All the burnt pieces of chicken I had to take out of my alfredo pasta. So disappointing.

Cheesy Garlic Bread, Japanese Pan Noodles, Buffalo Chicken Ranch Mac & Cheese, Potstickers
    Elizabeth Y.

I used to go to Noodles and Company a lot back in my old hometown, so reading the reviews on here did make me worried. However, we stopped by and I have to say it fulfilled my cravings and I had zero issues! Service was great! The cashier was friendly and patient with us when ordering! They even allowed our small dog inside so thats a definite plus! Dog friendly! We chose to dine in, so I'm not sure if the quality is different from take out, but it was fresh, warm, and yummy! I've seen reviews saying theres not enough sauce on the dishes, but we thought the sauciness for both the noodles and the buffalo mac and cheese were perfect. We ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles, Buffalo Mac and Cheese, Cheesy Garlic Bread, and Potstickers. They were all so delicious and we still had leftovers to pack for later. The only thing was the potstickers were okay, nothing too noticeable or crazy to rave about. The atmosphere was quiet, there were a few people there but lots of seating options and a patio outside. Overall was clean and stocked. We had a great experience and hopefully plan to stop by again!

Good service very helpful. Food was mad fresh to order. Ambiance was great not noisy.

Spaghetti & Meatballs (extra sauce) & salad
    Akeesa G.

Ambiance: Simple design, open kitchen, and plenty of seating. Food: I went basic and got the spaghetti & meatball combo with a salad and drink. I had to ask for extra sauce because it was pretty dry. It tasted like a slightly better version of canned spaghetti, salad was good. Service: They were short staffed, so it took a little longer than I expected. They were really kind, though.

And your best friend brings you noodles and a Covid test
    Crystal G.

There's some people that wanna know if they have Covid and there's other people that love to just ignore it. I wanna know I don't wanna be responsible for getting anybody sick. As life would have it your girl got sick on Christmas Eve. Super problematic because I have a Disney trip planned on second . I let my friend know that I didn't have any Covid test that I wanted to check. I hate the idea of being sick and going to Disneyland and spreading germs. Our friend chain started ringing next thing you know I have my best friend coming over dropping off Covid test and my favorite kind of noodles! I am a very blessed girl. Of course I wanted something Korean because of all the garlic and the spice let's kill some bacteria here! Plus, your girl is totally spicy l! Luckily the test came out negative and I will still be going to Disneyland on the second! Let the healing begin I will be in bed till then. #5Stars #ColdSeason #KoreanNoodles #I'mSpicy #TeamSnowWhite.

My hefty bill with missing item highlighted ‍
    See M.

1 star- did I get your attention? Let me start by stating I really like the food, which is why I go about 1 time a month. I purchase for a family of 4 so my bill isn't cheap either. Last night, a Saturday, February 22, I purchased $80.85 in food in person. When I got home my Korean meatballs were missing. That's $5.25!!! In this economy!!! No, not acceptable. So I filled out online survey, became a member (because I do plan to return), and expect to hear from your company as I have my email in survey. Sooo...great food, but gotta triple check my to go order moving forward.

Kids meal Kids Spaghetti & Meatballs with Organic Lowfat Chocolate Milk, Rice Crispy, and broccoli.
    Alexandra K.

I was skeptical of this place at first even after looking at the menu, BUT I loved their beef stroganoff and their kids meals. I will say my only criticism is that the kids meals are $7 which is a bit expensive even if you do get two sides and a drink. Also the Mac and cheese isn't very cheesy and tastes basically like plain buttery pasta with a hint of cheese, so my favorite of the three kids meal choices are the spaghetti and meatballs unless they add more cheese to their Mac and cheese. Service was nice because the lady told us to sign up for a free reward which is super cool. Ambiance is very open and inviting! It feels very new and clean in here.

Alfredo MontAmore- with Shrimp and zoodles
    Caroline C.

Did they just serve me that? I've been here 1 other time years ago at the Orange location. I was stuck at work and couldn't drive. I ordered for delivery. Typically I love zoodles but, I feel like not everyone can make it. If you mess it up, it's watery. That's what I had and some sad shrimp on the top. I literally had to dump a lot of the juices out. I didn't order soup that day. I was sad with my lunch choice that day. *runs out and buys some zucchini to make my own.*

    Buffalo Chicken Mac
    Samantha N.

Food was the nastiest thing I ever had before. Had the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese supposedly. There was no cheese what so ever. Elbow pasta was plain like straight out the pot when you boil it with a pinch of Parmesan cheese thrown on top that didn't even melt. Had a 30 min lunch and didn't even end up eating it and wasted $17 for this. Ridiculous honestly

    Pesto? Cavattapi
    Meredith F.

Today was my first time coming here. I was looking for pasta, and it's not too far from work. I ordered the Pesto Cavattapi. I got a small, which is $8 and added grilled chicken for $4. I was disappointed when I got back to work and opened my food. Where is the pesto? There were small specs of green on the noodles, but I could not taste pesto. It was pricey for the tasteless noodles and a little bit of chicken.

