The best thing about this cafe is that you can get any salad or burger as a wrap and they have plenty vegetarian options!! Me and some friends came up to Show Low to spend a few days up here away from the Tucson heat. I saw this coming into town and we had to stop by. I was unaware that they had such good reviews before coming, but let me tell you they live up to it. You come in and order at the front, then you go sit down. They have the basic food for a diner. Was in Show Low working an event and some of the volunteers were headed to PersNIKKity's café and offered to pick me up something as well. Which I thought was very nice. After checking out the menu I went with green chili chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries. This was a great sandwich, it was a chicken on a potato bun with some lettuce, tomato, bacon, green chilis and pepper jack cheese with jalapeno ranch, so dang good! And the sweet potato wedges were the perfect side, I am a big fan of spicy/sweet combo. The perfect lunch! Highly recommended by my brother and sister in law who are locals, we decided to stop in for a quick bite and much needed coffee on our trek home. I had the eggs Benedict with hash browns along with a frozen mocha. The eggs Benny were cooked perfectly and the hash browns were the shredded variety which I so love. Yummy! The frozen mocha was great. Easily the star of the show for me. Parking is in a private lot but it's sparse. Once you find a spot you'll order at the counter and seat yourself. We stopped in for breakfast we got there probably around 10:40am. There was a line out the door which I was informed is pretty normal there, being that it's so good. No problem, so we get to the register to order and it's 11:03. We were really looking forward to grabbing some breakfast that our friends who live here told us about. WELL. she told us they stop serving breakfast at 11am. We were in line well before 11am. She wouldn't compromise with us to order breakfast. That was extremely frustrating because we were in line prior. Anyways, we ordered lunch, I ordered the BLT with avo. It was very good, my husband ordered a lemon bar and a matcha berry smoothy which was also very good. The only grip I really have and its kind of a big one is that they don't care how long you are in line for, they will still cut you off for meal times. Next time we will try to get there around 10am so we might be able to grab breakfast by 11am. read more

What I order was a country fried steak, extra gravy, well done hash browns and a shot of espresso. What I was a served was a decent streak, no extra gravy, hash browns that were nearly burnt on one side and uncooked on the other, still cold in the center, while my shot of espresso was served lukewarm in a paper cup... to top it off my toast was barely toasted but still covered in black gritty bits from the stove. I am torn about a few things as you will read going forward, but I will say that some of the items we tried were CRAZY GOOD!! We loved the breakfast dishes with corned beef in them! We loved the banana French toast - literally the BEST I have ever had!! The food was the BOMB!! Service was great the first time, and the food was SO good that we went three days in a row!! The first time was SPOT ON PERFECTION!! We were so excited to return the next day!! The second day, they lost our ticket and we were there way too long. I finally asked about our food, at which time I was told they couldn't find the ticket. Geezz...not cool, but it happens. The third day (a Saturday) was BUSY. There were no seats available so we ordered our food to go. It was so busy and we figured we would order our food to go assuming that we would not get a table and we would grab a table when one opens up (if we got lucky). WELL, the portion size was much smaller when ordering food to go, which was disappointing. We ended up getting a table but we were disappointed with the portion size compared to dining in. We will MOST DEFINATELY return!!! We just will tweak when we go and we will order dining in for sure!! read more

This place discriminated against handicapped individuals like my girlfriend and I! We thought that someone would come take are order we sat down, waitresses said someone would come help us at the table like a normal restaurant! But you and your company were ignoring us because my girlfriend and I are both handicapped! I would've got uexpected a truly professional company to be magnanimous, but you and your staff ignored us and didn't provide us service because we are disabled! That's discrimination! I'm never going back to a rotten place like you and you're awful company. You're lucky I left! The way you treat disabled people will be your companies downfall when someone who's handicapped and rich is treated with disrespect the way your staff doesn't help disabled individuals! I wasn't thoroughly explained to that we had to order before we sat down! They said it was first come first serve and I thought that meant I had to grab a seat as quick as I can! I hope you company starts to treat handicapped individuals with respect! You got lucky I'm not out for revenge! But the next disabled individual you ignore might not be so nice! Finally tried this place out for breakfast! I had the avocado toast and the hubs had the classic Benny.. both were delicious.. they bring you a pot of your own coffee to the table when you Order coffee and it's the cutest and most function-able idea ever! We drank the whole thing after laughing about how much we got! Both of our entrees were spot on... Hubs said it was one of the Benny's he's ever had! They have a large menu to choose from so there is something for everyone. Get yourself a sandwich on their wheat bread. Not sure where they get their bread from but it was amazing.
