I was greeted with smiling faces in a clean, well decorated café. The staff, Calvin and Charlie, were great. I needed to use the bathroom and Charlie quickly helped me with the code. Afterwards, we even conversed for a bit. She was very friendly! I went on a food spree and got several croissants/pastries! I was torn between several pastries and Calvin recommended me the best ones! Blueberry and cinnamon rolls among others! He even told me to be careful because the floor was slippery since they were cleaning up the store. Great pastries, ambience, and staff!

Shout out to the sweet girl in the front who saw my confused face and walked me thru the menu. I'm a basic latte girl so this is far more elevated than I expected. It being my first time, after I shared what I typically would order, she suggested the tesora, creamy. Of the featured creations, a popular drink she shared was also the iced mint mojito, which I opted instead to try the honey haze cold brew as I wanted a more of a sweet coffee. I enjoyed the honey haze, not overly sweet, a good balance. If I am not mistaken, this used to be a Coffee Bean so it was nice to see another coffee shop take over. They created an open space concept, with outdoor seating. I will def make it a point to stop by again to find my signature drink.

This was my first time getting Philz Coffee after hearing so much about it from friends. I ended up getting the Tesora, sweet and creamy. I was worried about if it could be too strong or anything, but it was perfect! I really liked the notes (vanilla, caramel, a little chocolate) and it was just lovely. I'd love to try the other flavors next time! I also had a sip of the Mocha Tesora, which was great if you like chocolate (but I'm more of a vanilla fan haha) The parking situation wasn't too bad; we were able to snag a spot right outside on the street! The service was great, and the place was overall clean! The barista was also very friendly :DD We ended up walking around Beverly Hills, and it was the perfect weather too. Will be back in the future!

Great service always. You are always greeted with a smile and they always offer to warm up your pastries. Yummy! The chai tea wasn't my favorite but I can tell they have good drinks. Lol.

I LOVE PHILZ. Everytime I go to LAX will also get their iced mint mojito drink. I ordered it to go with a breakfast burrito. Coffee can do no wrong. I was upset because I did get the wrong burrito, but it's okay.. I still enjoyed the mistake. Service is speedy and pricing is decent.

Philz Coffee is consistent across the country so I'm glad I can pop in to any location and get a delicious cup of joe. This location right in the thick of Beverly Hills has the same great coffee with friendly staff, as well. It won't surprise you to be often met with a line, but keep in mind you can order ahead through the app, too. It's an immensely clean and shiny shop and if you do a quick scan, you'll find the BH sign signifying where you are. I like getting the Mission Cold Brew black, packed full of flavor and always gives me the morning jolt of energy I need. We also bought a bag of beans while in the shop. They are a little steep at 20 bucks a pop but my friend swears it's worth it. I'd definitely stop in again while near Rodeo Drive again.

We got two iced mint Mojitos - Philz most popular drink. It's creamy and refreshing for a hot summer day. Excellent service because the servers will ask if the drink is what you expected or if there needs to be any changes. Students come to do homework so that is more on the side.

Although they don't have a designated parking, there is a parking that's free for 2hrs in just a block away so makes it super easy to park and grab a coffee when I have time. But if you are in hurry they do not take phone order and has to download their app and street parking is sometimes difficult to find since there are a lot of restaurants and cafe on the same street. Rose coffee was very nice. I would love to try the hot one if they have it too. I liked their flavored coffee from before and i have never tried the regular coffee so my review/stars are solely on flavored coffees :)

Great service, great coffee! This location is a few doors down from Urth Caffe and has a big outdoor patio with plenty of seats. I usually get the Iced Mint Mojito, but decided to try The Philtered Soul (Philz' Way) this time. It was was good, but I could've had a smidge more sugar.

The Peanut Cream Latte is my FAVORITE latte I have ever tried (& I have tried very many lol). It is so unique & creamy, with an earthy/nutty taste from the in-house peanut syrup they make. The workers really accommodate the customers which is so appreciated. If you ask for light cream, they'll do that. If you ask for less sweetness, they'll do it. They always perform every time I ask for something. The Honeycomb toffee latte is also so freaking DELICIOUS. I highly recommend ittt, but just know it's very sweet. The topping they put on top is made in-house as well. The matcha is very good. Not the best in LA, but still very good.

But after taking my first sip... I completely understood the hype. The Matcha einspanner is absolutely heavenly. It's rich, creamy, perfectly sweet, and one of the best matcha drinks I've ever had. We also ordered the pistachio bread and the sliders for breakfast, and both were delicious. The pistachio bread was soft and flavorful, and the sliders made for a satisfying breakfast. Yes, you'll probably have to wait, but in my opinion, it's worth experiencing at least once. If you're a matcha lover, this place definitely deserves a spot on your list.

I went Sunday, and saw a bottleneck at Valet so I found plenty of parking a block south and on the side street. Valet was only $18 for the 2 hours we were there so not awful at all. This hotel is super elegant and walking into The Living Room was like that, walking into a living room. It was right there past the receptionist and with a glass back drop of the garden. We opted for the 2nd tier, Premium. It doesn't change the tea choice ( you only get 1) or the food, it's just whatever champagne or bubbles you prefer. And oh my god! That rose was fantastic! I am not a rose fan, but I see why this one was considered Premium. I choose the coconut creme tea, thinking it might he herbal, but I didn't ask. I was planning on my jacked on caffeine and sugar before the day was over. All the finger sandwiches were fabulous, I ate them all. My favorite was the salmon, chicken and egg salad. Although I also enjoyed the egg plant. I can't tell you all the desserts that I ate. I ate all of that too. I literally only left half of a scone and the scones were fabulous as well. They were soft and they were fresh and I don't think i've ever had a fresh scone before so game changer! The service was perfect! Someone is coming by to pour you more tea. Everyone was very nice and attentive. We had a lovely time! I highly recommend this place for afternoon tea with the gals!

They seated us right away for our reservation. My mom and I love high tea. We try a new place about twice a year. This place is stunning. The food is okay. I appreciated that my mom and I each had our own stand since most places do two of everything and place on one stand. The tea was good. It is a bit pricey - $135 per person for afternoon tea, an additional $65 per person for unlimited champagne. My mom & I both had the afternoon tea, she treated herself with the unlimited champagne and a $24 caviar bite which was so small, I would consider it half a bite. It was still worth a cute picture and my mom said it was delicious. The tip was included in our bill and was a little over $400. The servers are attentive and checked up on us often. I will say there is limited seating and although it is comfortable, it is a bit awkward. I would come back here for the aesthetics and look however as for food and traditional high tea, most likely not.
