Not the service who seem to be slightly annoyed. Not the store cleanliness as it was like a maze trying to navigate all the boxes around, not the prices but I get it. It's corporate. But... I was able to find everything I needed which is unique. It's not the biggest of stores but it's well stocked. Not too many things on clearance so don't expect to find any real big bargains. You can find things for fish, gerbils, birds, dogs, cats etc. plenty of parking. It's next to many other businesses who also doesn't get particularly busy so it all works out.

The employee didn't ask if I wanted to choose the fish myself (maybe because the tanks were high up), so I just trusted their pick. Tonight, I found a visible parasite hanging from my Oto, which was really upsetting. I was also given an adult pea puffer -- not sure how old -- and now I'm having to quarantine him to see if he's just old or sick. I really wanted to love this store because of the selection, but I wish they paid more attention to the health and handling of their fish.

The doctors here at the shot clinic were very, very nice and loved on my little Lulu while giving her the shots she needed for boarding. Unleashed is a beautiful footprint, and I love their appointment setting app; it makes life a LOT easier. No drama, no rude receptionist on the phone scolding me over how busy they are - just set an appointment online and show up. I am planning to bring both my dogs here from now on to get their shots. I love the staff here at Unleashed, and the Vets are top-notch. Sweet customers, too. Lulu has a bunch of new friends now. :D

I brought my dog Bobby in to get microchipped at the Vetco clinic here, and I have to give a huge shoutout to the vet and her crew. They were so amazing with him. He can be a bit hit-or-miss at the vet, but their demeanor was so gentle and friendly that it kept him totally calm while they placed the chip. On top of the great care, it was way lower cost than most other places I looked into. Definitely an all-around positive experience, and I'm glad I found this team!

They also have a vet located inside and I have not tried this vet yet, but I hear it's very good, so I'm planning to switch over from the vet that I had been using. I pop in here every couple of weeks for Freshpet nuggets to top my pittie's kibble. My one struggle is that they don't always have the same products available, either because they're sold out or just not stocked, so I had to get a different type of Freshpet for her this time. I've also gotten her treats, toys, and other kinds of toppers here. Prices are generally on the higher side. They do have the Petco Rewards program but I've found that the rewards expire quickly and they're not always easy to access or use. So that's a bit annoying. The store is generally clean, there's plenty of parking, and the staff is helpful and friendly. While I do have a few minor gripes about the store, it has more positives than negatives. Mahalo!

My…read moreAustralian Cattle Dog can be very skittish and doesn't do well with professional groomers, so I was hoping this would be a good alternative. From the moment I arrived, the woman working at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. She explained that they provide a great array of high-quality shampoos, conditioners, and treatments included in the self-service fee. The setup is excellent. The tubs are lifted quite high, which was a huge benefit that really helped save my back while bathing my dog. (You might struggle slightly getting a larger dog lifted in, but the height is worth it). The products worked well on my dog's coat, and I was impressed that the water pressure goes quite high (great for long-haired breeds) and maintained a nice warm temperature throughout the entire bath. The blow drying hoses take a minute to heat up, but they are powerful and worth the time. They also thoughtfully provide a large apron so you don't get soaked, and the entire place was noticeably very clean. The staff was friendly, and they have a lot of samples for treatments and treats for dogs. At $26, it is definitely worth the cost, and I cannot wait to go back again!
