We love the food. No complaints on the food. But when trying to place a to go order over the phone the lady helping me was very rude on both calls. I called twice. She wanted nothing to do with helping me. Took 15 minutes to place a simple to go order. But we didn't even get it placed because she didn't want to help me place an order. On hold most of the call. We ended up ordering online and not getting exactly what we wanted because we can't customize our order by ordering online. Please get staff that cares and wants to help the customers. Don't order online and when it asks if you want rice chips on side or no green onions. TWICE I got lettuce wraps and chose the OPTION it gives you for rice noodles/chips on side so they wouldn't get soggy for left overs. Never got any rice chips for either order when the receipt spefically says on side. I was in a rush and didn't have time to check whole order but when got home there was a few green onions I requested none and the rice chips MAKE the lettuce wrap. the crunchiness besides the lettuce. Hadn't been there in a few years. In past during season it was packed. Very disappointing last night no happy hour and the popular lettuce wrap wasn't as I remembered. Chang's I am a caregiver and had work from 8 o'clock till six on my way home I called to order because I had to go back to work at nine and work till 830 this morning I waited for two hours food never came called got the runaround can't find your order we're very busy called DoorDash and they said they were told it would be to another two hour wait call back again got the run around yet they didn't have a problem charging my credit card I am very disappointed in a place that I love very much do not advise you to go order at this time because they can not handle it and you may never get your food or it will be forever and they could care less plus they charge you anyway and don't deliver. After waiting over a hour for a table for 4 people we walked away very unhappy. We were more than willing to wait, especially with it being New Year's Day, but this was ridiculous. Parties of the same size and even bigger that had been waiting considerably less time than us were seated before us without having a reservation. When we asked the hostess we were told we were second in the queue to be seated which we accepted. Another 10 minutes went by and 3 groups were seated ahead of us, all who had arrived after us and we decided to leave. Their delivery option is VERY UNCLEAR. So I assume my food is on the way when I call and they say they cannot call anyone to pick it up. I then go on the site again, and reorder my items, and it does NOT OFFER A DELIVERY OPTION. So I contact uber eats and that order would not go through. Their IT DEPT is on drugs. Food and waitress deserve more stars but the lady at the hostess stand ruined it. Very abrasive. We arrived and were told it would be about 30 minutes. After 45 minutes I was asked if I wanted to sit outside, but it was a bit cold and my mother in law tends to get cold easily so I said no thank you and they insisted that the weather was beautiful and if I didn't sit outside it would be about a 30 minute wait so I said it was 30 minutes 45 minutes ago when we arrived. They finally squeezed us into a table meant for 2 ( we were 3). The entire time I was there I counted multiple empty tables and it took a long time to turn them over. Maybe instead of having 3 people stand behind the hostess stand they should be cross trained to turn tables over and you can expedite the seating process so people don't wait an hour while 8 tables sit empty. read more

Terrible service. Hostess ignored me and my dad when we walked in after asking for a table. We finally were seated and after waiting very long I had to go ask if we'd have a waiter. No apologies just an "oops." Random waiter that passed us a bunch finally came over and didn't even introduce herself just asked "what do you want". Extremely disappointed. We are trying to be careful because of pandemic. Although carry out separated and servers masked, the carry out person kept pulling her mask down when she talked to us. Why wear a mask at all? We ordered at 6 pm and were told our order would be available at 7:45. We expressed surprise, but she told us they were very busy. Thank goodness we went back to check at 6:45 because our order was sitting on the counter. When we got the order home (5 minutes away) it was cold. The Peking Duck was dry and burnt skin -- not crispy, burnt black. One order of Peking Duck had burnt pancakes, the second under cooked. The short rib dinner was super small, almost no meat, but a big bone on the rice. Not in any way worth the price. The saving grace for this meal were the brussels sprouts and other appetizers. I gave PF Changs on Tamiami in Naples, FL a try and was very taken back by the prices on the menu, I thought Chinese food was supposed to be inexpensive. So I ate the Kung Pow chicken and it was good, a little to spicy and salty for my liking. The atmosphere really saved the day, it was extravagant and has great big statues everywhere. It was a fun time and overall the food was good. Service was good and being in Southwest Florida good Chinese is hard to find. read more