I WISH I LEFT A BIGGER TIP! .. and I hate tipping!…read more We just came back from Italy and had an amazing time there with the food we tried. Fatto a Mano sells pasta and pizza that takes us right back to Italy. If we ever miss that country, then this is the only place we have to go to satisfy any nostalgia. Marco is such an amazing host. He makes everything from scratch and is up front with how long it'll take for him to make your food. We got there right when it opened and the place filled up quickly. But he still made time to ask for our names and check in on us frequently. You can tell the customers love him because so many people came in and talked to him like they had known him for years. We got the carbonara and Estiva. The carbonara was perfect. Just like the way they make it in Italy. Al dente with the sauce perfectly integrated with the noodles. Generous with the ingredients and a flavor explosion with every bite. The Estiva is a pizza with basil pesto, yellow tomato confit, and "fior di latte' mozzarella. All I'll say is that it was delicious and any one who likes pesto needs to try this. Now, why do I wish I left a bigger tip? The delicious food would be enough but it was Marco! He addressed us by name every time he passed by. The most memorable aspect was when we were getting up to leave. He loudly said if we could please wait 5 minutes so that he could give us gelato for free! He was making it fresh as well so his machine needed some time. It was delicious! We threw our trash away and started to walk out, but then he told us to wait so that he could give us gelato again! I told him he already gave some to us and then he said we needed more... and that he insisted because "it is like 1000 degrees outside!" I'm coming back and I'm brining my family and all of my friends!

I then asked if I could order the penne pasta dish with chicken but substitute a different pasta since I'm not a fan of penne, and again was told no. I've been to plenty of restaurants that don't allow certain substitutions, but simply adding chicken seemed like a reasonable request, especially since I didn't mind paying extra for it. It just felt a little strange being told no to every option. That said, the other staff members were attentive and provided good service throughout the meal. The restaurant itself is casual and had a steady crowd while we were there. I also noticed the entire staff working that night appeared to be male, just an observation. I…read morestill remember the old deli that was there prior to this restaurant and I've seen numerous social media ads and posts about the place so I wanted to check it out. I think I was a little hesitant because in my head I was thinking how good could possibly really be? In my head spaghetti/pasta is something I can make it home and almost thought it a waste of money to go out of my way to go out specifically to eat this dish. I ordered the Arrabiata pasta with the sausage. I'll admit I was a little thrown off by added cost of each tolling and also added cost of the Arrabiata sauce and I also did wait until a fair amount before the food was ready for takeout. But the pasta really blew me away. I'm still thinking about how good it tasted. I would definitely come back and I actually wanna bring my dad who loves spicy pasta like this. It was really that good. I can't think of another place that has this level of pasta let alone this price. The only negative I would say in regards to one of the workers. The cashier was manned by wonderful woman who did every and all tasks from taking the orders to putting food items in the oven to answering the phone I'm probably much more than that. I don't know. In contrast there was an Asian man with a black shirt who was also working. He looked lost and completely helpless. There was a moment where this woman was so busy and there was a ringing that I assume was from either a phone call or a delivery order. This man did not offer to help more nor did he help from what I saw. He was utterly helpless and unhelpful. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt with the encouragement "Hey help your team out!" The woman on the other hand was doing so many things simultaneously and yet was really kind at the same time. Anyways, I'm giving my review of a five star because I wanna see this place succeed and I'll definitely come back .

My first review was that I complained about how expensive the pasta was but it was still good so it didn't bother me. I ordered a salad this time. And the Togo container was practically empty. Pasta is just ok now. Service is bad. Salad is worse. Not worth your time -

We ordered a Beef Banh Mi and Shrimp Pad See Ew and it was to die for. The food was so fresh and clean, we felt like we went to grandma's house. The portions are insane, my bf and I ordered separate meals for ourselves when we absolutely did not need to. We have so many leftovers that we cannot wait to crack into. I wish we took pictures of the food it was just so good we couldn't wait. Not only that but the prices are insane for the amount of food you receive. For their grand opening they're doing 15% off but even without the discount the prices are perfect. We paid $30.58 for our meals with the discount. We will absolutely be back with hungry bellies!

I like that it came with lots of tripe, meatballs, tendons, sliced rare steak, and brisket. A plate of lime, basil, bean sprouts, and jalapeño slices completed the order. I also ordered the papaya salad with shrimp and it was very refreshing. I also tried the seafood stir fry with garlic. The dish included mussels, clams, crab, shrimp, and fish. It was very flavorful and I definitely recommend. It was easy to get the waitress' attention. She brought extra water cups without asking. I like that she provided extra bowls and plates for sharing. I liked that they took 15% off of the bill for grand opening. There was one restroom next to the kitchen. Not sure if there is a parking lot but there were plenty of street parking right in front of the restaurant.
