For dinner, we were looking for noodles...and chose Pho. Saw this place had good reviews and was locally owned (always love supporting family business). We went for dinner around 8:30pm, and the brightly lit inside along with the large green sign make this place hard to miss. It's located down Whittier Blvd, in the large parking lot with other businesses like Superior Grocers, Burlington Coat Factory, and In & Out (if you need landmark reference). They also had a Grand Opening banner out but that was in Jan of this year. At the time we went there were only a few other diners so it was pretty empty. You seat yourself where ever there is open seating. There are also 2 gender neutral restrooms in the back. The menu is pretty standard for Pho places, with your traditional soup pho, vermicelli, stir-fried, and rice dishes. We ordered a 4-piece spring roll and the #1 combo pho (rare steak, well-done flank, brisket, tendon, and tripe). Previous reviews saying the portions are generous, is accurate. The spring rolls were large and cut in half, we could have easily been satisfied with just the 2-piece as I'm used to them being smaller. Now the Pho...at most other places this size would have been considered a large portion. Broth was flavorful, salty with the slight sweetness. Plenty of noodles (I almost didn't finish) and large cuts of the proteins. My bf and I ended up taking our broths home as well as the spring rolls. Everything was delicious as was definitely worth the price for the amount of food served. Service was quick and all the servers were attentive to each of the tables and kind. One of them had thanked us for coming in that evening. I feel like this place has made a name for itself, as literally the last hour to 45 minutes people started just flowing in. It went from empty to busy in the span of our time dining, which I love to see in a restaurant. If you're in the area looking for a good Pho spot, with better than average portion sizes stop by Pho 45!

This pho spot was really solid! After an engagement party, my girlfriend and I came here before closing. Staff was really on it and was checking up on us a bunch. The inside felt really new and modern too. We sat at a booth and enjoyed a bowl of pho each and springs rolls. Spring rolls were really big and the peanut sauce was great. Had a good amount of sweetness to it. The pho was also good, the broth was solid but I didn't like the meat too much. I got the pho tai (rare steak) and it had a lot of yellow fat flaking off of it. I'm not used to that and haven't been to any pho spots that had so much yellow on it. I looked it up and its normal but I've been to plenty of authentic spots without that. Not for me but good pho overall and would come back if I was looking for pho.

The most delicious pho , staff is amazing and place is so clean . I highly recommend it. Yum yum yum

So it's my first time trying this spot and I always go to different locations to find the best Pho available. Their Pho tasted so good. It's all in the broth and they definitely have that part down. The restaurant itself is very clean, simple but cute/ stylish. The service was amazing and very welcoming as well. The owner is such a personality, he brought a positive vibe to the restaurant for sure.

After church brunch My wife has been a little under the weather so Pho' soup sound good. I got #9 and my wife got #5. Soup is good as always enough protein noodles mix well. Got our egg rolls as well Music in the air more calmer then the last time we came. Place is clean and wait staff very attentive. Love how you walk in and they yell "welcome" ! Young lead wait staff I like him always welcoming. They have hand held POS system for ordering a little modern touch. I still and will continue to recommend this establishment, see my past reviews for more info

Omg omg omg omg. This is the 3rd location now for Pho 45! Service: You will see Ann herself here at the Pico Rivera as well as La Mirada. She was so cute. She remembered me from the other location. She was checking in very often. Thank you Ann! Food: I got the tendon and brisket pho as well as the spring rolls. Let me tell you they do not skimp on the meat at all. It was so filling. I loved it. The broth is nice simple and smooth. I like to dip my meat in the sriracha and hoisin sauce. The spring rolls were actually massive ! lol. It was tough to finish but I did take it to go. So worth it!

A couple of buddies at work were raving about a new pho spot near our job, so who am I to say no to a good recommendation? Right when you walk in, the place is super clean and surprisingly pretty busy for a Wednesday, which is always a good sign. The staff was great--everyone was greeted like a regular the moment they walked in. Annie, our server, was extremely attentive and made several solid recommendations that did not disappoint. The food was amazing. The broth was spot on, the noodles were fresh, and the meat was perfectly tender. My wife ordered the #27, and it was packed with flavor with incredibly tender meat. I'll definitely be coming back. Glad to see they've found a home here in Pico Rivera. Highly recommend!

This was my 3rd visit to pho 45. And I won't be coming back anymore. The soup got super salty and now there putting to much fish sauce. The customer service is great but the food not anymore. I'll go to your la mirada, it's better there. Thanks

Came In and were instantly greeted by multiple people. They opened this year I guess in this location they are #3. Staff were very friendly and helped us with questions we had on the menu. We chose the #5 rare steak and well done brisket. We also ordered egg rolls. Food came out extremely fast and the broth before adding anything tasted pretty good. The restaurant was colorful and bright, had a good mixture of tables and booths. Would definitely come back there again. We didn't experience anything sub par during our experience.

This was amazing! Highly recommend it! The grilled pork is a MUST! I had it on everything and it was perfectly cooked. Soft and super flavorful! The spring roll was nice and fresh paired well with penut sauce! The soup was good! The portions were huge! The restaurant is super cute! The service was amazing! Everyone was so nice!

I love this place to feel super fresh employees are so nice to services. Amazing. I will be returning. As soon as I got my order and give us complementary pho. So delicious and fresh. It was a very clean space. Nice and tiny. And everything was really well. Organized and clean. They also had beautiful decor Look very luxurious. Also, the bathrooms were very clean and smelled clean. These portions were pretty big. Highly recommend. The only thing that suck was that their Thai Tea was very diluted, and the flavor just wasn't there. Wish it had a stronger taste.

