After reading all the good reviews I figured it was time to check this place out. Peppos makes a legit pie and I'm a huge pizza snob to say the least. So far we have tried the house special, buffalo chix, cheeseburger special, and a plain cheese pie along with some others. Had the privilege of Trying Peppo's for the first time Friday 6/8/18. We ordered a large 'Roni and a cheeseless veggie pizza. Both were fantastic. Very fresh tasting and both pizza's were huge for being larges. The best part of the visit was meeting the owner Dario. This is my go-to pizza delivery place. Having just recently moved to Agawam I haven't tried much else but that's because I'm so happy with Peppo's. I've tried a variety of pizzas and all are good. The ones I'll mention are the few I order most: Alfredo pizza with chicken and extra broccoli, chicken bacon ranch pizza WITH the cold lettuce and plain old cheese. Their delivery time is pretty consistent usually around 40 minutes - once it came in like 25! Longest I've waited is an hour but that's not typical. The staff are nice. read more

First off, the crust is really, really good - not sure what the secret is. We called and ordered our first pizza from Peppo's and when I went to pick it up, Peppo himself overheard me giving my name. He came over to introduce himself, realizing I was a new customer. We had a nice conversation and he said to let him know how we liked the pizza as he seemed eager to please. We loved it and went back the next day for another one. He recognized me and seemed genuinely happy that we liked the pizza. I love that he is hands-on in the kitchen with the rest of his staff. They seemed really busy both days we went, with the phone constantly ringing and the orders coming in. You can eat there, but it's not a big place, not too much for seating, so if you have a larger party, best to order it and take it home with you. But definitely worth it! Come here after Six Flags! We did and we were not disappointed. The cheese pizza and chicken parm were delicious and reasonably priced. They had a cheeseburger pizza with french fries on it, SO GOOD. Better than the food was the service. Peppo was adorable. When he found out we were eating there, he had us sit down and brought everything over to us. We didn't have to ask for anything, he made sure we had exactly what we needed. He also brought over a basket of warm bread and butter while we were waiting for our pizza. He was such a friendly and nice guy. The pizza shop looks normal from the outside, but was cute on the inside with nice pictures and centerpieces on the table. Unfortunately, being from the Boston area, we were only in town for Six Flags but we told him with service and tasty food like that, we would be back next time we're around. read more

This place was fantastic and who I believe was the owner, maybe even Peppo himself, was at the counter and very friendly. Definitely give the mozzarella triangles a try with the marinara sauce. If you need a traditional slice of pizza this is the place to go. The crust was a fluffier crust with nice amounts of cheese and delicious sauce. Recently we have started to go here quite often and there is a great reason why! The pizza is cooked to perfection every time, the crust is so crispy and delicious as well. "The Best Pizza in Agawam" argument is settled in my mind. Peppo's does something to the underside and crust of their pizza that is just awesome. I don't know exactly what it is, but damn it's good. Sauce and cheese are both quality as well. The staff is great. I think they are mostly family and all very nice. Do pick up at least once to say hi, it's a friendly spot. Delivery is fairly quick, about the same or maybe a minute quicker than others in town. Overall, when someone says "let's get pizza" I get the Peppo's menu without a second thought. read more

Peppo's Pizza is a great choice for anyone living in Agawam, Feeding Hills, or West Springfield. This place consistently turns out an outstanding pizza pie! Never a greasy bottom! When I take a middle slice and there is no wet spot of grease on the box you know it is going to be good. We also really like Peppo's French fries. He understands what few do. Peppo's has the best pizza I have had in years. I'm from NYC and have lived in the Boston area, and perhaps keeping this place a small Mom And Pop pizzeria will keep it great. Recommend eating pizza at this small place as thin crust pizza never taste better than when it is fresh out of the oven. Bad business practice. 3 times in a row I have called to order a large order between 830 and 845 and it says they are open. No answer no return call. It's 849 now as I write this. I changed my review. I was a weekly buyer plus including my office and so on. Time to find a new place if you're to rushed to get home instead of honoring the hours you state that your open. This place is pretty solid. In a pretty nondescript location next to a Fedex/UPS shipping store. Their pizza crust is awesome, and their house special is definitely a household favorite. They do have a couple of tables to eat at, but I'm assuming 95% of people pickup or get it delivered. I've yet to see anyone eating inside in my 5+ visits to this place. I've also had their calzone and their cheesy garlic bread. The calzone is good, but no different than any other calzone you can find at any local pizza place. I would avoid the garlic bread they simply cut a grinder in half, load it with olive oil, garlic, and cheese. It's not bad, but a little more attention to the bread would be nice. Based off of distance and quality this is our go to location when we want to pick up a pizza. Always consistently delicious with the best crust in the area. Definitely try out the house special and if you like it sliced into wedges make sure to tell them because everything gets cut square, even if the pie is round. read more
