Flying to and from Savannah reminded me of how much I like smaller airports. I get thru security in minutes, no crowds or and it's pretty quiet. In a lot of cases, food options are limited like here but I ended up having a decent burger at PGA Tour Grill. See pics. Menu options were limited but if the food is freshly served and not rotten - and in my case, it was served as requested and quickly enough that the cheese still had pull when I took my first bite. It wasn't anything special, like Wagyu beef - just a simple cheese burger and fries. Service was good. I only saw one and he managed to check in on me though I was pretty set as I was also working at the table. He may have even been just waiting for me as I had a prime window seat and he just told me to wave him down if I needed anything. Only time I did was when I was ready for the bill. Anyway - not sure if I'll pass through again, but if I did and there aren't any other options other than Leopold's Ice Cream, I'd stop in again. read more

It was very busy but appeared efficient. I was seated, then used the app to order. The selection was extremely limited and no water was available unless you paid for a bottle at $5. This was the only location to sit and eat so I was stuck with it. I got the chipotle chicken sandwich that looked nothing like the picture. It wasn't bad but it wasn't good either. I had the tiniest Malibu and pineapple ever. The total with tip was $40. Soooo not worth it. But this isn't the true reason for one star. My flight was delayed so I decided to have a couple drinks. The same waiter from earlier proceeded to openly bitch about working till 10pm the previous night and again this evening. Bro...same. You think I like that my flight forced me to be here?! Dude ruined it for all of us that had to listen to his shit attitude. Now I see the reason for the bad reviews. Better than the 1ish star rating. Most restaurants in smaller airports are not great and I really look for serviceable. Definitely serviceable. The service is incredibly fast and one of the few sit down places to eat in the airport with beverage. Also full bar. BLT wrap was ok, bacon was not crisp, you could tell they cooked it earlier and slapped it on the wrap. Would definitely go burger next time. There was only one waiter working so it took a long time before she came over so that we could order. There was a QR code on the table, but the waiter has to activate the QR code before we can even order using it. Then it also took a while before the food came. The chicken in my chicken sandwich was undercooked. The chicken wings were crispy and were not juicy and did not have substance. It was weird having raw scallions on top of quesadillas. This is the only place you can sit and eat in the airport. It has a golf theme bar feel. I read the complaints about the service, and it's not my experience. I've been here plenty of times and it's the service that comes from ordering via a QR code. It's not rude just lacking personality. The food is ok. Better than a Burger King. I have found the servers engage and check in on me once they receive the order. It's pricey. 50 dollars for fish and chips and a mimosa. read more

After seeing all of the other low reviews, I don't understand why the airport and restaurant aren't doing something to improve. I've had a frustrating experience every time I have been here but unfortunately it's one of the few options in this airport. This time was the worst. Server/bartender didn't respond to me when I would ask her for something- she would turn her back to me or walk away. Most of the time , she would return with what I asked for but I wasn't sure she was going to. I had asked for the classic eggs meal and she walked away and was on the computer. When she came back she started talking with the people next to me. I asked her if she put in my order and she said "yes" I told her I wanted my eggs scrambled and wanted the bacon (because there were options for the meal that she never asked me about). She then told me she asked me that - which she didn't. Huffed at me and I saw her go back to the computer. I noticed everyone having a difficult time and ending up in a rush to pay their bills so I asked for mine proactively. She told me I needed to pay through the app and had to walk me through that . As I was focused on paying, I looked up to see that she had taken my food plate away. I still had nearly a full plate of food. When I brought it to her attention- i wasn't done eating and wasn't even offered a box. she told me that I told her she could take it (I did not). I had already paid and by now I had no time to mess with getting new food or a refund so I just left. The QR code they require you to use is so inefficient and it is noticeable that people throughout the restaurant are unhappy with it. I've seen people just leave over problems with it. And becomes stressful when people are on a time crunch and it's not working correctly. It would be so much better if they just did away with the QR code ordering and paying and actually provided customer service. read more

