The location is great and parking is easy, they even will help you carry big dog food bags to your car! I have switched my pups food a few times the past several months as I test which dog food will work with her allergies. Each time I have been helped I got great knowledge on each product being shown to me, a range of prices, soft and dry options, etc. I was truly amazed and think these guys study their products and don't just point you to what their dog at home enjoys. I will never buy from another pet store again. This particular store, (off Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX, Mgr. is CONNER!!) has my upmost respect and loyalty at this point. I have had several different occasions when I needed something that was not in the "black and white written guidelines" and instead of being like so many businesses and people today, they proved to show that they are HUMAN and took the time to listen to my problem and went out of their way to fix it. This particular situation was so that my dogs could eat! lol. I am single and this is the second time I had an issue with my car and could not pick up and even though it was AFTER the said cutoff time for food to be delivered, they not only delivered it, but they RUSHED it over anyway. A quick car ride and I was there. They have some of the friendliest staff, great prices, a wide selection of food and also toys/treats. Next time I come I'll have to bring the pups with me. Although I was sad to see the liquor store go, the hit was softened by a brand new Pet Supplies Plus opening in its place. It's even closer to where I live than the Mockingbird location. This place has the best prices on food and flea treatments for my cats I've found in the city. Sign up for the rewards card to save even more money. If they'd only carry the Fresh Step Crystals, I could get all of my pet supplies knocked out in one spot. And I wouldn't have to venture to that dreaded, maligned, loathsome Cityplace Target to get cat litter. And I don't leave this place smelling like popcorn, hot dogs, and sorrow like I do when I leave Target. Their food prices are comparable to other stores, and they often have sales on brands like Nyla.
