If you look closely it's a decomposed baby crusted gecko, looks like it's been there maybe months. His eyes were sinked in. Basically just skin I couldn't believe my eyes i thought it was just his shed that had came off.. however after really looking at it, i knew its been dead for a little bit. Not only that but there are spiders INSIDE the enclosure. Black widows from what it looks like, they have a lot of spider eggs just chillen in there with these live baby crusted geckos . I'm not sure if they check these animals often . After seeing that, i told the people that worked there and they not only did he confirm it was dead he actually discovered a SECOND one dead in there.. im not sure how often they check these animals, from the looks of it, not often at all. but a lot of these reptiles looks sad and sick. But this is something that amazed me. I just couldn't believe it. DO BETTER PET KINGDOM PLEASE Also on a side note, their prices are ridiculous. 34$ for a fake plant for an enclosure. The cork is expensive. Branches are small and expensive I guarantee you anyone who buys a reptile from here , their reptile is already sick and or will die due to parasites and bad health. I do not recommend any of your buying a reptile from here. I used to like this place years ago but now it just looks like they neglect their animals.

The doctors here at the shot clinic were very, very nice and loved on my little Lulu while giving her the shots she needed for boarding. Unleashed is a beautiful footprint, and I love their appointment setting app; it makes life a LOT easier. No drama, no rude receptionist on the phone scolding me over how busy they are - just set an appointment online and show up. I am planning to bring both my dogs here from now on to get their shots. I love the staff here at Unleashed, and the Vets are top-notch. Sweet customers, too. Lulu has a bunch of new friends now. :D

I brought my dog Bobby in to get microchipped at the Vetco clinic here, and I have to give a huge shoutout to the vet and her crew. They were so amazing with him. He can be a bit hit-or-miss at the vet, but their demeanor was so gentle and friendly that it kept him totally calm while they placed the chip. On top of the great care, it was way lower cost than most other places I looked into. Definitely an all-around positive experience, and I'm glad I found this team!

we took our dog in because she was having accidents inside, which is unusual for her. the vet…read morewanted to write it off as her being nervous about me being pregnant (i've been pregnant since one month after adopting her, so it's definitely not new or unusual for her) but after we insisted on a urinalysis, turns out we were right: she has a UTI! they waited until 5:50pm to call us with the results, and when we said okay we are 5 minutes away we'll come in now to pick up the prescription, the old man on the phone said "well we're already starting to pack up since we close at 6" we said we understand, but could they just let us come pick up the medication since 1. they have it ready, 2. we could get there before closing, and 3. i'm literally being induced to give birth tomorrow (and will likely be indisposed for several days) but no compassion was extended. they closed early and told us to go to cvs or walmart (who also close at 6). we drove all the way to a 24 hour cvs pharmacy just to find out THEY DONT CARRY ANIMAL SPECIFIC PRESCRIPTIONS!!!!!!!! so how could they improve? maybe stay open until the actual time you're meant to close, or don't wait until the last possible minute to notify someone when you're prescribing a dogs-only drug! now not only do i have to worry about undergoing a major medical event, i have to worry about my puppy being in pain as well.

Some places I've gone to make me feel rushed but the staff here is incredible I highly recommend this company over other self washes. :) They offer multiple shampoos like sensitive and flea shampoo along with a pampering special. They have groomers that can trim hair, nails, even special grooming. I usually pick up a treat or toy for Benjamin after the wash, i absolutely love it's a one stop shop here. Shout out staff!

I like that they carry a lot of products you typically dont see in other stores, and the bonus, its 5 minutes away from where I work, so if I do need something for my pets, I can make a quick pit stop before heading home. I'd give it 5 stars because it has about anything you could need for your pets, but their employees lack customer service big time! I've stopped by on a couple of occasions and you dont get greeted, in fact my first time stopping in one of the employees was very rude that I almost didnt go back, and honestly they sound like they dont even want to be there. The second time going, one of the same guys was there and the experience wasnt much better than the first. Other than that I do go back just because of some of the stuff that they have in stock.
