Love this place. It's across the street from where I work so my coworkers and I get it often for lunch and never tire if it. I try to stay low carb with my diet so I love that they have great salads. I get the Greek salad and switch between adding grilled shrimp or grilled chicken. When I do splurge and get a small personal pizza, is always so yummy. My coworker loves their Hawaiian pizza. Meh. I want to rate higher but I can't bring myself to. Lunch is $7.99 for a small 1-topping pizza, drink and a salad. Nay bad! I wanted a specialty pizza, so I paid over $10, again, nay bad. Staff weren't particularly helpful/friendly and handed us plastic silverware cause they had no clean real stuff. Ever tried eating croutons with a crappy cheap plastic fork?! Unfortunately, I asked for BBQ chicken, and instead of replacing the tomato sauce base with BBQ sauce base, they just baked the pizza dry and drizzled a smidge of BBQ sauce on top. As such the pizza was too dry, especially if you don't have a dip to dip the crust into. I was also not a fan of whatever seasoning is on the chicken. Seasoned chicken on a BBQ pizza just tasted weird!! Caesar salad was just ok, good portion size but some of my leaves were browning and I wasn't a huge fan of the dressing. Even the coke zero mix was off and I had to pitch it for a slightly better diet coke. Meh. Likely won't be back! read more

All I can say is the ricotta cheese must be inexpensive because that's pretty much all it was. The Canadian bacon was pretty much non-existent, hefty amount of black olives. Is it New York style pizza? Not even close. The slices aren't big enough really to fold. But it is pretty good. The sandwiches make for a good lunch, but the meatballs on the sub were obviously from a frozen bag. This location is short on atmosphere: the box of styrofoam cups on top of the video game next to the door looks like it's been there for a long time. But the food is fairly consistent from this local chain and service is quick. read more

I've been going to a few different Pepperoni's pizzerias in the Sugar Land/Richmond area for the past ten years. I have always loved their pizzas, but this particular one has been consistently Fantastic and staff has been super friendly and knowledgeable. With adult onset gluten and dairy intolerance, it is hard to find a tasty gluten free crust, but Pepperoni's seems to manage it wonderfully. It is light and crunchy, right out of the oven. I order the Pepperoni's Special with gluten free crust, no cheese, with marinara substituted for the pizza sauce (it has cheese). I tried the non-dairy cheese, but it doesn't taste right to me, so i have learned to love pizza without cheese. The trick is to get enough marinara and just the right amount of toppings and it tastes delicious. I usually dig into the pie on the ride home because it tastes so good right out of the oven. Unfortunately, because the crust is so thin, it can get chewy after sitting for about 12 minutes. So, I just ask my family for forgiveness as I chow down in the car on the way home, not caring what spills on my lap. (we always make the drive to pick up our orders). Customer Service: I especially appreciate Gloria, who takes the time to read my order history while I'm on the phone and ask me if I want the same thing I ordered last time. She is super friendly and helpful. Additionally, last week, a young man took my order, and proactively gave me 15% because I have ordered the same thing every week for many months. What a nice surprise. Now to be honest, I have experienced some messed up orders, since i have been going for so long, its bound to happen, but they are quick to fix the error and appreciate the feedback. But I don't mind the infractions as I would another restaurant, because their food is tasty and staff are consistently nice and helpful. read more

