I had given them excellent review on food quality a while ago, and after my experience today, I will suggest that this place doesn't deserve to be open. Ordered take out today over and requested to give me more sauce on food, usually all Thai restaurant when u order curry, they package in cylinder container to accomodate sauce but Phattra used shallow boxed container and they always give limited, my daughter loves sauce. Girl who took my order over the phone consented no.prob. When I went to pick up order and pay. Bill was substantially 30% higher, I thought she is giving me someone else's as I get takeout with same entree all the time. She confirmed it's my order and upon my request to check order, told me $7 upcharge is for x sauce, I amicably suggested that if it was a dollar or 2 I can understand, although when I requested she should have told me uncanny upcharge and I could decide to alternately order another entree for a few bucks more than high charge of "Xtra sauce on food" Older gentleman, seems owner / chef he happens to walk by and rudely said that's it, this is what they charge, hello u r in restaurant business and I am paying on higher side already, he could be amicable as I told him same thing, than person taking order should disclose high charge. My daughter was with me and she got scared with owners high tone and literally belligerent. I decided to Quietly convey the hostess as there were other customers eating and not stoop low to his level that I m sorry I don't need food (in disbelieve the way owner handled! only if they acknowledge their error decently - I would have reluctantly paid , owner started screaming real loud and as I was walking out of the restaurant - he ran after me screaming real loud with take out bag on his hand demanding I pay, my daughter started crying and at that point I warned him to stop harrasing otherwise I would call authorities on him. I have never experienced something like this and how dare he behave like a belligerent towards customer and a child. I have decided to take the matter to chamber of Commerce as its my obligation that our community is aware and hope after reading this long review u would consider to boycott restaurant. If management reads this I would expect sincere apology, although it is inexcusable! read more

We ordered the Thai roti and chicken massaman curry, red curry and drunken noodles with chicken. The roti was basically a frozen kawan paranha (from Indian store) massaman curry was good. Drunken noodles were good, but boy the red curry was toooooo sweet. Basically curry in the sugar rather than the other way around. I'm trying to find a go-to Thai restaurant in my area so I decided to try this place out. My mother and I got roti thai style, which was really good. It was different than what we were expecting (we always get the roti cani at Penang, which is a Malaysian/Thai restaurant) and the roti there is in abundance. This roti was 8 triangle pieces that were a bit thicker than the ones at Penang. The dipping sauce had more cocount flavor to it and peanuts. It was different, but very good! I got the Pad Prik Khing with shrimp. The shrimp was $2 more and I only got 5 shrimp. This is my major complaint with the restaurant. The dish was very very good, but had too much string beans and wasn't as spicy as I had anticipated after telling them "the spicier, the better." My mom got the Pad Ginger with beef, which she liked very much. I ended the meal with a Thai iced coffee which was bombbbb! The restaurant is BYOB which is also a plus. So far, this is a close 2nd for my favorite Thai place in the Edison area. I would definitely come again! read more

Ate their food like 4 days in a row, that's how good! Actually looked for this restaurant on Yelp and decided to take a go for it. Ordered drunken noodles, chicken satay, and red curry chicken. All THREE were absolutely to die for. Only complaint I had was they were very skimp with the amounts they gave. The dishes were not filled all the way. And when asked for extra or more sauce(just so it can at least be filled all the way) they told they were gonna charge me $3 extra.. However. Still went back their food is just THAT good. Decor was pretty nice and place looked clean. Would have given a 5 star, but due to portions I've given it the rating I have. read more

Discovered this gem a few months back. Since then, my husband and I have been frequent visitors to this restaurant which happens to be a BYOB(our favorite). The staff is very nice and the service is fast, we always make a reservation but doesnt seem like its necessary. Some days are more busy then others. The food is always consistant and good. We love the crabmeat pancake, roti thai style, and chicken satay appetizer. My husband always gets the drunken noodles and I have tried all different items and keep going back to the red curry. I went here for my birthday with a group of friends. From the moment we walked in we were impressed. The decor is lovely and inviting. We were a group of 8 and good service was spot on. Our waitress was attentive without being overbearing. We all enjoyed everything we ordered from the menu. My sister's dish was far too spicy and they gladly and willingly replaced it with a dish better suited for her with no problem. They make a big deal out of your birthday, too! After reading so many great reviews online, I suggested to my parents that they should go here. My father has severe seafood allergies and this was specified to the server at the very beginning. The server pretended to understand their request. Once the food came, it was filled with shrimp paste along with fish sauce. My father could not eat any of the food. They told the waiter that he was having an allergy but she didn't seem to understand at all. The lack of concern and understanding was highly disappointing and for this reason, I do not recommend wasting time here. The food was below average and service was mediocre. read more

Prices range from $10- $25. As I've said before the atmosphere is great. It is BYOB. Ordered the grilled beef this time and it was really good. The curry my husband ordered was supposed to be the most spicy they had but was mild in my view. Still a great place for date night with hubby! read more

Went there for the first time last week, right off the bat, the decor is charming and beautiful with awesome pictures on the wall. Lights and overall feel is warm and inviting. However the food is not as authentic or good as other Thai places around. We had the sampler appetizer which was disappointing as the spring roll and satay chicken was just so so. The pad Thai and drunken noodles were okay but nothing special. The tamarind duck was a little too sweet for my taste. There was a chicken and broccoli dish that's not Thai at all and not even as good as from a takeout Chinese restaurant. People commented on the size of the Thai ice tea or coffee but by giving you more of something doesn't make it better.... $100+ for 3 ppl, I left wondering what did I just do? I would probably recommend this place for a date night dessert and Thai drinks but not for the food! read more
