This has become our go to place after sports event, for play dates and just when we need a warm soft pretzel fix! We've been going here more often lately, which is good for them and bad for my waistline! Needless to say, the shop is under new ownership and the owners are so friendly and accommodating and working really hard to change whatever bad rep the previous owner/establishment had. The pretzels are warm and soft and chewy and taste delicious with the cheese sauce. Beware though - the nacho cheese is SPICY! We even recently tried the brownie mix topping and were blown away? Was I the only one who didn't know brownie batter and hot pretzels taste so good? The rivets/little nugget pretzels are awesome and so reasonably priced - I got a whole bucket of like 50-60 little pretzels for only $12. Speaking of which, the deals are really good and the prices strike me as pretty cheap for this chewy goodness! There are always a ton of promotions whether it's local to their shop or from the company itself. Follow them on Facebook for some special deals. If you didn't like the service before, give them a try. They told us they own another location in Hackettstown so they seem to know what they're doing!

Placed an order for a first birthday party, 1 shaped pretzels. Customer service was excellent & obviously the pretzels are delicious. They were a hit at the party.

    Strange shaped pretzel lol

Another reviewer mentioned mall pretzels that are buttery and greasy which I absolutely hate.

That being said, the prices are too high for what you get, otherwise I'd eat there more often. On this trip I tried their new, limited time, BBQ Boneless Baby Back Rib Sandwich. $12.99 before tax or tip. No fries. No drink. For me that's a lot. It was good though. Surprisingly good. I expected a slightly elevated version of the McRib, and frankly, that's what it looked like, but I was wrong. It tasted pretty darn close to a real pulled pork BBQ sandwich. The sauce was good; tangy and not too sweet. The coleslaw was crisp and creamy and the pickles added a nice vinegary crunch. If it was $3 less, I'd head straight back for another. The location itself is always spotlessly clean and well maintained. The employees are polite and efficient. There are plenty of tables and the parking is plentiful. If only the prices were just slightly less...

The kind of confidence that doesn't announce itself, it just delivers. Then there's the crema de cilantro and aji, which basically tag team your taste buds and ask, "You good?" Yes. I'm great. Mind your business. This is not a, "Instagram made me do it" sandwich. This is a composed, disciplined, shut up and eat sandwich. Every ingredient is there on purpose. No freeloaders. The owner is a Peruvian chef who lived in Canada and now cooks in New Jersey, which explains why this sandwich has flavor, restraint, and zero patience for mediocrity. This isn't fusion, it's life experience on bread. Fair warning: eating this will ruin weaker sandwiches for you. You'll start asking questions. You'll judge more. You'll be disappointed elsewhere.
