    Burnt chicken parm.

All the burnt pieces of chicken I had to take out of my alfredo pasta. So disappointing.

Cheesy Garlic Bread, Japanese Pan Noodles, Buffalo Chicken Ranch Mac & Cheese, Potstickers

I used to go to Noodles and Company a lot back in my old hometown, so reading the reviews on here did make me worried. However, we stopped by and I have to say it fulfilled my cravings and I had zero issues! Service was great! The cashier was friendly and patient with us when ordering! They even allowed our small dog inside so thats a definite plus! Dog friendly! We chose to dine in, so I'm not sure if the quality is different from take out, but it was fresh, warm, and yummy! I've seen reviews saying theres not enough sauce on the dishes, but we thought the sauciness for both the noodles and the buffalo mac and cheese were perfect. We ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles, Buffalo Mac and Cheese, Cheesy Garlic Bread, and Potstickers. They were all so delicious and we still had leftovers to pack for later. The only thing was the potstickers were okay, nothing too noticeable or crazy to rave about. The atmosphere was quiet, there were a few people there but lots of seating options and a patio outside. Overall was clean and stocked. We had a great experience and hopefully plan to stop by again!

Spaghetti & Meatballs (extra sauce) & salad
    Akeesa G.

Ambiance: Simple design, open kitchen, and plenty of seating. Food: I went basic and got the spaghetti & meatball combo with a salad and drink. I had to ask for extra sauce because it was pretty dry. It tasted like a slightly better version of canned spaghetti, salad was good. Service: They were short staffed, so it took a little longer than I expected. They were really kind, though.

And your best friend brings you noodles and a Covid test
    Crystal G.

There's some people that wanna know if they have Covid and there's other people that love to just ignore it. I wanna know I don't wanna be responsible for getting anybody sick. As life would have it your girl got sick on Christmas Eve. Super problematic because I have a Disney trip planned on second . I let my friend know that I didn't have any Covid test that I wanted to check. I hate the idea of being sick and going to Disneyland and spreading germs. Our friend chain started ringing next thing you know I have my best friend coming over dropping off Covid test and my favorite kind of noodles! I am a very blessed girl. Of course I wanted something Korean because of all the garlic and the spice let's kill some bacteria here! Plus, your girl is totally spicy l! Luckily the test came out negative and I will still be going to Disneyland on the second! Let the healing begin I will be in bed till then. #5Stars #ColdSeason #KoreanNoodles #I'mSpicy #TeamSnowWhite.

My hefty bill with missing item highlighted ‍

1 star- did I get your attention? Let me start by stating I really like the food, which is why I go about 1 time a month. I purchase for a family of 4 so my bill isn't cheap either. Last night, a Saturday, February 22, I purchased $80.85 in food in person. When I got home my Korean meatballs were missing. That's $5.25!!! In this economy!!! No, not acceptable. So I filled out online survey, became a member (because I do plan to return), and expect to hear from your company as I have my email in survey. Sooo...great food, but gotta triple check my to go order moving forward.

Alfredo MontAmore- with Shrimp and zoodles
    Caroline C.

Did they just serve me that? I've been here 1 other time years ago at the Orange location. I was stuck at work and couldn't drive. I ordered for delivery. Typically I love zoodles but, I feel like not everyone can make it. If you mess it up, it's watery. That's what I had and some sad shrimp on the top. I literally had to dump a lot of the juices out. I didn't order soup that day. I was sad with my lunch choice that day. *runs out and buys some zucchini to make my own.*

Kids meal Kids Spaghetti & Meatballs with Organic Lowfat Chocolate Milk, Rice Crispy, and broccoli.
    Alexandra K.

I was skeptical of this place at first even after looking at the menu, BUT I loved their beef stroganoff and their kids meals. I will say my only criticism is that the kids meals are $7 which is a bit expensive even if you do get two sides and a drink. Also the Mac and cheese isn't very cheesy and tastes basically like plain buttery pasta with a hint of cheese, so my favorite of the three kids meal choices are the spaghetti and meatballs unless they add more cheese to their Mac and cheese. Service was nice because the lady told us to sign up for a free reward which is super cool. Ambiance is very open and inviting! It feels very new and clean in here.

    Buffalo Chicken Mac
    Samantha N.

Food was the nastiest thing I ever had before. Had the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese supposedly. There was no cheese what so ever. Elbow pasta was plain like straight out the pot when you boil it with a pinch of Parmesan cheese thrown on top that didn't even melt. Had a 30 min lunch and didn't even end up eating it and wasted $17 for this. Ridiculous honestly

    Pesto? Cavattapi
    Meredith F.

Today was my first time coming here. I was looking for pasta, and it's not too far from work. I ordered the Pesto Cavattapi. I got a small, which is $8 and added grilled chicken for $4. I was disappointed when I got back to work and opened my food. Where is the pesto? There were small specs of green on the noodles, but I could not taste pesto. It was pricey for the tasteless noodles and a little bit of chicken.

