Best bbq on the Treasure Coast for sure. Ribs absolutely melt in your mouth. Brisket is delicious & authentic. Sausage is juicy with a nice smoke flavor. Pork Belly Burnt Ends were very tasty, but I would not call them burnt ends. They need more char & caramelization. Love the green beans & mac & cheese, wouldn't change a thing. Potato salad was good, but a bit average. My only issue would be with the sauces...sweet & sweeter. Honestly the ribs really don't need any sauce. However I prefer bbq meats with sauce. Please make a regular non- sweet sauce, & one with a little vinegar tang/ heat. read more

I'd heard that this was a place I needed to try. Let me tell you, this place does not disappoint!! We ordered a 1/2lb of all the meats with an extra 1/2 lb of the ribs. Unfortunately we didn't get to try the Turkey because within an hour of opening they were sold out!! Yep you heard that right - one hour .. We also got the beans & Mac & cheese. My husband & brother joined me in sampling all this Barbecue . This is by far the BEST barbecue I have ever eaten in any restaurant. The Smokey flavor with the spices leaves you wanting more. It's great that it is a dry barbecue & not soaked in sauce. The beans were delicious as well as the Mac & cheese. Small place parking is a problem best bbq in Vero open four days a week from 10.30 until 5 but they are sold out by noon so they close early long lines but worth the waiting my favorite is pork belly and the sausages follow by brisket if you like bbq this place is a must read more

For those who are looking for CONSTRUCTIVE ratings look no further. Yes, the owner has a beard, but if you step foot in the restaurant you will see that he wears a face guard around all food! No SANITARY issues in this establishment. It is very clean and the kitchen can be seen from the counter. I will say I've been multiple times and it is absolutely worth the wait. My husband and I have ordered every meat that was offered and found no misses. We're from Texas and know good Texas bbq when we have it, and it's here! I'm from Texas, and I had to try some Texas BBQ in Florida. It did not disappoint. I came in about 30 minutes after it opened and was lucky to try some fantastic brisket. The tastiest pork belly I have ever had. To end my meal with a delicious banana pudding. In the next thirty minutes, they sold out. The people in this town are amazing to cheer in a sold-out Restaurant. If you live here, you're lucky! I got to pass through and will have to try to come again. read more

Such a disappointing Thanksgiving Plate dinner. I paid $53.50 for 2 dinners because my husband and I were not cooking. I picked them up at 10 a.m., as the window was pick up between 10 and 12 on Thanksgiving Day. We planned to eat them for our Thanksgiving dinner. They were in covered containers so could not see the quantities. When we opened them up later that day, we were utterly disappointed. The serving sizes were meager! Enough for a small child! I measured the portion sizes and took photos. There was 1/4 cup of green beans,1/4 cup of mashed potatoes, 1/2 cup of stuffing, and MAYBE 1 oz of smoked turkey on 1 plate, one tiny slice. The second plate had same serving sizes but 2 tiny slices of turkey, maybe 1.5 oz. Totally felt ripped off! The USDS recommended serving Size for green beans and mashed potatoes is 1 cup and 3/4 cups for stuffing and at least 16 oz of smoked turkey per person. I gave 2 stars ONLY because the flavors were great. We were still hungry when we were done. My husband was not happy at all. We ended up going to a family members house at the last minute because we were still y hungry! read more

I got the jalapeño cheddar sausage, the smoked Turkey, and the lean brisket (they were out of the moist). The price was surprisingly reasonable for the quality of the bbq. I chose Mac and cheese and potato salad for the sides, as they were out of baked beans. The food was insanely delicious! The smoked Turkey was thick, moist, seasoned well, and had a great Smokey flavor. The lean brisket was still tender and juicy. The sausage was by far my favorite. The make it in house and it was hard not to devour every bit of it. I usually don't enjoy bbq more than once I'm awhile, however I could eat this everyday. It was that good!
