I am slightly late in posting my review of Philly Flats. Following an appointment on 4-27-25, I was told about the restaurant so on the way home I stopped for dinner. I order garlic Parmesan wings, fries, and an adult beverage. The wings and fries were served hot. They were excellent. I had the opportunity to meet the owners, Kim and Scott. They were from Philadelphia and very personable. Oh no, did I mention they were Eagle fans with some Eagle stuff on the walls. Just like the Champion Eagles, this is a great place to eat. I give it 5.5 stars. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I may have to try on of their several sandwiches next time but lemon pepper wings sound pretty good with another adult beverage. Mr. Bill read more

The Wings were delicious. We chose the Garlic Parm, Lemon Pepper, and Sweet Teriyaki. All were delicious. Try the seasoned fries...yummy!

Love those wings. Don't get me wrong, I get a Philly and order wings every time I stop in. I like the wings plain, but I see a lot of hot wings come out of the kitchen. I did try the mango pineapple reaper sauce though and it was hot with a little bit of sweet. Whether it's lunch or an evening meal, this is the place I go for wings. read more

As soon as I saw "Wiz" on the menu I knew this place was legit. Food was fantastic, staff is friendly, and the Eagles sports memorabilia is a nice touch. Cheesesteaks are expensive all over town now, but their prices are right in the middle. We'll be back! read more

When you scroll through these reviews, you will see a consistent trend of how nice and personable the owners are. I agree with the reviews that Kim and Scott are absolutely solid and care about their customers. Being a Cowboys fan, I was hesitant to step foot in this place due to the Eagles/Phillies theme, but the incredible cheese steaks, season fries and great service has me going back. It's very good. 4got to take a pic of my food since I was so hungry. I ordered the 5-piece wings with buffalo sauce & onion rings. The order was hot, wings were tossed just right with the sauce & still had a nice 'crunchy' bite (how did they do that?). The onion rings were HUGE and were just the right amount for a side serving. The servers were attentive and friendly. It's not so much of a hang-out spot but would be if the location was different b/c there is a small bar in the back...nice touch. Visited here on a Saturday Night. wanted a good fix for a philly cheesesteak and the place did little to disappoint as far as taste goes. I wasn't particularly in the mood to converse and should've researched the menu before arriving because I was engaged pretty thoroughly about the menu while looking at it in the restaurant as well as during my wait for the food. It's nice to have hospitable people in the service industry but sometimes people just don't want to talk. not knocking them for being engaging just thought it showed a bit of "extra" on that side and unaware of the cues from the customer. super nice people. price wise i think was rather high considering all i got was two sandwiches (one small one large) and my tab was $30. also wasn't excited that i was charged extra to add green peppers when i ordered a sandwich that included peppers. When bringing it up I was told the price of green peppers were high in grocery stores, and that the philly native in the owner didn't believe that green peppers belonged on the cheesesteaks (at all) or should be on the menu (bell peppers are nowhere to be found on the menu but they have them). overall i would revisit for the food quality alone, but wouldn't be a frequent spot. read more

WOW! Pleasantly surprised. Stopped in after a long day at work and man the food was good. (Naked wings with the sauce on the side were killer & the cheesesteak was on point). The even more pleasant surprise was how friendly EVERYONE was at this place. I spent a good 20 minutes talking with the owner and his wife and they were TOP NOTCH PEOPLE. I couldn't imagine a bad review for this place. I mean maybe I got lucky and came at a great time, but I doubt it. Will definitely be back. read more

Food was SO good! Beat cheesesteak sandwich I've had in the state. We came here Saturday for lunch and the food and service was great! Great food , I have had the chicken tender basket (BBQ) and a philly cheesesteak. Cheesesteak was a bit dry but was very flavorful. I ordered it with cheese and provolone. Ate at the restaurant and ordered 2 reggie mules. It was not booked but the food did take some time to come out. Drinks were good. Nice set up. Scott was very helpful and talkative to my girlfriend and I, which was appreciated as they are a new business and I expressed I stayed close. Philly Flats is my go-to spot! I've tried a little bit of everything on the menu and it's all been straight , but I always come back for the lemon pepper wings--they hit every single time. Crispy, flavorful, and always fresh. My second favorite? The Phillydilla--crazy flavorful and always on point. Cool little spot that we just tried for the first time last night. The owner was very friendly. I tried the Quaker Philly and it was decent. After we ate, the owner came up to chat with us and told us that they're known for their wings. That was a little confusing because they have Philly in their name so I naturally thought they'd be known for their cheese steaks. It wasn't bad, but I wasn't super impressed. I guess we're going to have to drop back in to give their wings a try. There must've been a mixup in the kitchen because it took a while to get our food and when it did come out my kids sandwich was wrong. They quickly remade it and both of my kids liked it. They had a plain chicken Philly with just cheese. Very comfortable place. Lots of seating. They even have a full bar in the back. read more