There are only three tables in the restaurant and the wait can be long because all the food is made to order. The staff is extremely friendly and the service is excellent. I ordered in and it took about 35 minutes for everything to come out. And everything was delicious! Every dish was fresh, light, perfectly seasoned, and perfectly cooked. I had to stop myself from licking my plate. They change the menu every two months. I'm definitely looking forward to coming back again soon.

Instead of pressuring customers, he should focus on improving the food, which in my opinion is far from authentic Italian cuisine. Zero stars if Yelp allowed it. The word "authentic Italian" is doing all the work here, because the food certainly is not. I operate businesses in the United States and Europe, including Milan, and I am very familiar with both Italian food and restaurant operations. What I was served here looked and tasted like basic boiled pasta drowned in sauce--not carefully prepared Italian cuisine. The salad was roughly chopped lettuce with dressing and cheese thrown on top. The attached photos speak for themselves. I waited nearly an hour for pasta. That is not craftsmanship; it is a restaurant that cannot properly manage its orders. If the business is understaffed or overwhelmed, customers should be warned before their orders are accepted. I also felt sick after eating the pasta and shrimp. I cannot prove what caused it, but I will not ignore that part of my experience. I tried to give this business another chance today and called repeatedly during its posted hours. Nobody answered. Why advertise telephone ordering if customers cannot reach anyone? I also personally witnessed Marco speaking harshly to people helping in the kitchen. It was uncomfortable, upsetting, and completely unprofessional. Being Italian does not automatically make poorly prepared food "authentic." Authenticity comes from quality ingredients, proper technique, consistency, and respect for customers. In my experience, this restaurant delivered none of those things. The food quality, service, wait time, communication, and management were all unacceptable. I would never return and cannot recommend this place to anyone looking for genuine Italian food.

The pasta is all handmade, and you can genuinely taste the difference in both quality and flavor. The noodles have that fresh, slightly chewy texture that packaged pasta just does not have, and everything tastes carefully made rather than mass produced. The bolognese is spectacular: deep, rich, meaty, and comforting without feeling overwhelmingly heavy. It is the kind of dish that makes you slow down because every bite is worth paying attention to. The salads are also surprisingly substantial. The chopped salad, in particular, is a generous portion and packed with flavor, so it feels like a real part of the meal instead of an afterthought. Save room for the tiramisu, which is very good: creamy, balanced, and a great finish after the richer pasta. The only downside is the ambiance. The interior is tiny, so when it gets busy it can feel hectic and cramped. Still, the service is amazing, friendly, attentive, and impressively efficient despite the limited space inside.

We love meat lasagna, pasta w bolonese sauce, and some flat breads like appetizer pizza. We ordered 3, lasagna, tagliatelle bolonese, flat bread sandwich called Cassone w sausage, bell pepper, onions. I had some italian red wine per glass ($14). First, I loved so much my lasagna and kept eating until finish my entire portion. I give 10 stars. My wife's pasta, she said pasta is too thick, might be on purpose? She likes soft, thin texture handmade tagliatelle. For the first time, we ordered flat bread sandwich. The sandwich flavor was good, but not the dough for flat bread. Well, we tried here for the 1st time after shopping. Today was almost 81 this afternoon. Hot and humid.....unluckily AC was broken so he opened the entrance door. One big fly bothered a lot annoying us eating the foods. And so hot inside restaurant. Overall, I liked my lasagna a lot, not really tagliatelle bolonese, nor the flat bread sandwich. If AC was working during lunch time. We felt much comfortable to enjoy our foods. One thing, I loved the red wine but the portion was not enough for $14. Even my wife said, not much for this price. I got 2 glasses of italian red wine, not enough. The view was great ocean side from the patio. This is a strong point eating here for the view. My wife saw the live pasta cooking show, a chef made the pasta, stretching the pasta dough in the kitchen....great show! Fun! I think I was a little hesitant because in my head I was thinking how good could possibly really be? I ordered the Arrabiata pasta with the sausage. I'll admit I was a little thrown off by added cost of each tolling and also added cost of the Arrabiata sauce and I also did wait until a fair amount before the food was ready for takeout. But the pasta really blew me away. I'm still thinking about how good it tasted. I would definitely come back and I actually wanna bring my dad who loves spicy pasta like this. It was really that good. I can't think of another place that has this level of pasta let alone this price. The only negative I would say in regards to one of the workers. The cashier was manned by wonderful woman who did every and all tasks from taking the orders to putting food items in the oven to answering the phone I'm probably much more than that. I don't know. In contrast there was an Asian man with a black shirt who was also working. He looked lost and completely helpless. There was a moment where this woman was so busy and there was a ringing that I assume was from either a phone call or a delivery order. This man did not offer to help more nor did he help from what I saw. He was utterly helpless and unhelpful. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt with the encouragement "Hey help your team out!" The woman on the other hand was doing so many things simultaneously and yet was really kind at the same time.
