Parking has never been an issue either, since the lot is pretty spacious and easy to get in and out of. The bread and oil is also a big hit for our family, especially when it comes out warm, and our little one loves it too. Service has consistently been friendly and reliable. Seating inside is somewhat limited, but it rarely feels crowded, so it has never really caused a problem for us. We came in for the first time to try a different Italian restaurant. Overall intricate four stars but only because the overall ambiance felt lacking. I had the Linguini al Olio with spaghetti. The food looked like it was thrown on a plate with no thought of nice presentation. Although I've seen mixed reviews for this dish in found it good, not great, slightly lacking in flavor. My guest had the Chicken Marsala which looked pretty good with nice presentation. It was a large serving and he finished the entire dish and said he'd get it again when we return. We were served some warm, toasted bread rolls with a garlic olive oil which we all enjoyed. I ordered the Spaghetti Al Olio and added shrimp. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and not overdone like a lot of places. Finally found an Italian restaurant that reminds me of my favorite place in New Jersey. I feel like East Coast Italian just hits different. Their carbonara is really a pink sauce but is my FAVORITE dish. We also got their clams in white sauce with linguine and the clams tastes very fresh and the brothy sauce was delicious! Ok, well 4.5 stars may be a touch of a stretch... Could be a great little hole in the wall Italian place IF they hired servers. The young man that waited on us was nice but not trained in the art of being a server. 1) Took a LONG time for them to ask us for drinks and longer for them to finally arrive. 2) No bread till 3/4 of the way through our meal. 3) Never received the water we asked for. The to-go orders are cash only, which is kind of inconvenient for first time customers like myself and my partner. They charge an additional $1.50 for card transactions which is fine but they also upcharge the empanadas to $3.99 from $2.99 if you're paying card, which is no big deal but it would be better if it was put in the sign in the first place. 2. We also ordered sprite in our order and she asked us if we would want it now or with the order later as she was about to get the bottle of sprite, we told the person we'd like to get it with our order later and once we got our order it seems like they poured the small bottle of sprite into a smaller cup with a lot of ice instead of the plastic bottle originally, which is misleading and kind of disheartening. 3. All of my concerns would easily be trumped if the food we got was actually good but sadly it wasn't. The pizza was very crunchy but not a good kind of crunch- it was giving stale, reheated pizza crust. It was so hard that the crust is breaking when you fold it, it felt like we were eating cardboard boxes. And we waited 20 minutes for our order. The slices were kind of too small for the big box they came in, so it's also disheartening to open it. It's giving middle school cafeteria pizza. The empanadas were ok though, but the dough is kind of hard and crunchy. It I personally don't prefer empanadas like that.
