This amazing hidden gem in the city of Compton doesn't disappoint. It's a very small restaurant, but the customer service is friendly, the store is very clean and the food is super yummy! The ingredients are extremely fresh.

The Pho was amazing. I got the shrimp pho and spicy wontons. The food was so delicious and I could taste the love in their dishes. You must try it!

    Chicken pad Thai

$18 chicken pad Thai is bland and the chicken is paper thin. I've had the pho before and it's decent, a little bit too salty for my taste but still good.

    Shrimp Pho

Some of the best pho I've had. I'm so happy I don't need to drive far for good noodles anymore. The broth is amazing, the service is quick. You're missing out if you don't try it.

    Beef Pho Xtra Spicy !

Love their beef Pho soup ! Always my go too and I always ask for it super spicy and it never disappoints

    Chicken pho !

Amazing service... and the chicken pho (plus the shrimp pho my friend got) were really really delicious. I loved it.. the scenery itself is pretty small, but clean. You get your moneys worth here. Don't over think. Just go!

Beef Pho, Spring rolls and a Squirt to wash it down! So delicious!

Food was sooo amazing! My first time having PHO and I absolutely enjoyed it. The beef Pho was so satisfying along with the spring rolls. Spring rolls only sold on Thursdays. I think I'm going back today lol. A MUST HAVE !

Ka-Theo with beef brisket, beef balls and tripe...with all the fixings and best chili oil(satay)

Amazing home cooked khmer noodles called Ka-Theo. Small, welcoming and very hospitable restaurant. A hidden gem...for sure!!! After we walked in they had to go orders going, and people ready to order and dine in. After the rush, we took our time making our selection and sat down ourselves. My kids are picky about their noodles. They had the beef ball Ka-Theo, my oldest ate all her noodles and helped her sister finish hers. My wife had the beef tripe Ka-Theo, she was speechless, enjoying every bite. I had their brisket, with beef balls and beef tripe Ka-Theo...DELICIOUS!! All the fixings were included, giving me all the best aromas and flavors I enjoy. I love a place that specializes in a simple menu, perfecting their ingredients, providing foodies like me, the best experience. If you are craving a nice warm bowl of noodle soup, swing by and try some of PHAT Noodle's Ka-Theo!! You won't regret it.

Feeling under the weather, so I came here for some pho. This is my second time coming here, unfortunately, no pictures were taken as I demolished the chicken pho I ordered. This place closes early and is only open during the week, but it is totally worth it if you can swing by. The chicken broth is so flavorful and you can request it spicy, which gives it an amazing kick. The service was good, and a few families were inside eating. It's a hole in the wall, but those are the best authentic places to eat.

Very stingy serving of broth, noodles, and bean sprouts. NO basil! Really!? That's what makes the pho. Oh, no hoisin sauce either.

Ask the Community - Phat Noodles

    Are there vegan/vegetarian options (:?

We do have a vegan option. If you get #6 dry it becomes vegan. The rice noodles, tofu, broccoli, bok choy, and napa cabbage is sautéed with garlic oil and soy sauce.

Located on the border of Torrance and Gardena, the restaurant, with its casual décor, is large enough for 60 guests when 2 large round party tables are included. The always-friendly staff brought the menu and water right away. For this visit, we ordered the following dishes (which started arriving within 10 minutes): Roast Duck: As expected, the duck skin was crispy, and the meat was plump, tender and nicely seasoned. Beef Chow Fun: The seasoning was super flavorful, and the glossy, but non-greasy sautéed thick rice noodles had a perfect texture. The beef pieces were tender, and the portion of bean sprouts was just right without overcrowding the dish. Wonton Soup Noodle: The thin noodles were perfectly al dente. The broth was light but flavorful. The wontons had nice thin wraps, and the fillings were well seasoned and with pleasantly firm consistence. We left the restaurant feeling 110% full and satisfied. Highly recommended.

The tables are set and clean. I ordered Tonkatsu Ramen and Yuzu pinacolada. The broth was so good and rich. There was just enough noodles in the bowl that it gave the perfect balance of the broth, egg, and noodles. Eventhough it was pretty hot outside, I still enjoyed the warmth the ramen brought. The Yuzu pinacolada is a treat in itself. It's rich and tasty! We live closeby and will definitely come back! The Enclave is a perfect place for a family Sunday gathering!

It's separate restaurant on the far side of the complex with only a few tables inside. Because of this there is a long wait; we waited the exact quoted 30 minutes, then after we were seated we heard them telling walk-ups that it would be 45-60 minutes. You can also order to go and eat it outside among the public tables but I def recommend seating inside even if there's a wait.....the reason being the unique way they serve your food. You sit by an open kitchen and then a giant window opens and they hand you your food. It was a total surprise when this happened! I cracked up so hard. I'll come back just for this. Other than the surprise window, additional highlights for why I this is my new favorite place: 1) Their standard water is lemon/mint/watermelon infused. I wish more restaurants did this! 2) Very family friendly, they offered the cutest little pair of pink safety scissors to cut the noodles up. 3) The crispy spicy tuna rivals fancy sushi places like Roku and Katsuya! I totally recommend getting a 2 or 3 piece appetizer of it. 4) You get your choice of thick or thin noodles. I tried both and they're both solid, but next time I'll pick the thin. It's slightly thicker than Shin-Sen-Gumi (which has the traditional Japanese thin noodles). The thick noodles are similar to what you get with tsukemen, but a little wider. 5) The broth was very rich and fatty, similar to Kotteri broth (though I didn't confirm if it was indeed kotteri broth). 6) The default ramen comes with spinach and bean sprouts; usually these are my fave toppings that I have to add. 7) The ajitama was creamy perfection. All of the ramen bowls (except the vegan one, which also looks great) give you a half-egg. 8) Plentiful parking at The Enclave parking lot. 9) Delicious fresh garlic on the side. I loved the presentation with the big bowl of ramen on a square plate with garlic on the side. 10) Their logo boasts they craft "noodles, stock, and sauces." Their spicy red chili sauce is AMAZING! Def try some with your ramen, as they provide a large jar on the side. It looks a bit like sriracha but has a rounder, more robust, flavor. It's spicy but worth trying if you dont usually order spicy.
