The best pho in Seattle. This is a hidden gem right in the Walmart complex. Love their combination pho. The broth is delicious and they give generous meat portions. Their chili oil is very tasty and goes well with the pho. I'm from California and have access to tons of pho places in Little Saigon in Westminster, CA and this really is the best pho I've had so far. So delicious!!! I got spring rolls and the house special vermicelli. Couldn't be better!!!! And the portion size on the vermicelli was huuuuge!!! I could barely finish it. But it was so good I had too. The sausage is a nice touch but I think it would have been better without it. But the little egg roll was amazing! I wish there was more. We went here based off of Yelp reviews, and it wasn't that great. When it comes to Pho, it's all in the broth, and their broth was suuuper salty! I tried to add hoisin, sirracha, and lime to lessen the saltiness and it didn't work. The young chick that served us was just ok. She took our order and served the food but never checked on us once. They served my friend some spring rolls and she has a peanut allergy and the sauce is a peanut sauce, some of the peanuts were on the plate and was touching the spring roll, so not wanting to risk a deadly reaction, we asked for a new order. She told the guy standing in the kitchen to replace it and the guy was rude. He spoke in Vietnamese, probably not knowing that I am Vietnamese, said to the server chick "oh that fat girl can't eat peanuts?" I didn't tell my friend, because she would've cussed him out. I thought that was super rude and inappropriate. The Pho was way too salty and the service was not that great, and the guy in the kitchen was rude. The chicken fried rice, although very hot temperature-wise, was tasty, especially with the provided Sriracha and homemade pepper mix. This place makes delicious pho and bahn mi! Their broth tastes clean and flavorful with generous amounts of meat. We ask for no cilantro and they never forget. Their takeout game is fantastic during covid too. Everything is packaged well with the meat separated from everything else so you can easily take it home and reheat on the stove. My step father asked for water and she looked very annoyed. I thanked her for the water and she completely ignored me. She set down the waters and walked away. I know she heard me! So rude. No customer service at all! If you don't care about poor service, and you love salt, the food may be to your liking.