OMG Pepperoni's how have I passed by you so many times?! This is down the street from our neighborhood and we always just dismissed it saying oh we'll try it next time.... And we finally did... And it was AMAZING. So many options... Thin crust? Crispy crust? Well done? They have all of the above. I highly recommend the crispy crust. Perfect texture and thickness. My Hubbie and I tried the "Pepperoni's Special/Supreme" on thin crust and the Quattro Formaggi on crispy crust tonight. I have got to say that the Quattro Formaggi was THE BEST cheese pizza I have ever had. We will be back and maybe next time will just order a giant Quattro Formaggi :) Oh! I attempted to order online at 12:16p, soon after confirming my payment I received an error message that instructed me to call the store. After confirming my order and location Alex, he informed me it would take up to 45 minutes (even with me confirming my location that is less than 5 minutes away at Sugar Land Town Center) I had to call and check on my delivery status after waiting over an hour only for Alex to tell me it was out for delivery 15 minutes ago. I did not receive my lunch until 1:25p and it was luke-warm , had what seemed like one of my wings with a bite taken out of it and the pizza sauce seemed dried up. A solid 4 stars. We love Pepperoni's at my house. When you walk in you are engulfed in this delicious pizza aroma which makes you want to just stay! Call ahead and order and its ready in 15-20 mins. Service is sweet and friendly and fast. I've only eaten in store once and it was good. I go to Pepperoni's when we want dinner in a pinch or hungry for pizza. We always order thin crust and here it is pretty good. I make homemade crust at home from time to time, which has better flavor; but Pepperoni's does fine here. We order out Pepperoni's when we don't have time/clean kitchen space to bake. my famil prefers basic pizzas: sausage/pepperoni and also Hawaiian style. My family has tried the Buffalo chicken pizza too, which was flavorful and different from our standards. We'll get it again. My wife and I both enjoyed the flavor. If you want a pizza to bring home and eat while you watch a movie, this is a great place with great traditional American pizza flavor. They participate in the community. We're glad they're around the corner from us. This is a wonderful little shop we've loved since moving to Sugar Land a few years ago. If you are Gluten Intolerant and thinking of ordering gluten free pizza here, Do Not. My family has celiac and gluten intolerance issues. Thus, we ordered their Gluten Free Pizza. We asked what toppings were available for GF pizza. We choose Italian sausage and eggplant. Picked the pizza up brought it home, and ate it and discovered within hours of eating it that there was gluten on our pizza somewhere. I had the tell-tale auto-immune responses and got sick. We called the store and told them we'd ordered GF pizza but they'd put gluten in it. The manager said well, you shouldn't of ordered it with eggplant. It is coated with wheat flour. I told him they should have told us it would be coated. He said, "you shouldn't of ordered it; it had flour, " and that it wasn't his responsibility what I put on my pizza. It's a solid chain. Everything I've eaten was decent and consistent. The staff is pleasant. When they ran out of canoli the manager called and was very accommodating. I'm very picky about pizza and I found the food ranged from really good at its best to inoffensive at worst. I was pleasantly surprised. The sandwiches here are good. The bread is crusty and soft. The Philly cheese steak is better than the ones at those garbage tourist traps in Philly. The wings pretty good as well. Will definitely order from here again. read more

This place is a small chain that seems to only be concentrated in the Missouri City/Sugarland area. Most locations are right on Highway 6. I tried this place because they have whole wheat and gluten free crusts. Being a deep dish lover, NY style pizzas don't really have a place in my heart--but I eat them anyway when I want a pizza fix without feeling too guilty afterwards. They have the usual pizza toppings, bread, pasta, and salad. Nothing special but better off than your greasy Papa Johns or Dominos. Prices are probably a little higher. I did take-out even though they had some chairs and tables for those who want to dine in. They also offer delivery. Overall, employees were nice on the phone and it was a step up from frozen pizza and other pizza chains, but don't expect Star Pizza quality. read more

However, I do have my high and low stamina days. I was hoping to order the lunch pizza combo. A nice thin crust Margherita made by my friend Jesus. Their fresh, green salad with their leanest oil and vinegar dressing. When I called to order, I was informed that the minimum for delivery was $15. After arriving early for our takeout, we were asked to wait as our pizza was not out of the oven yet. My partner and I patiently waited as two other customers carried out their bundles of joy, like proud parents leaving the hospital after meeting their reason for living. We received our very own bundle of joy and clambered into the car, excited to break into the box that contained our very own bundle of cheesy joy. Like clockwork, I snuck a bite post latch of my seat belt. My first taste of Pepperoni's was the pepperoni rolls. Nothing exciting there. The front checker was totally ecstatic over our choice and proclaimed we had bought "the best item on the menu". Maybe if warm, but nothing short of frozen food when "luke-warm" would they have made his statement ring. Disappointed I tried to remember this was a first attempt and I kept my hopes up. After our short 5 minute drive home I peeled into the kitchen, grabbed plates for all, and was the first to sit down for a slice of fresh hot pizza.... Or so I thought. Another let down. Cook was fair, cheese wasn't the pull apart and impress you with its elastic appeal. Just, "luke-warm". Finally the soggy wings... They tasted decent, despite being "luke-warm". I have been going here since it opened- back when Blockbuster was next to it, and the food and service has been consistent and delicious every time. The pizza sauce here has a little kick to it, which I like. Also, they use whole wheat dough and make a thin-ish but not crunchy crust. They are generous with the toppings- I almost always get the vegetarian pizza, which has both green and black olives and raw tomatoes. My husband and I really liked that it was a comfortable setting not too big or small. We were looking for a place that had pizza and wings together that we could bring our little boy who's not even a year old yet. It was perfect and a great idea to come here. The pizza is great we ordered a large pizza half Hawaiian and half pepperoni, a Greek salad for my self and we shared BBQ and hot wings too. The food is great although with the wings we did ask to have them extra crispy but the way they must cook wings probably isn't using a deep fryer like we would prefer. That's the ONLY downfall. Other then that staff is friendly and place is clean. Will come back again soon and this time with the whole family. read more