Improve everything. The waitresses don't do anything but they expect a tip. While there are 3 servers working all empty tables are very dirty, food on the ground. Company could save money by having one person because maybe they might work. Waitress with the glasses is extremely rude and could be heard talking about other people. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I didn't even end up eating here because the food looked so disgusting. One look at what was coming out of that kitchen and I lost my appetite immediately. If that's the product you're comfortable serving, I can't imagine what it tastes like. Second, the pricing is criminal. A burger and a beer should not cost $30 unless Tiger Woods himself is grilling it. The craziest part is that this airport has apparently decided this is the best sit-down dining experience it can offer. How nobody has brought in literally any competing restaurant to put this place out of its misery is beyond me. Maybe I'll do it myself. The booths are falling apart - the seats are ripped open so badly you can see the yellow foam underneath. The service moves at the speed of a Congressional appropriations process. The QR code ordering system is a complete disaster, and after all that effort you get about seven menu options. You'd think the PGA Tour affiliation meant this place had some standards. DO NOT BE FOOLED. The PGA Tour logo is doing Hall of Fame-level heavy lifting here. This place absolutely SUCKS. I ended up leaving and went to Burger King instead, which somehow managed to be an even bigger mistake. That's not a compliment to Burger King. Meh. This restaurant isn't good. This eatery is at the far end of the terminal. You have to place your order through a QR code. There is no real service here... the wait staff brings your order to you and vanishes, never to return. The food is just ok, but the prices are exorbitant for what you get. For instance, my order was a Turkey BLT and a glass of Iced Tea. The bill came to $28.51 (including tip.). My advice is to try to eat somewhere before you get to the airport. read more

The Savannah airport is very limited and apparently that's why this place can get away serving the worst food around. I don't like to post bad reviews but this was maybe the worst restaurant I've ever tried to eat at. The staff was fine but since there is a QR code to order from, they weren't busy. I ordered a simple hamburger with avocado and bacon (both are an added cost) plus fries. I also ordered sweet tea to drink. The tea was terrible. The burger came out cold and looked like the worst school lunch soy burger ever. Then I looked under the bun and saw there was no avocado or bacon! At the same time, a woman at the bar was complaining that she didn't get avocado either. We found out, even though the avocado and bacon added plus are on the menu and the QR code lets you order them, the restaurant does not carry them. The burger was inedible. Fries were cold. The silverware that was left for me was cheap and mismatched. The wait staff refunded only the avocado either so disappointed but I should have taken heed by everyone else before me! It's definitely not a 1-star place. Nobody cried, nobody got food poisoning, and my fork didn't bend in half. That's already a win in 2025. The quesadillas were... fine. Like, "your coworker brought these to the potluck" fine. The burger? Perfectly acceptable. You won't write home about it, but you also won't question your life choices mid-bite. Service was solid OK. Not "grandma remembers your birthday" level, but "your DoorDash driver actually follows instructions" level. If you just need to eat, BK is too far, and you want something that requires slightly more commitment than a gas-station sandwich, this grill will absolutely do the job. It's the Switzerland of restaurants: neutral, safe, and won't offend anyone's taste buds. Would I come back? The Menu is on QR code not a favored method but the waitress was kind enough to let us know what they had. So I got an order of wings hubby said he wasn't hungry. Prices as expected in an airport, higher than the street but could've been more. The ranch was not good, tasted like it had been sitting out awhile. When you're limited on options to sit and eat while waiting for your plane, you often settle for what's available. We found this place that looked clean and acceptable. We were instructed to order via a QR code, which we did, but noticed some confusion among other customers. Each QR code needs to be "activated" to place an order, and we saw several nice waitresses helping confused patrons navigate this system. We ordered and paid through the site, but it took over 30 minutes for our simple dishes to arrive from a limited menu. I was really hungry before my flight and often get anxiety when I fly so I get a cocktail before take off. I ordered a tequila soda with a splash of pineapple and turkey sandwich. She repeated the sandwich order back to me... you mean the turkey blt? I said yes. The bartender forgot the soda in my cocktail so I asked her to fix it and I waited patiently for my sandwich. I nursed my drink because I hadn't eaten that day and I was waiting for my sandwich. The people next to me got their wings- so I thought my sandwich should be up soon. I can eat in 15 min I think before my plane boards. My sandwich never came. She never rang it in. I was too embarrassed to say anything and it wouldn't matter anyway because I had to run to catch my flight. So I finished my cocktail paid my bill and jumped on my plane. I felt sick the rest of the day because I had a cocktail with an empty stomach and then flew. I wanted to write this review because I need this restaurant to know it's big deal when someone forgets to ring in a food item. Flying with a little booze in you with no food is a terrible combo.
