Came in with a the lenses prescription for my husbands from LensCrafters. Handed it to the font office yellow toned hair lady, as we wait she input in their record the prescription, waited 1 to be helped , we asked her when we would be help and she just looked baffled like they forgot about us. Finally picked out a frame, told us it be 3 weeks not counting weekends okay it's a bit of a long time but my husband is a Class A driver which means his glasses are highly important for his line of work dives all night so glasses are must , I said you know what glasses take time to make, came the day to pick them up my husband said I can't see out my right eye. He goes the "blonde" haired lady again baffled says "give them a week to settle in there fine", told him that "if they were bad it's was lens crafters fault" it couldn't be them. So 9ff we go to lenses crafters the manager check his eyes from him and the glasses, says the prescription they gave is the same as the original test, but the right lenses of his glasses made by this location hand the wrong fucking axis and that why he couldn't see out of it see the lenses. Again time is money and my husband drives for a living. Go back ask the lady could you tell me what prescription you have on file for my husband and surely enough she told me , not to my surprise she had entered the wrong axis for his glasses. At this point you know am pretty upset , but more upset when she said it be another 3 weeks again not including weekends. So time is money, my husband needs it for work cause of this locations fault I told her we have to pay the price of waiting another 3 weeks for their mistake I told the lady in yellow tone hair , again she proceeds to tell me it's how the laboratory's works we can't rush it, i asking how can they fix their mistake why should we be the ones to pay the price of 3 more weeks for their small mistake. I keeps asking her is there no way to rush it, you know as upset as I was I wanted some type of apology or something to help fix their mix up not have to wait another 3 weeks she rudely tried shushing me and ignored me while she made a call to her manager, couldn't be professional to say I'm gonna get my manager to see what we can do to solve for you. Manager makes a call to the lad to send the new lenses from 4-5 days. This hasn't been the first error on thief be behave. Honestly look for another location. My in-laws have called for their glasses and they say they aren't in yet and they finally go get them and the same lady tells them they have been for waiting for them for a week. Both my husband and father in law are truck drives and if you work all night you're glasses are highly important so if you don't mind a few mistakes and waiting forever and rude works then for all means this is you're location. Will keep posted if the manager kept her world on calling in 5 days. read more

This place needs more staff . Personally I come from the medical field . I work in a clinic . And this on of the most unprofessional places I've ever been too . It's honestly awful . Not once do the people in the front ask if you need help , or if you've been helped with . If you want to go somewhere who's gonna care about your health and well being this is not the place . read more

Had a 8:30 appointment today and arrived just before that time. Door was locked. Waited till just past appointed time door still locked. Called to attempt contact with anybody inside but just got a recording. I know there was somebody there because a young boy was sitting in one of the chairs. Finally walked away and will not return. Not much of a surprise because unfortunately I have during the past five years had substantial involvement with the medical community at several levels and can testify this poor behavior is very typical. read more

This is one of the best vision centers Ive ever been too. I went to the vision center inside walmart first....Never again!!! ( walmart is great) Not only were they able to get me a reexamination that my insurance covered which they usually dont, but I was able to glasses reasonably priced glasses ($50 frame & lens out the door) and picked them up the next day. Dr. VU was great. He took time with explaining the condition of my eyes and we were able to compromise and I got contacts!!!! As long as I keep my appointments and follow proper care. Office staff is absolutely delightful Sandra, Elle all of you girls (and guy) are great! Very home like atmosphere. Usually is crowded, but they get you in timely, it's like going to a quality restaurant..... worth the wait. Also check out there Saturday morning appts. It's not as busy. The exams went well. It was everything after the exam that was bad. The selection of frames is small in number, although my wife and I did find frames, my son did not. The additional cost for the features we wanted were higher than what I was use to. Still, we ordered the glasses and they took about a week longer than what I was original told (10 days). When I finally received the glasses, my wife's were fine but mine were not. The lenses were not fitted in the frame correctly, with poorly done edgings around each lense. I asked for a discount for the length of time it took and the bad pair of glasse's that would have to get sent back. The manager and the doctor refused. So it took an additional 2 and half weeks before I got them back. Still no discount. Go somewhere else if you can. The exam is adequate, the experience after that is at your own risk. I will NOT be taking my family here again. First and last time. Consider yourselves warned. read more

well at 3 weeks i still hadn't heard from them so i called and was told my glasses were there. everything about this office is wait wait wait. its a good office but you must have lots of patience. and lots of time on your hands to sign in and wait. wait for the doctor, wait for your glasses, and wait to be called to pay for them. oh ya, its a busy strip mall and parking is hard to find. read more

This place is great! I've been going here for many years and the staff and optometrist has always been amazing. They have a great selection of glasses and sunglasses, including designer frames, that are very affordable.They are very prompt and I always receive my glasses/contacts in a timely manner. I agree with Jennifer C. I am so frustrated with this office and I am completely upset that this office does business. I manage a healthcare facility and completely understand the logistics, the operations, and the demands of an office like this. My son went there for his glasses last year. He broke his glasses a few times and they replaced them for us. But after the third time they stated that they no longer carry the frame and we had to buy a new pair. I understand this since they did repair my sons quite a few times. So I decided to buy 2 pairs so that way if something broke my son can alternate his pairs. They told me 7 to 10 business days. 11 business days later I call to follow up. Of course, my son's glasses are not ready. I explain that my son is going on for 2 weeks without glasses and that we need them. They say that they will call as soon as they arrive. We have to call again and again to get updates. 15 business days later we can finally pick up his glasses. And we buy ones that are indestructible. Next day, wouldn't you know it my son drops the indestructible pair and they break. So they repair that pair and wouldn't you know, the back up pair breaks almost 3 weeks later. So we take the newly broken pair back and show them how they broke. The metal broke off completely. So what do they do? They tell us that they no longer carry the frames that we bought less than 2 months ago so they can't repair or replace them. So my sons mother is forced to pay more money for a 4th pair within less than 10 months. Absolutely horrible customer service, no sign of quality care, not even a hint of care that my son has no glasses, and money hungry. I agree, zero stars!!!! Stay away. read more

WOW! NO STARS AT ALL FOR THIS PLACE! My husband and I went here for the first time for glasses at the end of July 2014 AND WE STILL DO NOT HAVE OUR GLASSES!!! This place is ridiculous and should not be in bussiness. We went here thinking our glasses would be cheaper because they had specials and the prices are Still very competitive and the selection is sorry.. We actually waited two weeks till they received new styles of glasses, which did take up some time and finally heard from someone a week later after I had called. There is really only two walls to choose from and a few stands. I've had glasses before and usually you have a whole store to choose from. We didn't get the final price till after we made our selections and then they upped the prices on the lenses. Thats how they get you, frames are one price then lenses are Way more expensive. My husband and I have pretty good insurance and we still paid a good amount out of pocket, which was a huge mistake to pay before hand becuase like I said WE STILL DO NOT HAVE OUR GLASSES. I have called this place 5 times already now left a message for the manager, next thing is going into the office. I can't believe this lack of communication and lack of customer service!! It is mind blowing to think this place has customers and they are probably being taken advantage of in one way or another. THIS PLACE SUCKS AND I WILL NEVER GET GLASSES HERE AGAIN! read more
