It used to be (before Covid) that you also took the meat from the self-service station and you pile up as much meat in any combination as you could fit one time in your bowl, but those days are long gone. You also get rice, bread (a.k.a. pocket biscuits - delicious!), fried wontons, fried (breaded) shrimp and egg rolls, depending on which item on the menu you select. I would never let my children trash a restaurant, and I would have cleaned up anything before leaving. To make it worse, this isn't the first time. On a previous visit, I watched this same older lady and an older man give my friends dirty looks and a nasty attitude over the tip, even though they had already left 18%.
