Stopped in for a quick snack while my wife was getting her nails done next door. I got the chicken Bahn Mi and enjoyed it. Would definitely like to try their Pho next time but I can safely assume it's good. Was craving their Pad Wun Sen for awhile now so I went after church. It was a little chilly so I was happy to get some comfort food. I double checked to make sure I had the correct order before leaving the parking lot and all was perfect! I had used Door Dash to pick it up & it was supposedly incorrect one time but I didn't notice it until I got home. Anyway, I looked at the fresh veggies, chicken & non-greasy glass noodles & I couldn't wait to dive into it! It was delish with a splash of lemon and freshly ground black pepper that I topped it off with. Veggies like crunchy broccoli, bok choy, carrots, red & green bell peppers, cabbage & bamboo shoots. I have been wanting to try this place for months! Especially since you can pick up your to go orders through a drive thru window! I drove up and asked the lady for a menu since I was driving and couldn't look up up on my phone and she was so sweet, she let me place my order right there and come back since I had to run an errand. She was super knowledgeable about the menu and what was gluten free, what used any seafood, and made sure to give the right recommendations. For the Service I give them 10/10 5* The food I would give a 4* The pho was good but a pinch on the bland side. I was expecting the broth to have more flavor but once you add your sauces and everything it's fine. The chicken summer roll was a 5* hands down! I usually never get chicken but my mother can't eat shrimp and we were sharing so I got the chicken and it did not disappoint! Very good! We love pho, we came to this place for the first time, and it was beautiful inside the restaurant. The stop was amazing and very sweet, but when the food came out, oh my God, it was mouthwatering. The Vietnamese eggrolls were perfection, the handmade every day crab Rangoon's were to die for and the pho was so big with lots of noodles and meat! Such a huge portion and the food was delicious. They were super busy at the time but I still got my to go order within 15 minutes!

I ordered takeout and they burnt my fried egg rolls. The menu said six pieces and I got two egg rolls cut into six pieces. I should have inspected my order but I was in a hurry. My order of pho was decent. The did a good job packaging it for takeout. Next time I'll dine in to compare items with their takeout portions. This is a nice little pho spot closer to where we live. Been here a couple times and each time it's always good. It's clean and always smells like good food cooking in the back. We had been the same area where Pho 4 Star on Evans before and thought to visit today for dinner. Dad had Limeade, Hubby had Iced Tea, and I had Jasmine Tea. We had wanted to try the Papaya Salad with shrimp, but they didn't have it, which was a bummer. Dad and I shared the Grilled Pork & Spring Roll. The generous portion was just right for us but would've been a lot for one person to eat. Loved their fish sauce so much that I asked for extra. It was very tasty! Hubby was very happy with his 4 Star Combo Rice Plate. One thing we noticed is they have Hot Pot. We'll have to come back in cooler weather to try that. We ended with the Mango Sticky Rice. Was driving home to my new apartment in a depressive state (going through a divorce) when, as i was sitting at the intersection of TPC and Evans, I glanced over and saw the Pho 4 Star light illuminating the night sky like the North Star (not the mall)- the drive thru window especially catching my eye. I immediately u-turned, despite having a car full of groceries and placed an order via the DoorDash app for pickup (which is what the window is for). I haven't had excitement about eating for five months, so much so that my psychiatrist wanted to start me on ketamine infusions and mood stabilizers to restore my will to live and get me to eat more. Pho 4 Star did what no therapist or pill or self-help book has been able to do for me. I took a sip of my chicken pho and I felt excited about eating for the first time in a long time. The broth was so good it bandaged the wounds on my soul. The chicken so tender - unlike my marriage. I also ordered lumpia and every bite felt like a gentle kiss on my forehead. If I could rate this place a 10/10 I would. I cannot stress how little I've cared about eating prior to coming here so you can trust me when I say this place is the best. The other day I had a few pieces of arugula and a bite of a cucumber and was content- no seasoning no dressing just raw. But Pho 4 Star reminded me how joyful the experience of food can be. This little gem just opened and we couldnt be anymore excited to get decent food within walking distance of our Home. Pho 4 Star brings big taste to a small place. We started with Summer Rolls which was larger than expected. 2 large freshly made rolls made with fresh product and a side of a very tasty Peanut Cream in a small bowl. I ordered Veggie Pho which had fresh vegetables and a couple large mushrooms and a side dish of greens and jalapeños. The wife played is safe and ordered the a stir fry with chicken. The consumer service was great and the meals are prices just right. I would say they need to increase the font on their menu though, talk about needing a magnifying glass for some of the items. The pho tastes greasy, and every time I come the guy who takes our order ALWAYS gets the order wrong.
