with someone just to be safe. You just never know. They also give you a little treat afterwards, which was a really nice touch and a sweet way to end the visit! Overall, I'd definitely come back and recommend it to others

Echoing what everyone else has been saying - the service is SO slow. It was about 45 minutes before we were able to order our second drink and our water glasses were empty. They have so many runners bringing the drinks out but only a few servers and, from the looks of it, one bartender (on a Saturday night - what?!). The server was saying he was trying to find a manager to help out but they were nowhere to be found. Clearly management is fine with these service times since they're still making $$$. The drinks were delicious, and I loved that there were heaters on the patio (though they did get very hot at times). Our server was so kind and brought us a celebratory drink. I do wish there were more explanations with the beverages, especially for the Paid Vacation as most people will not realize you're supposed to bite into the buzz button for the tingly sensation. I would come back, but need some time for my wallet to recover first, haha!
