At the moment they need appointments before they let you in, so call ahead (they have a poster on the door refer to a webpage that directs you to call them... why they simply don't give you the number..) Amanda was great, shows the equipment and sizes and gets all your settings for you. The little tricks and hints on the floor were helpful and they also offer up to 39 mo 0% interest for qualified buyers. If you have a referral code you get $100 off accessories like the shoes(useful), shirts, or weights, etc. Masks and plenty of hand sanitizer and over sock socks. A good place to try out the technology. Delivery is still 4 to 8 weeks out depending on where you are, and they build it at your door and you get to put it in. Yeah, 135lbs machine... fun. We absolutely love our Peloton Cycle. We got it September 2019 when I needed a workout at home due to a brain injury and no longer able to drive. I absolutely love this thing. I have had no issues and use the app so much for even more classes offered like outdoor runs and walks, Pilates, stretching and more. Love the app and the tracking. We ordered the bike that came with everything for 2 people. Delivery was great. Then Covid happened and I am even more thankful we have this as gyms shut down. I loved Orange Theory Fitness before my injury, I absolutely love the new bike bootcamps so much and they remind me of Orange Theory. This bike is worth every penny. 3 of us use it and it's cheaper than my gym membership was. read more

My wife heard nothing but good news on Peloton and she got me hyped up to get some more exercise equipment at home, especially since we had decided to recently cancel our gym membership for good due to COVID. Well, we decided to go to the Peloton store in Short Hills Mall, NJ this past November 19th. I must say the store looked extremely presentable and while we did wait about 20min or so after our scheduled appointment at 8:30pm, we ultimately ended up spending about 1hr with our sales person Patricia and buying a Peloton Bike+. Patricia was extremely helpful and helped us decide whether to get the Tread+ or the Bike+ as I myself am a jogger/runner whereas my wife is more of a spin enthusiast. What really sold us was the array of classes held and how truly comfortable the bike seat was relative to usual spin cycle seats. Additionally, I just couldn't imagine doing any classes while jogging, whereas I could definitely see the advantages of classes with a spin cycle. Anyway, we scheduled our bike to arrive by Jan 9th, 20201 so we can't wait!!!! I'll be writing a follow up (hopefully positive) on how the Bike+ works out. I went to the Short Hills Showroom last night to try out the Tread+. Patricia was the team member helping me and she was a gem! She was patient with my questions, showed me each and every feature. She really took her time and I sincerely appreciated that. I also tried out the Tread while there, and even though that was not the equipment I had my eye on, she walked me through its individual features as well. Not once during my appointment did I ever feel pressured to buy. There was never a "closing" statement to sway me into signing on the line. I did, however, end up buying the Tread+ because it is an incredible piece of equipment. Thank you, Patricia!! read more

We ordered our bike+ back in November, 2020. The expected delivery dates at the time were 6-8 weeks out. Once purchased, it showed the soonest available date to be mid-late January (8 weeks). We rescheduled trips, jobs, etc around the delivery date. They rescheduled our order without warning 4 days before it was due to be delivered to a date another 7 weeks away...Basically pushing us to the back of the delivery line. When I called to see why this happened, I waited for 30 minutes to talk to someone. I was met with a suuuuper pretentious and sarcastic agent that ultimately told me to "cancel if I don't want to wait." I clearly wasn't getting anywhere, so I reached out via chat. I was told that they are doing everything they can, but the pandemic has delayed delivery. Ok, but we are a year into the pandemic, how is this still a problem for you? And WHY are you still giving delivery estimates of 8-10 weeks on your website right now when you clearly cannot fulfill those? I was assured that I was not pushed to the back of the delivery line and if an earlier delivery time opened, I would automatically get it. Uhmmm no, that's not true, because you can call them and get earlier delivery times. I know several people in my area that ordered after me but have already received a bike. This begs the question, "why Peloton?" One of their competitor bikes is highly rated and about a 1/4 of the cost (and still works with their app, among others). "Well the competitor bikes just aren't as good," you say? Even IF it's not built as well as the Peloton, I could buy four of them and get them TODAY for the cost of one Peloton and 15 weeks of waiting. It's hard to reason with that valuation... This company is doing well on paper, and looking to increase sales by at least double again this year. They apparently also acquired a company to help with delivery services back in December. Customer service and logistics is clearly not their strong suit, and it doesn't appear as though they have any plans to rectify the issues. If they don't start taking better care of the customers who have paid $4k for their bike and equipment, they will find themselves like every other tanked exercise equipment company. Once the pandemic is over, people will be back to the gym, and trying to sell these 4K bikes that require a $39 per month membership. So do the math... Ignoring time value of money, 1K a year over four years for the bike and equipment (never-mind that you will probably need to replace shoes, etc within that time), PLUS the membership at $39 per month for the classes, is pushing 6k, or $125 per month for four years, which is a lot more than a gym membership, even in a larger city like mine. Add on the fact that unlike a gym membership, this isn't something you can just quit or cancel... You own it. If you get injured and can't ride, or you lose your job, you are locked into that 6k for four years. I urge other customers to do your research. Unless you are a pretentious, uppity type that cares about being trendy and having something others don't (or can't afford), this is simply a scam. There are a ton of other options out there that are a WAY better value. read more

WONDERFUL product. They have thought of everything - it's wonderfully manufactured and the classes are outstanding. Just be careful if you are considering buying one for your home - their delivery is APPALLING. We love the product and bought two, but neither one was delivered on the scheduled day, and getting the problems resolved was a nightmare taking several hours each time. I've popped in here a few times. Everyone is very polite and helpful and not pushy. I love their product and although I cannot afford their bikes I wanted to get a tshirt. I popped in to get an inexpensive tshirt and the staff treated us as though we were buying a 3k bike. I would definitely buy a bike from them when I finish grad school. read more

LESS than one star. For the delivery method you all should do business with more professional companies who have more than one person making the deliveries. You all cost me a day's work to be here for a delivery I had to confirm more than once for the 30th of August 2022. Then after the delivery was confirmed, i took off work to be home for the delivery. Then get a call saying it can't be delivered because the driver took the day off and then available would be moved to 3 September 2022, 5 more days out than the original scheduled date for delivery. Then rescheduled for the original date 30 August. But on the morning of the delivery day I get an email saying its been rescheduled for 31 August. All because the driver for XPO Lagistics called out of work. The time frame i was given when I purchased the product was not honored which was one week 7 days no more than that. A waist of my time and money. Will never recommend. read more
