Was passing through with my wife and 2 kids, pizza was great and so was the cheese stuffed breadsticks. The regular breasticks were only okay and seemed very bland but I dont think that should be reason enough to lose a star. Delivery was quick as well read more

I almost didn't get to experience the place as when I walked in, I almost turned right back around and walked out. The smell was so bad, it smelled really gross. Not trying to be mean, but seriously, that smell....However, the food was great! I wish they had outdoor tables, but honestly, I was so super-surprised by the quality of their food and friendliness of the staff that I did not regret staying. Been eating here since I started working in the area a year and a half ago. I get Perotti's at least once a month. With that, tonight almost got them a bad review BUT, the manager saved the day, as always. I ordered chicken parm penne (ordered it before) and it was a woman on the phone for the first time ever. She was short with me, forgot to tell me delivery time, and didn't really register as a nice person but I thought nothing of it until my food arrived... Chicken parm was grilled instead of breaded... It usually comes breaded so I called to see if it could be fixed, same woman was downright rude. Told me she didn't ask me if I wanted grilled or breaded and it only came breaded if I asked for it specifically... What chicken parm doesn't come breaded? I just hung up, resigned, I wasn't going to argue for ages over chicken. But the manager called back ASAP and apologized for her, then sent me a whole new order at no charge. I wasn't expecting it and he, knowing I order there all the time, made it right because he wanted to. I'm very grateful. Anyway, their breadsticks are incredible, dessert pizza, regular pizza, pasta is good but the sauce is essentially pizza sauce on the pasta, the Alfredo and homemade ranch are awesome. I am all about supporting the small business "guy" IF they're worth it, and Perotti's is on that list. As someone who is very picky about my Italian meatballs, calzones and pizza... I'll ALWAYS go to Perotti's first! The food is always fresh (love that their salads actually have REAL ingredients), great ingredients and definitely budget friendly. The staff is hardworking and nice, too. I'm happy to patronize a place like this for as long as I live in the area, and so far that's 15 years...lol!!! read more

So it has been few weeks since my bad experience. I have been a regular customer since 1998. I have supported my local businesses though thick and thin. There is new ownership to the Perrottis now. I do not recommend supporting this business. Who pays $32 for 2 medium pizzas. Yes, your pizza is great but it is not a gourmet pizza. The disrespectful owner does not know the history or cares about the pizza he sells. The pizza he now sells is not his and was developed and sold to local community by a great person that was a generous individual. The new owner has no clue about the community he now serves the pizza to and the that has been ingrained into the TCU community. I again recommend to not order any pizzas or services from this business to the TCU community or any alumni/student to support this non TCU business. As a local business owner and TCU Alumni I will always support my local businesses, but do not come into my community and try to bully the locals. You do not belong. This place is horrible! I ordered food and it took TWO HOURS to be delivered to me. The lady lied and told me the food was on its way. I waited for 25 minutes (the restaurant was only 5 miles way) and then called her back and she said the food was just leaving. I waited 30 minutes (she said she refunded my money and that she was sending free dessert with my order) and called again and she said the delivery boy might have gotten lost. I finally got my food. It did not have the dessert she claimed she sent, but my money was refunded. The food was only decent. I'm extremely unpleased. Will NEVER be ordering from here again. read more

I had the food ordered to the ICU I was in with my husband. The food arrived far earlier than expected which was great! Total I paid $20 for the lasagna, the side pizza and dessert. There was a lot of food. The food was seasoned perfectly. I was really amazed at the depth of flavor and the meatballs.... yum! I have zero complaint. The food was just fabulous! I ordered a regular pizza with pepperoni and Italian sausage on Uber eats and they sent me a thin crust that was partially burned. My toddler looked at it and said yuck lol. I called and they were nice about it saying they'd make the correct pizza at no charge and asked if I could pick up because they'd have to call Uber and something about it's a third party bla bla bla and I said yea sure. The new pizza looked pretty but I ate one slice and I was done. I personally didn't like it and thought it was overpriced at $20 for a large based on the quality. This was my first time ordering from them and that's only because I had a code for free delivery through Uber eats but it's the last time I purchase from here. They were nice people and all but the quality of the pizza in my opinion is not that great. read more

Called back at 5:30 to see where the order was and was told that not only do they not deliver to out area any longer, they also didn't bother to let us know in the hour and a half between calls. Spoke to manager and all he could say was the shift had already changed and he did not know anything about the order other then it was canceled. This place is absolute dopeness,, started off with a gnarly order of breadsticks, and btw, the marinara sauce is TO DIE FOR!!! Then came my pizza delivered by an angel from heaven, carrying a beautiful mini pizza that was perfect for my hunger. The Dr.Pepper was money, and the salad was a beautiful concoction of greens, olives, and mushrooms. Five stars isn't enough to rate this restaurant. read more

Great quality when it comes to the products they use and the best part about the whole place is the service. I ordered to go food from here two hours ago. The order came after an hour and they only brought the salad. Which did not have all of the ingredients listed on the menu and the lettuce is wilted. They forgot my Cheese ravioli and I have now been waiting another hour for them to redeliver my entree. When I called to check on it the manager told me there was nothing they could do, but I could get a credit on my "next" order. The driver also told me he did not have silverware for me and he "hoped" I could find my own. I am at work. We do not have silver or plastic ware. I will never order from this place again. read more

We've lived in Fort Worth for over 10 years and just recently discovered Perotti's by TCU. We had been craving a place where we could grab some good old fashioned italian food for a good price. Haven't tried their pizza yet, but we've been back 3 times now and have not been disappointed with any of the entrees, dessert, or Pizza Rolls. And the mini garlic cheese pizzas you get with the Entrees are so tasty!! When we order we usually have enough food to make 2 meals out of from just one dish. Amazing bargain. read more

What a crock! They advertise free pizza on Mon, Tues, Wed. However a large 2 topping was $18.00. I ordered 2 toppings, pepperoni, and green peppers and you could hardly find either. The Alta Mesa store is dirty and at 5:45 there were 0, repeat 0 customers there except me. Hard to imagine how they stay in business. Stay away from the sandwiches at this place! They are absolutely disgusting and poor quality. They have free beer but my guess is it's because they couldn't sell it. The midget owner with the deformed belly practically forces it down your throat. He gave me one that had chunks of black mold in it. I felt sick all day after drinking a "free beer" that I didn't even ask for. The way the owner shoves the free beer at you makes me wonder what they are trying to make up for. The pizza is ok as long as it is made by one of the crew members and not the deformed midget. He is filthy, he coughs every other word and overall makes me and my girlfriend feel uncomfortable when we come in. The last straw was when he made my girlfriends salad while I was in the process of paying. It was obvious he didn't bother to wash his hands which is no surprise if you have seen this man. We will not be returning ever again. The guy must live there because he is there anytime we go and looks no different than a homeless man at the Salvation Army..
