They were always honest with expectations and clear if a stain might not come out. Recently I took my military uniforms there and they did an AMAZING job tapering the legs. For anyone that has had uniforms, they are all the same length and need to get hemmed which makes it tough for slimmer, shorter people. My pants were too wide at the base of the legs and it just didn't look good. They tapered the pants down so they fit better, looked more professional, and still within regulations.
