Came to Stockton to visit my friends because I haven't seen them since High School. They suggested to come here instead since we always get Korean food. My first impression was Oh this is a unique place. Parking was good. When we came in the owners greeted us and shoutout to the tall worker in the streetwear with the big headphones. (didn't ask his name.) I got a #5 with curly fries and a medium drink. The wait wasn't long. Got the food in a good amount of time and it was delish. The sandwhich was filling and the fries topped it off. Great Customer Service and super detailed with explainations. Would I reccomend my friends to come here and try it? Yeah! It's a neat place! Generally great tasting sandwiches, however on 7/16/21 with 4 other guys we had a great disappointment, the sandwiches were not the problem but several of us ordered onion rings, big mistake, $4.79 for the absolutely worst in a lifetime onion rings, they were so darned disgusting that we couldn't eat them. Absolutely overpriced and too rubbery, soggy, horrible tasting, inedible by all. Even though the sandwiches met expectations, the high price for the most terrible inedible rings in our collective 125 years of experience is the reason that we may not trust the cook again. My wife went to the Philly cheese steak truck they have for this restaurant, Asked for cheese sauce with our meals. Came home, no cheese sauce. So I went back and Asked for the cheese sauce, the guy told me it was $3 for a super super small cheese sauce that would just come with the meal anywhere else and that my wife said she didn't want cheese sauce and that she was lying. I told him that was not the case and she asked for the sauce and he told me that she did not want it. I will never return to this place. Due to recent incident my coworker experienced, I will not be supporting their business anymore They messed up on my coworker's order and "downgraded" her sandwich. They simply forgot to put in any of toppings she ordered. When they became aware of the issue 1. they denied that it was a mistake 2. Accused her instead, for not catching their mistake 3. Asked her to bring back the sandwich, otherwise no refund. The best they could do was 10% off the next purchase and the next day, the manager called my coworker to say they can do 20% off. When my coworker refused to take the discount and asked for full refund, the manager flat out said not and pretty much told her he doesn't need her future business. I am giving this place five stars because I live by Walmart very close in proximity to this business, and in combination of its flavor and unique likeness, it is has provided me a great tasting meal. I am not really that mobile either so it is a very reliable option. I do cosign the prices being a bit absurd, and the service being mediocre, however who I think is the "mother", has been actually kind to me lately, maybe thats because she is recognizing me as a regular. Yes, Philly Cheesesteak, you really need to fix your attitude and customer service skills, but aside from that, this is a very great tasting meal, unless you want to go to In--N-Out, Wingstop, Breadfruit Tree or California Fresh. The coupons are available, so if you frequent, they do help, so they do deserve those points. Normally I would give my Philly Cheese Steak 15" Sandwich w/only hot peppers four stars out of five. My fiancé and I have been frequent patrons and would give a mom & pop establishment business before going into any chain...but today (03May2015)was an odd day. I normally call in my order; this time a female answered to take my order. She spoke fast and inarticulate. She could not understand even my number. It was a little discouraging for the first time. Standing inline I saw this healthy grown man throw our half eaten sandwich w/mostly his bread still left on his plate before disposing of it. Weird to remember that but then when I was at the register to pay, I made sure to ask again if I only have hot peppers on my sandwich. She said it had hot and sweet peppers on it and would take it off. I told her not to if it's already made. And she did something while I wasted longer for my order and gave me a side of hot peppers. When I got home I barely had any peppers on my sandwich and the ones that was left on it was sweet and my cheese steak looked tampered w/. So I added the side of hot peppers. This sandwich was awful. It was a mixture of soggy and dry bread, dry meat, barely any sautéed onions and lacked flavor, cheese, any hot peppers. To my dismay(disappointment) I have a photo to share to you, the reader and hopefully the owners to do better. The photo is ironically the same shape of bread the healthy young man threw out too. Sadness, discourage and scared to come back for another poorly put together philly cheese steak. I could spend less and get more at a fast food chain. Or maybe in a few months my fiancé will remind me and choose this place again, then if we want to risk and take a chance of our hard earned money. The Bacon Philly: The bacon philly was very underwhelming. The sandwich is really 10' inches long, but still very small in size. The bread is similar to a polish dog bun rather a sandwich roll. The amount of meat is fairly skimpy. The peppers are assortment of peppers, but not really bell peppers like normal phillies. My sandwich also only had two strips of bacon. Altogether, this place isn't very good. The fries are wedges and they lack the crisp fried outside. The location and set up is whatever. In the end, the place needs some work. read more

I got the Grand Philly Cheesesteak which comes with mushrooms, sweet peppers, cheese, and of course; steak. The peppers are a little tangy and sweet kind of like jalapenos, which I loved!
