I was told "it is not guaranteed and someone would call me the week before to confirm". I never got a call so I called them the day before and was told a crew would be here at 8:30am. So, I figured I did not get my requested time. On the day I wait, wait, wait. I finally called at 9:20 and asked where my crews was and was told they would not be here until noon. So frustrating!! The ladies did show up at noon and neither one spoke English. I had many things to show and communicate to them and had to use Google Translate - again, very frustrating. This was to do a deep clean in my home which required some unreachable shelves and was never told they would not be able to use a step ladder to reach the "high stuff". I had to readjust all shutters after they were cleaned and I had to reposition all of my decor as they were not put back in place. A company inspector (also did not speak English) showed up about 1.5 hours after they began and much of the house had not been cleaned so this was a complete joke and there is no way the company can verify the work was done to my satisfaction. It took them 4.5 hours to clean this house which was wayyyyy too long, therefore, very expensive.

Maids arrived on time, they don't speak or understand English, only Spanish. I walked them through the house. The moment they saw master bathroom, the in-charge maid started saying something in Spanish. She didn't see the shower area or the tub by that time, but made a call saying my place needs a deep cleaning, saying the bathrooms are in need of deep cleaning and not regular, asking to charge me some $80 bucks more or so. Happy to pay that if you are either upfront about it, and do the job you say you would. After this, the service was subpar. The maids would lie about cleaning something they didn't even touch, you'd have to call them over and make them clean things (referring to the tops of bed side stands, dressers, dusting furniture etc.). Overall, the service I received was more of a headache than it was a service. After paying $230 whatever, my shower floor still looks the same. The cherry on top - I asked for kid friendly, safe cleaning supplies. Whatever they used, left a strong chemical smell throughout my house that lasted 2 days. Sharing an after picture of the shower floor ( it's a rented house, and these are stains that don't come off, which they decided not to check first but just charge more and leave as is). Feel like I was ripped off.

I'd…read morealready left the state by the time they came, so I had to coordinate remotely and have my realtor be the 'enforcer' to make sure everything was done well, but I did get pictures. I guess I will start with the negatives. They are not a bargain brand by any stretch of the imagination. ( I didn't choose them based on price, and frankly they were the highest bid that I got. However, I chose them because they could do steam cleaning service as well as the regular cleaning, no one else could do that, plus they are licensed, bonded, insured which was required for my realtor to leave a combo lock for the cleaners to use. ) The main other negative was that they forgot to clean the oven on the first pass, my realtor noticed and the team came back the next morning to catch that miss. On the neutrals side - it turns out that if you have cats that barf under your bed for several years, you can't "just" have a steam cleaning; they have to do some kind of neutralization treatment first to avoid stinking up your house when they steam clean. Which costs a couple hundred extra dollars. Eek. Honestly, I have no idea whether cat barf really requires this, or only cat pee would, or whether it's all fiction - but in the situation I was in, I didn't really have much choice or time to research this myself.. I had to just authorize the extra charges. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that this is actually the right thing to do, but I recommend that you do your own research first if you're in a similar situation with bulimic cats and a bed too big to get under on your own. Now, onto the good things. They are EXCELLENT with respect to communication. Caio is extremely responsive, clear, and detail oriented. Scheduling the appointment was extremely easy, they have a well-built portal you can book through. They are flexible as far as payment methods, there is a surcharge for credit card, but being able to accept them is a big plus as I didn't want to leave a check when I was no longer in the state. Aside from the minor hiccups described above, they did a great job cleaning the house. When the job was done it was spic and span based on the pics and my realtor's checkup. They are very professional and reliable. So all in all, I do absolutely recommend them if you're someone who wants a hassle-free experience and is willing to pay bit extra to get it.

Their staff destroyed several items in my home and didn't even apologize for it much less replace them. They also took my card on file at the time of booking which I didn't mind, that's typical for cleaning services. The issue is that I assumed they charged that card for the services rendered... until several days later I get all these messages and phone calls about payment. I told them to charge my card on file and they flat out refused to do so. They insisted I pay an invoice, but I was busy at work and didn't have time to do so. Then they showed up at my home trying to collect payment despite me telling them repeatedly that I was at work and nobody would be home. The owner and her boyfriend called me from multiple phone numbers, THREATENED ME with the police but continued to refuse charging my card on file. They tried to say my card was "blocked" which I know was not true. When I was done working I paid their ridiculous invoice, only to find that they DID in fact CHARGE MY CARD ON FILE!! I literally paid for the clean TWICE because they refused to charge my card, insisted I pay an invoice instead, threatened me to pay their invoice, and then charged my card anyway. And the worst part? The owner and her boyfriend BLOCKED ME as soon as they took my double payment. They said to "talk to the office manager" who also completely ignored me. I had to dispute the extra charge through my bank to get my money back. I'm a business owner myself and I would never in the worst situation think of treating a client this way. I cannot suggest anyone to use this shady company that overcharges, under-delivers, and literally threatens clients. Stay far away from these folks!