I recently came back here again for a quick Sunday dinner and here are some of the key highlights:…read more * Parking was easy this time as I was able to find an available spot in the parking lot immediately. * I was able to check in 5 minutes ahead of time via Yelp and only waited 5 more minutes in person before receiving a text that our table was ready on Sunday at 7:30 PM. * One of the most efficient services for Chinese restaurants in the SGV (San Gabriel Valley) area as the staff wasted no time serving food, refilling water, and responding to a check request. * Ordered slightly different dishes this time and C1 Xiao Long Bao (juicy pork dumplings 8 pieces -$13.00) and C5 Beef Roll (6 pieces - $16.00) were A-tier dishes. Xiao Long Bao's flavor profile tasted more like steamed dumplings. Beef roll didn't taste as good as I remembered (probably because it had slightly less hoisin sauce), but it was still a good beef roll nonetheless. * Personally G4 Black Pepper Beef Fried Udon ($15.99) was a surprising discovery and an S-tier dish. Basically think of it as beef chow fun, but replace flat noodles with udon and add egg and bell pepper - excellent flavor profile. C3 Pan Fried Pork Bao (6 pieces - $13.00) were comparable to the ones from Kang Kang Food Court. 4.5 stars for the food with 4 items enough to feed 3 to 4 adults. I would say their noodle dishes like Beef Noodle Soup / Black Pepper Beef Fried Udon / Fujian Style Fried Vermicelli are slightly better than their dumpling dishes. Bump it up to 5-star for the excellent service. P.S. - There's another new location in Diamond Bar.

8/29/2026: Wow! Second visit almost exactly 1 year later, and this place still doesn't disappoint!…read more We pulled in to the parking lot around 8pm on a Saturday night, and the very ample parking lot was packed to the gills. There are several restaurants in the lot, but Mr. Dragon Noodle House seemed to be the busiest with several groups of people waiting outside for a table. I called and was told they're open until 9pm, but if you arrive before 8:40pm they will still seat you and you can order and dine. He quoted a 10-20 minute wait which didn't seem possible, but we took a chance and placed our name on the waitlist. I love the tablets that most restaurants in SGV use. It's so efficient! The host handed us a laminated menu and an order form after we checked in so we could figure out what we wanted even before we sat down. They get high marks for efficiency! Within 10 minutes, we were called to our waiting table. They are a well oiled machine! As soon as a party leaves, a team of 3 smiling staff converge on the table to clear the dishes, clean the table and re-set for the next patrons. We ordered our drinks and a Popcorn Chicken appetizer. Hubby says this is the best popcorn chicken he's had to date, and he's a bit of a snob! No dipping sauces needed. He ordered "No Spicy" and they brought chili powder on the side. They fried what I believe was fresh basil with the chicken and it was so tasty, I would request extra next time! It's well seasoned and crispy. The portion is easily generous enough to share with 4 or more people. Their 0% Sugar Green Tea is served icy cold in a huge beer stein, and is so refreshing! A perfect accompaniment to the meal. It comes in many flavors as well but I didn't want anything sweet. We shared an order of their Hot Oil Shrimp, Pork & Cabbage wontons in a bowl. Delicious, but if you're not a heat seeker don't forget to request it "mild". Now for what I considered the star of the table, their House Special Beef Noodle Soup. This is a dish that I love and am always looking for the best bowl.. and Mr Dragon is high up there. Don't come at me, but we had heard the hype about Corner Beef Noodle House and tried theirs last year. In an evening without a crowd we were virtually ignored when we walked in and I had to accost someone to seat us. The soup wasn't nearly as good as Mr Dragon, and their service couldn't compare. I'll have to give them one more chance. There was no room for improvement at Mr Dragon Noodle House. Beefy broth, tender chunks of beef and perfectly bouncy noodles. Yum!

How you gonna eat pasta without a fork or spoon? Took away stars for that and the vibe inside the restaurant. Notice in my photo I had to go home where I could use my own fork. Bad if you want to eat there because it was so loud I was grateful I was eating alone and wasn't trying to have a conversation with anyone. They seriously need to put something on the walls and ceiling to lower all the echo and reverb. Impossible noise, absolutely not the sound level you want when you're trying to eat inside a restaurant. No wonder the dining room was empty that time I ate it there. But the food is good

This is a convenient spot for a quick, satisfying meal with a variety of noodle dishes. The menu…read moreoffers a wide range of options, from classic American mac and cheese to Asian-inspired dishes like Pad Thai and Japanese pan noodles. I can always find something I'm in the mood for whether sticking with something familiar or trying out a new flavor. What I like about them is the ability to customize your meal. You can add protein options like grilled chicken, shrimp, or tofu, and the portions are generous for the price. The Wisconsin Mac & Cheese is good, rich, and creamy and the Penne Rosa is spicy with a mix of marinara, cream, and fresh veggies. The zucchini noodles are a good low-carb alternative. The restaurant is casual, modern, and clean. Service is friendly and orders are prepared quickly. Lots of parking available.

I could have sworn the menu of "Noodle World" was more robust 'tho with many other dishes. So, I think this might just be a "smaller" (in space) location to the one in Alhambra, maybe. Parking was easy 'tho and it's on the cusp of the East Los Angeles area. Nothing too wrong about this place, other than the restroom/bathroom is a bit intimidatingly overrun by graffiti where it has a bad aesthetic, but isn't filthy nor dirty per se, just not the way a public restroom should look and they might consider getting rid of the graffiti (unless it's a clientele problem that continues to arise and can never be kept clean).
