I love the pho here! Consistent and great-tasting. Great for carry out as well. Not usually busy, which is crazy for how good the soup is.

Absolutely! Mmmhhmmm. Came here because Pho is my "feel better" meal and they did not disappoint. Ordered P3 with fresh spring rolls and the peanut sauce could have been eaten as a soup. Good broth, fresh greens, hot and quick! I'm definitely going to come back.

Prices are outrageous for quality of food. Ordered the $18 beef stir fry with a $3 side of fried rice and two egg rolls ($6). The service was slow and the food is unappetizing. There are large raw chunks of tomato and watery lettuce in the "stir fry". The side of fried rice is a little more than a cup. Small, overpriced portions.

This place absolutely has an amazing pho but the other food is meh. I went there when it is not busy at all. So I didn't have to wait so long This place is definitely one of the cleaner Vietnamese restaurants I've been. I like it. Unless I find the better Vietnamese place, I will keep coming here.

We had a very pleasure experience at Pho 95. We went for dinner and didn't had to wait to be seated. We ordered the Pho Dac biet and a grilled chicken bun. The pho had alot of meat and noodles, and the broth was good. The grilled chicken was sweet grilled. It was all fresh ingredients. One of my best bun I have had. I will remember this experience for a long time.

Ambiance: (5/5) Great seating and the restaurant is very clean. Price: (3/5) I feel like it is slightly high for the area. Usually a large at other places is $11-$12. Food: (4/5) I really liked the options they had of different meat combinations. The beef was tender and there were plenty of noodles in the large bowl. Broth was really good as well. Not too salty. I really liked adding chilli oil to mine. I wish they had a spicy broth option. I've seen a few places do that and that menu item does really well. Service: (4/5) Staff is very nice, but my food took a little longer than I am used to at other pho places. Someone that came in after me got their food before me.

Hmmm service was very very very bland. The guy has zero emotions lol. He just has his AirPod in his ear and it feels like he is just forced to work for the family business.... That's the feeling I got. We got 4 large noodles and the meat was all over cooked. It also took a long time for the food to come out. This dish is usually very very fast because you're just throwing premade broth into a bowl and raw beef etc. I honestly don't know how it took 20 mins for us to get the food and it wasn't even busy. There were only 4 tables with customers there. I wouldn't visit again, very underwhelming in taste and mood.

4.5/5- review for takeout only as I hadn't had the chance to eat in person! This is my go-to pho place if I am under the weather. I normally get their house special pho or p3 with flank steak and tendon. They give you a good amount of meat, pho, and veggies and I always enjoy their broth! I always get an extra broth as well because it's that good! Service is fast, I normally DoorDash it and it comes on time. Would like to go in person to try other dishes.

Aw man, I really don't like to put up poor reviews especially for Viet food because I am Vietnamese. I'm truly confused how it has any more stars. I ordered to-go a Pho Dac Biet, Bun Dac Biet, and a pork and shrimp spring roll. The pho was super dark and tasteless, and didn't have any pho smell, almost like black colored water. I couldn't eat it. I actually still am not sure what that liquid was supposed to be. The meat was thin. There were barely any noodles. The bun thit was also disappointing. The meat was again too thin and barely grilled. The shrimp were pretty good. The egg roll was actually very good. The fish sauce was too watered down. And then I ordered the pork and shrimp spring roll, and it came with only pork but it was once slice of the thinnest almost non existent piece of pork. The sauce was good. My fiancé thought it was vegetarian, that's how thin the pork slice was. The one good thing is when I ordered it, the food came pretty quick, so I assume it was quick service at the restaurant. I was so disappointed. It's too bad..

However, the young male staff is rather rude and indifferent. First, off there is a Wi-Fi available "Caphe Guest" (see photo). I asked one staffer what the password was, because Caphe is in one of those sections of Old Town where wireless access, like Verizon, is notoriously poor. The guy gave me some garbled answer and walked away. Alrighty, so I asked another staffer and he said he didn't know what the password was and walked away. That leads up to my order of chicken pho. I asked for no cilantro and that same waiter repeated my request for no cilantro. But when the pho was brought to my table, the green in the pho looked suspiciously like cilantro. I asked the waiter about it. He looked at the pho and said it was not cilantro. I took a sip and quickly determined there was cilantro in the pho. When I tried to get my server's attention, as he was standing in back of the counter, he saw me and haughtily turned away. So, I took the pho up to counter and asked that my order be remade. To Caphe's credit, Caphe did correctly remake my order.. But the pho broth was brown and had an odd canned flavor. It just wasn't very good.

My vermicelli bowl was the standout--perfectly seasoned grilled pork with just the right amount of spice, fresh vegetables and herbs, crispy spring rolls, and the perfect balance of noodles and toppings. I had to take off 1 star because although the pho was delicious with flavor and good proportion of meat to noodles, the Vietnamese iced coffee was too sweet and the rolls I ordered to go were just okay to me in regards to taste and flavor. Great little sandwich shop!…read more It's very popular at noontime. I took a break from my 4 hour long painting class upstairs in the Torpedo Factory to snag a bite. My timing was good, because I arrived right before a work group of maybe 10 people or so came into place their orders. In addition to a substantive sandwich menu, which includes both hot and cold sandwiches, there's plenty of beverage (including wine) and snack selections. Wearing an oil paint-smudged apron (FYI: the reality is that you're still going to get paint on your clothes even wearing an apron), I aptly ordered the Torpedo Artist. The Torpedo Artist is a hot Panini-like sandwich. You can select your type of meat, cheese and toppings. By default it includes lettuce, sweet peppers and deli oil. My sandwich was well-crafted with plenty of turkey and Swiss cheese. However, I didn't especially like this sandwich. I wish I had asked them to hold the deli oil because it was overly pungent with oregano. All I could taste in my sandwich was oregano. But older and wiser now, I know in the future that if I have them hold the deli oil, I'll end up with a great and tasty sandwich.

I will definitely for this again on my next trip. I ordered a BLT on multigrain, and a PBJ w/honey drizzle on sourdough. The PBJ is off the kids menu. I'll ask for extra peanut butter and jelly so it's to my liking. I couldn't tell if there was honey on it, it could have been. The BLT was fantastic. I loved that it was not oiled high with all the ingredients. A simple sandwich. It fit the bill and didn't over fill me. A true classic. The multi grain bread was the best! I need to find out where that is from. It was that good. I hope I'm able to try the tuna fish and the egg salad sandwiches sometime they look delish! The staff were quiet, but got the job done. There is a small bar like area to eat in, and outdoor tables in a covered area to enjoy your sandwich.