The earliest they could do was nearly 2 weeks out from the time I called, but I figured if they were good and reasonably priced, it was worth the wait. Then the snow storm came and we needed to reschedule (no one's fault). They finally came out 5 days later and 2 women came out to get to work. They were allotted 4.5hrs a piece to clean our home, but only used 2.5. During that time, they did a half-assed job. When you schedule a deep clean, you expect the team to be very detailed and very thorough, especially with the money you're paying. We got none of that. The areas they did clean were either cleaned or cleaned decently, but not quite satisfactorily. And I say that because you can see streaks of where they did and didn't wipe/clean on many surfaces. They also didn't wipe down any of our table surfaces, dusted some areas but completely missed others within their reach, and cleaned only 3/4 of the kitchen and left some white residue all over the gas stove that was a pain to get off. On top of that, they didn't put anything they moved back; didn't respect my property (my cameras caught them playing with my gym equipment); used our supplies to clean when we didn't agree to that (ladder, paper towels, plastic bags); and during the 2.5 hours they were in our home, used a whopping 36 gallons of water (we have an app, it's great)! That's over half of what my husband and I use in 1 day. I mean, I want a clean home but not at the expense of a higher water bill. And I understand they want to mop the floors with fresh water, but it was overkill and we were under water conservation orders so they should've abided by that better. Of course, I sent an email letting them know about all the issues and they offered to send someone out to clean it. I declined since I'd already handled everything to my liking. But to add insult to injury, after I settled the score with them and canceled any additional services, I discovered multiple scratches on my new fridge that weren't there before they cleaned. I don't know what products they used or if the cloth has something abrasive on it, but it was not appropriate for a stainless appliance. It's pointless to complain to them now since it's outside the 24 hour window and I probably won't be compensated, but if you hire them, check your fridge when they're done. Just so this isn't a complete put-down post, they did leave my home smelling nice, the women were friendly-ish, and they showed up during the window they said they would.

Mira and Jasmine did a great job cleaning the bedroom and the bathroom; however, Taylor spent 2 hours working on the kitchen herself. I did communicate with Mira and her supervisor about Taylor's efficiency in the meantime but she's still been working really slow, which made Mira and Jasmine to do most of the work. Taylor also spilled alcohol on my countertop but didn't clean it before she leave and the island is dirty as shown in the pictures. I also tried to talk to their supervisor when I see the alcohol spill but haven't heard from them. This is the first service with them and will be the last one because it's not worth $380. *Updates: Did communicate with the customer service but they ask me to provide "video footage" to show that their maid spill the alcohol. That was TOTALLY insane. I've also enclosed the message below. They keep saying I have feaces but it's just some dog pees near my dog's cage. Clearly, My dog was a bit too "excited" to see the maids. I didn't ask the maids to clean it the first places and ask them not to get close with that area. Overall, really disappointed with their customer service and will NOT recommend their service to anyone.

The first time I used Reyes, they were great, even though they broke an expensive glass without telling me. But I still decided to continue with their subscription service since the clean was good, MISTAKE! I feel like I got completely scammed!!! I asked for the same ladies that came first time, they said they would accommodate, day of service comes and its a different crew... ok fine, I would've liked the heads up if they couldn't accommodate like they said, but fine. I had to leave after they started since they were more than an hour late even though I was scheduled in for the first clean of the day. I gave them the payment and tip in cash, just like I confirmed with the scheduler I would so they wouldn't charge it on my card, ANOTHER MISTAKE! They did both! They completely rushed the clean bc I wasn't present and left, it looked nothing like how a professional cleaning service should leave a house. They were in and out in 45 min for a 4 bedroom, 2 story house... you can't even clean a hotel room properly in that time! The next day I kept seeing more and more how they did not do a proper clean, mirrors weren't wiped, stairs untouched, floors not mopped or vacuumed, not even straightening hand towels. It was more and more infuriating finding areas that were completely untouched after I just spent this money with them and signed up for continuous service. I contacted them about how unhappy I was next day and it was like talking in circles with their customer service rep EDDIE. They started in my guest bathroom which is very small. They were in there for 30 minutes and I heard banging sounds which I found out later was a long pole with brush on the end they use for ceilings. After being in there for 30 minutes one of the maids came out and motioned me to come in there (neither one of them spoke any english) She showed a crack in the bottom part of my toilet tank that was leaking water on the floor. I had used the bathroom about 30 minutes before they came so I knew they had cracked it. I specifically requested a DEEP cleaning and confirmed this with the owner through text message, over the phone I was quoted $180-$260. However, when the cleaner arrived, only a STANDARD cleaning was performed, which I didn't realize until hours later because I had left to get out of her way to clean. As soon as I came back, I asked for the checklist to confirm that my $240 payment was for a deep cleaning, but I was informed it was not. The owner later clarified that the service provided was an "over the moon standard" cleaning, which was not what I had requested and it's less cleaning than a deep. Due to the incomplete service--the cleaner left without finishing the job--I ultimately paid $180, as I did not receive the service what I had requested, which was a deep cleaning. I was disappointed that my concerns were not addressed effectively. Instead of resolving the issue, the owner became defensive and threatened to call law enforcement, mistakenly believing I would not pay, which I never said I wouldn't pay, I just didn't agree to a standard cleaning at $240: I wanted deep cleaning. Again, miscommunication that could have been resolved easily. While Michelle, the cleaner, was professional and courteous, she was unable to mediate the situation due to a lack of authority. In summary, I recommend that potential clients ensure clear communication regarding their service requests. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Over the Moon at this time.
