    Banana chai latte

I always wanted to try La La Land. Everyone raves about the matcha. I hope to try it soon! I saw that there was a chai menu and decided to try chai. I ordered the banana chai with oatmilk. I gave the banana chai a 5/5! The banana cream did not taste artificial. It was real banana! I was pleasantly surprised. The chai had warm spices and was really good. I highly recommend it.

ICED MATCHA LATTE 9/10: La La Land, especially this location, has always been a hot hub for cute and aesthetic drinks. I would say that the quality of their matcha latte matches the cuteness. This drink is a bit on the pricier side, the matcha cold foam is sweet, and the matcha itself has a great taste and smoothness. I would definitely suggest to anyone who loves a good balance of sweetness to ask for light sweetener. *For reference, I got the matcha with cold foam, sub special syrup for vanilla, and I add salt. AMBIANCE 10/10: Always so clean, bright, and welcoming ambiance. Love how there is plenty of sitting space. SERVICE 10/10: Every time I've gone to any La La Land cafe, the baristas were always so sweet and accommodating. NOTES-- - I suggest farmers market parking, validate by purchasing something there, and going over to La La Land. Way cheaper than parking in the parking structure. - Gets REALLY busy at times... beware

A staple for a good iced coffee or matcha. The customer service here is always so amazing. Everyone's so genuinely nice. Drinks are always made quick, and this location never really has a line.

Such a cute cafe! I absolutely loved all the yellow decor, it felt like sunshine! The line was super long but it went pretty fast. The workers were really nice and friendly. I liked how there was a register to order and another worker who would go down the line also taking orders; it was very efficient! The merch was so cute, I had to get a mug! Might have to grab a tote bag next time I pass by! It is a little pricey but it's expected for the location and for the whole aesthetic vibe. It's definitely a place where every drink , merch item and food is photograph ready.

Calling itself as Cafe de Lala, the ambiance felt bit distinctive to either the Grove or the Santa Monica (Montana) one. Felt like more upscale with more people hanging out than working or studying. The turnaround was way quicker and certainly felt more chill. Pre-order by app was still preferred as sometimes it might got busy and the line could be long. Not being to La La Land for awhile, I was bit astonished how their menu had grown and more fun stuffs to try including their Cafe de Lala, this outlet's special menu with Viennese latte and their house made cream. The size was small, but pretty satisfying as the coffee was bold and balanced by thick rich cream. It might be heavy and more dessert alike, so it went back to preference. I did get their chocolate chip cookie, which seemed to have changed vs what they used to have, being more thin and crispy now vs the used-to-be chunky thick one.

Tagged along with the family to accommodate their sweet tooth, as well as to grab some other grub. Settled on the Turkey and Gruyere Croissant and a few drinks among other delectable poisons of your choice. As soon as we sat down a major line of humanity came arrived, making our luck at landing a few spots very fortuitous indeed.

Stopped by before a meeting and immediately noticed how beautiful and open the space is. There's plenty of seating, especially outside, which makes it a great spot to get some work done or meet up with someone. Service was amazing, the cashier was super friendly and helped me decide between a few drinks. I ended up ordering the "Einspanner Latte" and topped it with matcha, and it was a solid 10/10. I've never had anything quite like it. Super smooth, flavorful, and unique. There are so many other options on the menu that I definitely need to come back and try. A great spot to check out if you're in the area!

Stopped my la la land today and had a great experience. The staff is always friendly, the service is quick, and the store itself is cute, bright, and welcoming. I love coming here for a matcha. It's one of those places that just makes your day a little better.

Loveeee their tiramisu latte Beautiful place and great customer service. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends. Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I'll definitely be coming back again soon!

I fell in love the moment I walked in! Beautiful place and the service is wonderful. My favorite is the iced vanilla coffee or latte with banana cloud foam... Hooked. Thank you to the staff for making my experience lovely. Not from LA but I drive here for this treat.

Took BB to the famous La La Land Café at The Grove on Wednesday evening. She loves the movie it's named after, so this was a must-do for her. We ordered the La La Latte and the Matcha Squared Latte. The La La Latte lacked flavor and sweetness for me, but BB really enjoyed her matcha, which I was glad about. The ambience is very cute and Instagram-friendly -- lots of whites, golds, and yellows, along with fun details like heart-cutout straws. They also have cute merch available, including clothing, cups, keychains, and magnets. The café is fully staffed and consistently busy, with a line even in the evening. There's seating both inside and outside, and the space feels open and airy. Overall, I'm glad we were able to experience it, especially for BB. While it was fun to check out, it's not a place I feel the need to return to.

First time at La La Land and not the best, I was expecting amazing top notch drinks especially for the price but just felt sort of sad and rushed. Drinks only made for a photo instead of the taste. Long line as always, and staff was friendly. This was at the grove so there is outdoor seating since it's very cramped on the inside. I tried the s'mores hot chocolate with some weird foam on top that tasted very out of place. My boyfriend got the banana matcha which was actually good. All in all wouldn't return, could definitely find better places than this.

I've had La La Land on my coffee list for a while, and let's just say it didn't disappoint. The service was excellent, and the time it took to make our drinks was fast and efficient. Ambiance wise it's really nice and good for social media posts, but I don't think I would hangout or work here. As for the menu itself, they had a lot of different option, but I opted to try the Banana Cloud Latte. So far I'd say it's the best Banana Latte I've had in LA. It's rich and creamy, but doesn't take away from the coffee flavor. Overall, a really good experience and can't wait to try their other drinks. Would I go again? Absolutely!

The eggs were cooked to perfection, and the flavors blended beautifully. A special shout-out to Annika, who recommended the vanilla latte--it truly was heavenly! They use house-made vanilla syrup, which elevated the drink to a whole new level. While we didn't order it, I must mention the BLT that the table next to us had. The matcha latte is a must. Their breakfast sliders are incredibly fluffy, fresh, and light--I always add both avocado and bacon, and it's the perfect combo. But the real star for me? The pistachio spread toast. It might honestly be my favorite thing on the menu, even more than the sliders or the matcha. Now for the reality check: be prepared to wait. Anywhere from 30-50 minutes is pretty normal, and if you show up later in the day, there's a good chance they'll already be sold out some of the items. I got there before they opened at 8 a.m., and the line was already around the corner. LA people are professional line waiters lol. The one upside is that it's far enough east that you don't get the full 405 west crowd bcz its "too east 405" to show up... so there's that. ;))) A couple of downsides: there's no indoor seating, and the inside has a pretty strong greasy kitchen smell.