PF Changs is a restaurant that has strayed far from its' original quality. We tried this location as we were near the airport. It started out badly as we were seated and given only one menu. I asked the server for a second one and he challenged me by asking if I needed one. As a long term indicator, it appeared that he was training a new server. The food was basically good, but Changs offers their sauces in deceptively designed little cups with thick bottoms ensuring that you don't get sufficient amounts. My wife ordered ramen with pork. It arrived without any. In fairness, the waiter did apologize and credited it on our bill. But I am done with this chain. There are too many good alternatives out there to put up with consistent mediocrity. read more

The food was good, the waitress was not great. Her name was Amanda. We felt rushed and not welcomed. I eat at P.F. Chang's all the time and we love the food, and always have good service. This time, I don't even feel like even coming back after the experience we had. She didn't pay attention to us and stayed in the back mostly the entire time even tho there were only 2 other people eating at the restaurant. We didn't get asked if we wanted a refill for our drinks that were empty halfway through the meal. Came up to the table with our checks and I had to ask her if we could get a refill. She brought us the bill before we even finished our meal. We wanted to get dessert and that just ruined it. She needs more training in hospitality. read more

We came for lunch and were quickly seated in a dining room booth. There were some uncleared tables, but they were later cleaned. Service was average. Waited over an hour when told the wait would be 30 minutes. Table next to us remained un-cleared the entire duration of our visit, when the people left just as we sat down. Waiter was inattentive, with minimal interaction. Had to ask for part of my meal which seamed to have been forgotten. Had to ask for our check 4 times. After arriving at & pm, I was told would they were "super busy, and it will be a little longer wait"....i don't consider an HOUR to be a "little longer"...and still no food! I would leave and go elsewhere, but we prepaid online. DO NOT prepay if you value your time, in fact just don't order from here! We came in a few days ago and we were told the wait time would be 2 hours so we went somewhere else. 2 days later I called and made a reservation and I'm glad I did. I made the reservation for 7:30 but we didn't get seated until around 7:50. Our waitress was pretty nice but not too enthusiastic about her job. The food was great, a bit more pricey but good. I definitely recommend the Mongolian beef and Orange Chicken. Overall a good experience, the restaurant is clean and has a good vibe to it. read more

Each year they get less appealing. Used to be a fan in Denver. Then the Boston one opened and wasn't very clean. Now our worst experience to date: filthy ladies room, food that now tastes like their frozen brand. Only edibles left are pan fried pork dumplings and saucy spareribs. Like in every chain restaurant... they all have the same menu and taste about the same... but what can set it apart is the people that work on it. So far my experience has been very pleasant with the staff on this location. Additionally I've been able to find sit without a wait... although I suspect that is because I've been going during weekdays... and never on Friday / Saturday or Sunday night... and I believe Naples is on low season now (Aug). A little surprise to me was that I started ordering the vegetarian plates... and not only are they delicious... they actually are of a descent size and will fill you up... my favorite is the eggplant plate... My husband and I have come here several times in the past 3 or 4 months due to a change to a gluten free diet. They have a great gluten free menu and we have been pleased with the entrees. HOWEVER... Every time the restaurant has been so cold that we pull sweaters, sweatshirts and blankets out of the trunk. The last time was this past weekend. I had on pants, shirt and a long sweater. My husband had shorts, shirt and a wool sweater. We both spoke with the hostess and server who said yes patrons frequently report the restaurant as being cold and uncomfortable. They agreed it was too cold for patrons and themselves. All the hostesses were wearing sweaters and most servers had on long sleeve shirts. Our server tried to laugh it off saying we figure you will get used to it after a few minutes. They both said management hasn't responded to the numerous complaints by turning the air up. Every time we come we ask them to turn up the air, they say they will, they never do. We have actually used napkins as blankets. This particular visit we ordered two entrees. They arrived is a timely fashion and we began eating. Before we were half done our food was cold. We hurried up and finished eating out of desperation as we were out all day and starving. We left as quickly as we could turning the car seat warmers on....no lie. There is no reason I can fathom that they would keep it that cold. It makes for a miserable dining experience. Our food was also ruined because it too was cold within moments of sitting on the table. All in all, a very unpleasant repetitive experience. So if you intend to brave the PF elements. I might suggest Minnesota cold weather gear and a small heater to keep your food warm once it leaves the kitchen.
