So much so that I neglected going to the dentist for about a year or so.. I got suggested here by my boyfriend's family; saying Dr. Walker is the best. So I had to try it out despite being hesitant.. The office is so cozy and homey, and the staff is some of the nicest people I ever met!! I had a tooth cleaning; which went well. It was my first experience with AI reading the images so the Dr can double check those places for better cavity prevention. Well he saw a filling that was cracked, and had a cavity so I got scheduled for a crown there. That process for the crown went well. He is gentle with the numbing and very information; his whole staff honestly. I ask so many questions! They made a 3D scan of my tooth for the crown to be made. Unfortunately the cavity was so deep that my tooth pulp was so irritated I needed a root canal; but Dr. Walker referred me to the best endodontist and I had a great experience with them; Rancho Endodontists!! I really enjoy a feature they use where you can text them. Dr. walker and the whole staff and so passionate about their jobs. They REALLY care!!

Dr. Lange took the time to carefully ensure that the crowns fit well with her existing dental work and made adjustments so everything felt comfortable. He was very gentle and patient throughout the process, which really helped put my mom at ease. His assistant, Rene, was also wonderful. He was kind, attentive, and made sure my mom felt comfortable during the visits. What we appreciated most was that both Dr. Lange and Rene took the time to educate us. They explained what they were doing, answered our questions, and discussed alternative options in case my mom continues to have sensitivity. That level of communication meant a lot. Dr. Lange is a private practice owner who clearly cares about his patients and the quality of his work. It is refreshing to see a dentist who takes the time to make sure things are done right and that patients feel comfortable throughout the process. We are very grateful for the care my mom received. I had an incredibly frustrating and disrespectful experience with this office that ended up wasting…read moretwo full months of my time. I previously had dental work done elsewhere where a tooth was ground down too far, and I simply wanted cosmetic bonding to rebuild and even out the teeth. This office advertises bonding, so I scheduled an appointment specifically for that service. At my first appointment, I was expecting to see Dr. Josh, but I was seen by a completely different dentist. Instead of discussing bonding (the reason I scheduled the appointment), the entire visit turned into a hard sales pitch for veneers. I repeatedly made it clear that I was not interested in veneers and only wanted bonding. I was then told the dentist who actually performs bonding was not even in the office, so they scheduled another appointment, which had to be a month later due to my traveling work schedule. I came in for my second "consultation" expecting to finally meet with Dr. Josh and discuss the situation face-to-face. Instead, the dentist never came out to see me at all. The condescending receptionist had to repeatedly go to the back to speak with someone and then come back to relay messages. I was ultimately turned away and told the doctor "was not comfortable" doing the bonding with no further explanation as to why. So after two months of waiting, taking time off work, and showing up to my appointment, the doctor didn't even have the basic courtesy to come out, look at my teeth, or explain the decision in person. If they were never willing to do bonding, that should have been communicated from the beginning instead of dragging this out for two months and pushing veneers. The whole experience felt like they were far more interested in upselling expensive cosmetic procedures than actually helping me with the service they advertise. I travel frequently for work and am on a time crunch, and this situation has been incredibly stressful because I simply want my smile to look normal again after the previous dental work. The lack of communication, lack of transparency, and complete disregard for my time was extremely disappointing. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you're seeking honest cosmetic dental work.

You will be granted nicely from the ladies at the FRONT DESK! They are working hard and non stop! I heard the phones ringing non stop and the ladies were able to handle everything PROFESSIONALLY without showing any signs of STRESS!! BRAVO!!! Also, everyone in the office appears to be so cheerful!! They must be taking lots of HAPPY PILLS or I hope they ask her promoted because they deserve it. Too big to be polite…read more I switched dentists to come to this practice. I had a cap come off my tooth and I called to have it glued back in. It was a simple job the hygienist could do. I was leaving town, I called them 3 times, computers down, call later. When I finally got thru, They were too busy for me. I called my old dentist, he took me right back. The front desk people are simply rude. I've been there 3 times and she was abrupt with me, and said sorry, we can't accommodate before you go out of town . I hung up in tears.
