Brought my mom here to get a pedicure as this is the place we usually come to. Upon arrival we were told it's a 30 min wait. She usually gets regular nail polish with a design on her big toe. She waited the 30 minutes and finally got a technician, as my mom described what she wanted the tech said she doesn't do a design on regular polish. She was shocked at this since it was what she usually gets. She initially said it's ok but I objected since you want a specific service you have gotten here prior no need to settle for a paid service. We left and went to another nail salon that was better equipped. I advise people to choose a place that would offer a better service to returning customers or even try to solve the problem. I think people forget we are paying for a service and our business is not guaranteed. read more

I had dark red nails before and all I wanted was a fill of blue french tips. First of all when you walk you there is no nails to choose from, you just have to trust the process when they start. They made me sit down and I genuinely waited in the chair by myself for 20 minutes. When she did start to take off my nails she cut me so many times, like every other finger has a cut. Because I wanted a fill they have to sand off the color I had before, she sanded so far down that I genuinely didn't think I had any nail left. After she was done with that, she didn't ask me what color i wanted underneath she just did it. She painted one coat of the pink and it was clearly see through, so I asked if she could do another coat and she got annoyed. After the second coat (they were still see through, you can see my actual nail, the fake nail, and her sanding paths) she started doing the blur and they were so tiny on the top and crooked. So i asked her to make them and little more round and she couldn't do it. She tried 6 times on one finger then gave up on asking me and just moved on. You can the dark red that she forgot to sand off under my nails because they are see through. On all fingers the blue starts at a weird place. My fingers were bleeding when I left and there is a hair stuck in the pink polish on my other hand. Do not come here I am genuinely so mad. read more

One of the most unsanitary nail salons. This is my first and last visit. I observed them after completing 2 pedicures just rinse the pedicure basins with just water and use the same dirty towels just used on clients to dry off the basins . The cuticle trimmers and nail clips are not submerged in disinfection solutions. The tech who comple my manicure cut my skin with the nail clippers and I noticed she didn't disinfect the tool but just placed it back with the others!!! I asked to speak the boss and related what I saw and she said they must have forgot. This is the perfect place to get infected with a bacterial and or blood borne pathogen. read more

DO NOT COME HERE. Horrible experience. I went in for a nail appointment to get a gel manicure. The nail technician used the drill too heavy on my REAL nails. I told this to her during the process. That very evening my nails not only chipped but broke. This chipping was due to low quality nail polish. The following day, I went into the salon, requesting a refund or a credit on a future service and was not only denied but met with very poor service and attitude. Do not come here! Although they are super clean and do great eyebrows. Walk in friendly. They suck at nails, got my nails done today and my nails are already chipping off. I specifically paid extra so i wouldn't have the problem of chipped nail polish on my gel set. Wouldn't recommend it's just not worth it. read more

I wanted to love this place because of its convenient location. However, the service quality varies between technician. I do not recommend getting eyelashes because the application was terrible and they tore all of my eyelashes out redoing them - which was incredibly painful and it took months for my eyelashes to grow back (they never fully grew back). In addition, some of the techs do not paint well - especially French manicure. Most recently, I asked the tech to repaint my nails which she did not do and she claimed she did not understand English and no one in else in the shop understood English to assist with my request. She snatched the receipt out of my hand before I could barely finish signing it. Unprofessional and mediocre at best. read more

No thanks! I went here, twice, out of convenience for a pedicure and manicure and I have some serious regrets. My pedicure was fine. The tech was attentive and careful. My manicure was awful! There was no massage of the hands, no moisturizer, no clipping, barely any filing and an overall unsatisfactory job. The end result was sloppy, rushed, and poorly painted. Additionally, they charge higher than what is listed on their offering menu with ZERO explanation. My last, and biggest concern, is sanitization. For my pedicure, it was the end of the night, but I didn't see any cleaning after my services. During my manicure, I had to point out that the table was filthy (covered with another customers nail shavings) and the tech simply brushed it onto the floor, annoyed. Gross! This place should be ZERO star!!!! Made an appointment for a basic pedicure and was over charged. When I questioned the price the person who provided the service claimed she did not speak English, but she did understand how to rob her customers. While I was there one of the nail tech removed her shoe and started to clean her foot on the table were she services her customers for manicures, after she was done she never clean/disinfect the table. NASTY!!!! I would NOT recommend the place!!!! Save your money!!! read more

Absolute rip off. Just hadn't feet done. Should have been basic pedicure for $25 additional $5 for designand $7 for my eye brows. Unless I cannot add - that does add up to $42. "Oh, that's because of the callous removal," she says. Me: "No that's included - says so right here on your price chart" "No, my boss changed it," she says. Well he must have just changed it two weeks ago because I did the same services then and it cost me $37 plus tax. The salon is nice I was in town for a wedding and went to the salon that was previously in that location. I decided to just roll with it. I got gel nails the price was way higher then what was listed on the board I paid $70 for a gel French manicure and regular French pedicure. Then after 3 days the gel started to lift. The service was good but the quality in relation to the price not worth it at all. I was going on a business trip to Orlando and wanted to get my nails done so I didn't have to worry about chipped nails. This place was fairly close to my house, so I went there to get a gel manicure. The woman doing my nails was very nice, however, she cut my finger while clipping my cuticles. It kept bleeding the whole time I was getting my nails painted, and she had to keep stopping to clean it and apply pressure to it. It was a small cut, but very painful, and was sore for a few days. My nails looked great, but no way was I giving a tip. My total came up to 30.28 and I drew a tip through the tip line. When I came back from my trip the amount posted to my account was 36.90. That means that someone gave themselves a tip and committed fraud, as I did not authorize that amount. It's bad enough I was cut, as that was truly a mistake, but to have money essentially stolen from me is on another level. I called the shop to complain about it, and was told I need to have the receipt, which I don't have anymore. Thankfully my bank has taken care of it. read more

I went there to fix my nails last week and I was overcharged for bad work. Two of my nails are shorter than the rest(I told her I didn't want them cut anyway). She said she would do a manicure n messed up my cuticles, they are bruised and were bleeding at first. And for all of that I was charged 65 dollars. I was initially happy with my mani/pedi that I received but after two days my polish started peeling on my nails; by the fourth day most of the polish had peeled off my nails. I went back to the shop to show them the peeling and was told that regular polish can not be guaranteed and that I should have gotten gel put on my nails. When I informed her that my nails are healthy and I don't put gel or acrylic on them she was very rude and told me that nothing could be done.
