He walked me through all of the features, and let me know that they delivered. So perfectly convenient! I couldn't ask for more. I'm in the market for a washer and dryer now, and spotted David once again. He offered some insight before I left to see whether I needed an electric or gas appliance. I really had no idea what I was doing... but he was very understanding and happily walked me through what I should be looking for. I looked up for appliance repairs and Mr. Guzman popped up. Reading upon their reviews had me double thinking but I risked it. Elias answered my called and he was able to come the same day. He came at 6:30pm. I was amazed that he was able to come that late. He was the most honest man. He right away knew what was wrong with it. He showed me the parts it needed and how much were they. He ordered the parts and told me he'll be ready to come fix it the next day. Due to my work schedule I was only available at 7pm. He didn't mind it. He charged me to go check it out and that went towards the whole fee. The next day he showed up on time and was able to fix it in 30-40 mins. I really appreciated him coming late.
