Good luck ordering anything from this place. Lazy employees close 15 minutes to 1 1/2 hours before posted closing times. Last four times I tried to order pick-up , they said they were shut down. Will never bother trying to order again, as I do not trust these incompetent workers to care about what they cook or do a good job. So good!!!! I swear this is the best pizza in Rochester!!!!!! It's really good and the service is fabulous - everyone is friendly and nice.

The pizza at this joint is great! The wings were well cooked and even crispy. The pizza had soft oh yeah it did not flop or seem soggy. The pizza was a bit expensive though. It was $35 for a large pizza and wings. The wings that we had recalled honey garlic. Personally, I am quite picky about wings. The order was ready on time and we picked it up promptly. The food was warm and tasty. Our pizza had various meats on it along with cooked onions. The wing sauce had a bit of spice to it which was nice. Overall it was a great dinner experience. read more

Pizza was great... We ordered large with pepperoni and some Fiestada pizzas (I missed those from school days!!!) Cant give 5 stars however, because of the service. The man at the counter was dressed sloppily, even for a pizzeria, and had an awful attitude - I felt like I was bothering him by being there. He later started giving others directions so I have a feeling he was in charge/an owner... So that isn't very comforting. Anyway, wish he didn't seem like such a miserable person and hadn't gone out for a smoke break while we were waiting in the FREEZING cold inside portion of the place. After reading many of the other reviews here I am wondering if they had the same pizza I had? Anyone who knows me even slightly is aware of the fact that I love pizza! Matter of fact I've had pizza from many pizza places in Henrietta and around the city and Greece as well. I thought the pizza was so bad that Dominos was better (which I never liked.) The dough had a nice texture but no flavor, the sauce was without any flavor whatsoever, the cheese didn't have the same type of texture as most (nor flavor) and the meatballs were chopped/broken up so small that it was more of an after thought! This was actually the second time I ordered from them even though I couldn't stand the first pizza. With the time that passed and the Tuesday special, I thought I'd try once more. Needless to say, the remaining pizza is in the garbage. read more

Third time I tried ordering over an hour before they close for delivery and they said they're no longer taking delivery orders. This past time I called at 8:45 and said the same thing. The website say they stop delivering a half hour before they close which is apparently not true. read more

I really like Perri's pizza and it is usually very good but what I experienced on Saturday 9/1 was unnecessary. My daughter called for an order of boneless wings and a large cheese pizza for pickup. The time she was quoted was 40 minutes. It seemed excessive but we were enroute and decided to arrive early and wait for it to be finished. We arrived after 20 minutes and the food was ready. I was annoyed because if I had waited the full 40 minutes the food would have worse than it was ,which was cold and not fully cut. If you can't make the product don't answer the phone until you can. Over quoting only makes it "less stressful " on the staff and sends the message to get your pizza some where else. And to receive a poor product after the alleged long wait is putting you on the path of managing the business down to a level you can handle. I hope it can sustain your lease. I don't know when I will try here again but it won't be for a bit. read more

I think they have one of the best pizzas around. Never had a problem and the staff is always friendly.My only complaint is that there is never enough sauce, which can make for a dry pizza. This seems to be standard in the industry as I have never had one with enough for my liking. read more

We love Perri's. We have absolutely no complaints. We use the Henrietta location and they are very friendly and nice. We ordered one night and it took a little longer than expected so all on their own they brought a Pepsi and a Reeses pie as a sorry for being late. I've frequented this location many times and haven't had a bad experience yet, everyone is always very pleasant and food is always awesome. I visited this location yesterday to not only again get great food but when I had car problems leaving I had 3 employees trying to help and offering up anything they could in the most sincere way. The excuse for the 1/2 hour delay was that the cook normally works days and was overwhelmed by the football weekend volume. This was our first time ordering from Perri's, and we did so based on my daughter's experience eating Perri's at a friend's house. When I called, the person on the other end of the line took their time to answer my questions about the menu and gave great guidance with regard to how much to order for my group. When I arrived to pick up my food, the two employees present greeted me politely and began to pack up my food. A third employee came out to the counter and noted that she took my order. She was immediately engaging and by the end of the transaction, she put her hand out and introduced herself as the manager. I left feeling like I had just been to a five star restaurant and I hadn't even tried the food. The meal did not disappoint! The salad contained an ample helping of fresh mixed greens and chopped veggies. The fried pickles were delish; the garlic bread bites rocked our world. Perri's is our new favorite.
